Breakfast Rooms very small, beds terrible, Room so hot we left the window open, linens and pillows need to be thrown out, bathroom tiny
The staff was very friendly and accommodating. Great location, very close to the mountain and near town. Breakfast was so so. No TV in the rooms. Very modest linens (flat pillows, thin blankets and towels).
They were very accommodating to our schedule and super polite and friendly. I will be back for sure! No complaints at all.
Everything was perfect.
The staff were excellent, breakfast was tasty, and the central location to good food in Wilmington was perfect. The rooms were a bit chilly for the winter. Heat in the bedroom did not work well, but we managed. Also, the driveway was tricky to drive up, especially with a decent layer of snow on it - but again, manageable.
(Hotel employee) is a great host and definitely passionate about his work. Thanks for a great stay!
Hotel Employee was very accommodating. The hotel is very beautiful and well maintained. Nothing.
From booking to extending my stay, Lynn was super-accommodating and warm. The Crosby House was immaculate with much attention to detail. The breakfast was not only from scratch but made fresh with delicious fresh fruit and a hot entrée, served in a beautiful intimate dining room. The other couple that were at breakfast were gluten-free and Lynn provided gluten-free, individualized breakfasts for them! I will go back for sure and recommend this bed and breakfast, it is worth paying the additional cost and you get much more in return than staying at the local hotel chains.
The house is locating at an existing spot. River, wood bridge are right beside the house. The owner is very very nice and the breakfasts are great. We plan to come back in the future.
The owner was very accomodating And friendly. She made us feel welcome and at home.
Everything, from the beautiful architecture, the warm reception from the welcoming, friendly staff, down to the unique views, is beyond exceptional. Each room has a different design with unique quirks. My stay was in the Cloud room, a wondetful personal balcony overlooking the pool and gardens with the jacuzzi was such a treat. Delicious breakfast every morning and the friendliest little dog Henry made it feel more like home. Bob and Steve run an amazing inn and I know that I'll definitely be back. My stay wasn't longer.
