The room I stayed in 'Lena' was beautiful and comfortable. The manager had no personality, warmth, a smile, handshake or providing information and a proper invoice would have improved the experience. Although the web page stated that payment is mode on arrival he billed me in advance of arrival.
The communication between staff was poor, the room I had agreed on wasn't available, when I tried getting it fixed I was given the run around and then over charged. I was denied a refund when I didn't want to continue my stay after the first night.
The room was very well decorated and spacious. Shower took a long time to heat up, but otherwise all was o.k.
Nothing, priceline overbooked the hotel and i was unale to stay there when i arrived all rooms were booked!!!! i want my damn money back now!!!! i want my refund asap!!!!
