The location was excellent, a good midpoint between many cool neighborhoods.
That we had to leave.
Location Good bed and bathroom
Overcharged Staff at reception not helpful when trying to explain $800 Overcharge Manager refunded and now another overcharge of $1000 Here we go again The staff at reception need serious training and we can’t understand that the manager can see one bill and they see another ???? Very disappointing and not a great way to finish off a wonderful stay in NYC
Location was excellent, very comfortable bed and provided bottled water on a daily basis. Safe, air conditioning and a hairdryer were good to have in the room. There was an issue with the toilet in the room we were allocated, however, the staff sorted it straight away which was great - moved us to another room and gave us some breakfast vouchers.
There were only 3 hangers for 2 people for a weeks stay, the room was quite dark overall and we needed the lighting on most of the time. The sink was very small, you couldn't bend over it without bumping your head on the mirror or getting water all over the floor. The hotel was clean but not really the standard I was expecting from a Hilton - we were disappointed overall.
The woman who checked me in was rude and didn't communicate well over the parking situation for my car. She also charged my card for a higher amount than what I had booked my room for. When I told her she had she didn't believe me so I had to show her my booking app with the real price.
Great restaurant below.
