Clean, friendly and the b'fast food was great.
I like the location and the service desk staff.
I didn't like the fact that they didn't have any towel( I ask for clean towels and was told they didn't have any, because high demand), the bathtub was not clean and the room had an bad smell. Had to go to Wal-Mart for cleaning supplies and incense..
It was right off the highway
Older and not well kept
Staff was great, very friendly; Breakfast was good and plenty; Rooms were clean and comfortable; location was convenient.
Bathtub needed a bit of handiwork attention with the railbars, but clean.
It was clean and conveniently located
I called to confirm they allow pets and the cost they told me $30 per stay. Upon arrival, I was told it was $30 per pet per day. Then my husband and went to dinner and when we returned were told that we can;t leave our dogs in the room because they bark
I liked the location, price, and the staff. They were pet friendly, very clean and on top of housekeeping.
The bed was very hard and the pillows were too soft and thin. Towels were too small.
Bathroom too small, door almost hitting commode. Like the sink being separate from commode
The staff was excellent!! Room was great!!
The staff was very nice. The check-in and out process was extremely quick and efficient. We were happy with our choice of this hotel.
When we got off of the elevator on the third floor the smell of strong, stale cigarette smoke was overwhelming. However, our room was clean and did not smell like cigarettes at all.
Convenient location off expressway.
Pretty good breakfast. Nice bigger room.
Creepy guest, I guess, eating breakfast.
Very friendly staff and a good breakfast.
Pool was green and our room smelled horribly like a wet dog. Housekeeping left air fresheners in our room, but it didn't help.
The staff the accommodations
Toe nail left in the room by another person, hard to get in and out of
Not the typical Holiday Inn Express. Adequate, but somebody missed the 'clean, sparkly, fresh' memo.
quiet clean good location
they screwed up the billing from priceline and charged my credit card directly , though it was prepaid
Location and breakfast
Room was dated - bad mattress - bad smell - dirty carpet
This property is an old hotel that has been rebranded as a HI Express. Not the usual quality I have come to expect from HIE.
The walls were not well insulated. We could hear noise in the hall and in the room next door to us. The people next door to us were very noisy the first night and disturbed our sleep. Bed and pillows were uncomfortable.
I had a very good experience at the Holiday Inn Express. Nice landscape and beautiful new lobby. Room was very stylish, smelled fresh and was comfortable. Could not have asked for anything more, until I got into bed. The matress was in need of being replaced. It was not the most comfortable that I have ever had. But great shower and breakfast. Staff was very helpful and friendly.
We recently stayed there with our 10 year old baseball team. We travel frequently and this is without a doubt the friendliest hotel we have ever stayed in. By the time we left, the staff at the front desk felt like part of the team. The rooms were very clean and the price was great. Out of all the families that stayed there with us, I never heard one complaint. We would definately stay here again. While it isnt a luxury hotel, it is a great value for the price.
A hidden treasure for travelers in a little bitty town. It's right off the highway. Great Hotel for the value. Rooms were super clean. Desk and Reservation was super friendly and accomodating. Took 29 people. ALL agreed this was a superb choice for a hotel. Denise in Reservations accomodated our every request and even had the rooms assigned before we got there, which gave us more time to rest before traveling on. Of the 3 hotels in which we stayed, this was he only one to do that for us. The clerk was so friendly and helpful that we almost thought we had gotten off Hwy 78 into a different world. Breakfast was great, though I'm a real egg kind of person. We almost didn't stay because of previous reviews but I noticed how old the not-so-great reviews were and am so glad I gave them a chance.
