The spa bath The restrant was not avalable on weekends and we didnt know about that untill we wanted dinner. The glasses in the fridge was dirty & when we orderd coffee in the morning it was over 1 hour before we realisde that we hadnt got it and we had to re order it and when it got to us it was too hot to drink and we had to check out. One drink was had other wasted. The breckfast was not worth the $18.00 we paid for. The attitude of the man at the front desk looked and sounded un impressed when we asked for a high chair to feed our son in our room and said they only had one ( may I suggest you get another one or two ) Also the cot was a portacot and thier was no blankets or any thing provided untill my partner had to ask for it.
Quiet and relaxing, good location for the job i was doing. Very clean and comfortable.
Good service & nice alround atmosphere
I had a friendly staff member at the counter. I cant remember her name but she recommended us a great Thai restaurant and was very friendly. The bathroom had mold and very dirty expel air fan :( It was not cleaned on our second night either.
No room service, you had to go downstairs to get anything, including glasses which should have been provided in the room.
Ease of access to carpark and security. I thought the room service menu could have had more options. Then when out to get take out found it difficult to find. Perhaps a map of additional food outlets in the vecinity?
I liked the staff's politeness, responsivess, "non-visibility' (sometimes people, working in hotels, may annoy you with their services). I enjoyed the location of the hotel (close to Glen Waverley metro station). I appreciated the cleaning services and the availabity of aqn electric kettle, iron and even ironing board. Though I did not use the latter two, it was nice to see them in the room. Many hotels like Ibis have TV-sets, fridges etc., but they do not such little things that I have mentioned, Everything was O'K.
Great value for money, staff were helpful and friendly. Located in the suburbs of Melbourne so you would need a car to go places.
It's really near the shops and Centro shopping centre.
a good nite sleep lack of taxi
The room was cold and the instructions in the book didnt allow me to turn heat up. Kept saying "Central" and then not allowing me to adjust it at all.
Convenient location, 1 stop shop for accom., meals drinks etc. Friendly staff and excellent clean room. Don't have any.
The staff were always very helpful, whch is important when you are visiting a town or city for the first time. The parking facilities are also excellent.
Rooms are nice and clean and equiped with all modern comfort. And prices are breakfast inclusive which makes it interesting. No suprises possible. Airco/heater unit very noisy. I needed to turn it off during night.
parking available & hassle free rooms were cold feeling as no carpets
24 hour manned front desk ment i could check out at 0430 on the day i needed to leave nothing
Great hotel , housekeeping does a great job also very very friendly, great staff the best stayed for a week in room 216 and i loved my stay , also across from the shopping center There is no smoking area , u had to smoke outside , and outside was not the safest
Clean and tidy yet rooms although of good quality they are quite basic, no carpet small TV Fridge etc. Overall good value for money.
That it offered such a complete range of facilities didn't have any toothpaste
Close to chadstone sc, nice friendly staff No 24 hr reception, no pool, no tv remote in the room
Good parking, handy dining locations close by, double room availability, reasonable amenaties, helpful, friendly staff.
Good location. Excellent facilties. Very clean. Suited our purpose very well.
Close to shopping centre's, Caufield Race Course, transport. The staff were very helpful.A very secure place to stay and easy to locate. No complaints at all
Room was extremely clean and very well appointed. Hotel was in an excellent location, very close to Chadstone Shopping Centre. Car Park could be accessed from both Warrigal and Dandenong Roads, which made it very convenient.
The appartment was confortable and suitable for the needs. As we mostly spent our time outside the hotel, the facilities offered for the time we spent in the hotel were very good.
The room was very well appointed and very comfortable. A simple but elegant design and we loved the location.
The 2-bedroom apartment was spacious, comfortable and well-appointed. Location was good, at about a 10-minute walk from the Oakley suburban rail station. The kitchen was functional enough for uncomplicated cooking, although the quality of the cookware (pots and pans) led to the food being stuck to surfaces which made it difficult to clean the vessels. Also, one of the two bedrooms lacked its own a/c (the unit was in the living room), due to which the room was warm and somewhat uncomfortable to sleep in. However, this problem is likely to occur only in hot days.
Closeness to friends house, massaging bed.
Handy for Monash, about 15minute walk. Older styled motel but very clean and well presented. The guy on the reception desk during our stay was very helpful and pleasant.
Rooms were basic but clean, linen was clean, all staff were very pleasant. Traffic noise from adjoining main road could be reduced if doors were well fitting, perhaps draught excluders could be used around seals.
We liked the friendly and homey atmopshere created by the staff. The lady was very welcoming. She had a 'can do' attitude even with no visible assistance.
The location of the hotel was great, easy access to the city via the freeway and very close to Chadstone shopping centre. The service was prompt and friendly.
It was comfortable for the 8 of us. We weren't told that the apartments were not at the same location as reception. After a long walk from the Oakleigh train station with 5 kids in tow all carrying luggage, we were told this information. Unable to walk any further we had to call taxi's. Not very impressed.
