All the rooms were doubled booked so none of the keys worked and when they reprogrammed the keys people had access to occupied rooms. We asked for a refund but didnt get one.
Spacious hotel rooms and very friendly staff. Great location.
They never brought us enough towels. Sometimes they didn't leave us any towels. I've never experienced that from this level of hotel before.
I was very impressed with the hospitality of this hotel as well as its location. The room was also plenty big and clean. I also felt the price was very reasonable especially considering the location. We were within walking distance to the Times Square area. We will definitely be staying there again.
The room was perfect for the price
Great staff. Very very helpful.
Nowhere to put anything in the bathroom. They need a counter or a table to lay out toiletries. There is no in room coffee.
Location was great and the valet parking was reasonable and nice perk. The room was spacious and the bed was very comfortable.
The bath tub leaked as if the water was not shut off completely. The noise was quite annoying after a while.
Location, room size, good view of empire state building, moved us to a higher floor when we asked.
Staff was a little slow to help but not to the extreme. Was a little annoying that you have to go down to the front desk to get ice. They wouldn't bring a bucket of ice up to our room. You have to ask for a coffee maker and coffee as its not included in the room.
I was pleasantly surprised at the overall quality and spaciousness of the rooms at this hotel. The price was truly amazing given the quality and location of this hotel.
If I had to leave a negative comment it would only be that the heat took a while to kick on and for the room to warm up. However, I did stay on one of the coldest days of the year so I'm sure this is not a common issue for guests.
The room is large and clean. The staff is sparse but very friendly.
Everything about the room is worn and in desperate need of an overhaul. Doesn't stack up to other for star places we've stayed in New York.
It's a fine location and has a cool vibe.
Rooms were dirty + falling apart. Loud. A 3-Star at best.
Housekeeping was not the best.
Near everything, good sized room for NYC would deff sty here again
They offer you a microwave.
Omg the staff was so slow ! I asked for tooth paste and 2 flat sheets I had to call down states twice I didn't get my items until an whole hour later! Anything I needed from the house keeping took forever. The bathroom sink handle was coming off take about outdated! The room felt old and had a musky smell. The Tuscany looks more modern. I guess the court is old and not as renovated. They have a paper card that you can put on the bed so they know whether they should change the linen or not to help recycle. Excuse but I like clean sheets I don't want to lay in a bed that hadn't been changed. Sorry to say but I would not stay here again. The gym is also at their sister property and not on site how convientant!
Great value. Convent in midtown east. Large rooms.
