About Temerario
Due to limits on our seating capacity and to ensure ample time for cleaning and sanitizing, we kindly ask all guests to honor a 1.5 hr seating for dinner and brunch (for example 7:30-9:00) Temerario Brings Beloved Bold Flavors of Mexican Street Food to Chelsea Roughly translated, a Temerario is a bold, brave brother, a carnal, symbolized by the mural of the proud and strong luchador in our dining room. A temerario is arriesgada—reckless, sometimes irreverent.it’s also Chef Mario Hernandez's creative way with the food he grew up on in Cuernavaca Mexico. His fellow temerario at the bar, mixologist Christopher Reyes, serves small-batch agave spirits, house-made syrups, and fresh jugo (fruit juices) in an array of daring and delicious cocktails. Brought to you by the team behind Ofrenda, Black Ant, Gardënia and the new Euro-Latin Café Bamba – the Jorge Guzman Hospitality Group.
