It was in a central location for a cheaper price than most competitors. The queen room was a good size for my husband and I. Bathroom was clean. Breakfast was fine.
Bed was uncomfortable.
I liked that there was a fitness center but it was a little run down and the TV remote was missing.
The staff was very polite or at least the people I had a chance to talk to. The bed was very comfortable and the room overall was clean.
Elevator broken. I was there LAST week was broken then. One of two broken, it took FOREVER to get in and out of the rooms. They should give a discount until it is fixed.
Easy check in, room. The roof bar
Nice flatscreen TV..very close to MSG
Great rooftop bar. Excellent Korean food right outside the door on the same block.
Perfect position to visit the town, very comfortable room (especially the bed, that in our case was a queen-size bed). Nice bathroom (with a window that could be opened) and very good breakfast. I will definitely use this hotel again in my next visit to Manhattan.
Roof top bar and private bathroom
Room was small, but that was to be expected
Nothing at all stands out
I didn't like that the 12 floor was very loud with many loud voices and laughter, shortly after that 2AM, the alarm was set off.
proximity of the empire state building
window facing a wall, smoking room without possibility to switch for non smoking, unfriendly staff
Wireless internet in the whole hotel, in some rooms excelent, in others weaker signal. Size of room good, location excellent, nice lobby. I didnt liked assigned room, got another
Carpet dirty, in both rooms. Some rooms have almost no light, no view (backside, lower floors). Breakfast space to small, little service.
i booked last-minute, so needed a known name at a reasonable price -- La Quinta was fine for those needs
i had a smoking room (don't know if non-smoking was requested when booking) also, the elevators were quite slow
double bed, quiet room, clean bathroom
not openable windows
Had to have a smoking room
