it was located on our way to Tuscany and the price was correct.
Nice room, great staff, excellent restaurant, best breakfast Hard to locate
Very friendly and helpful staff, very good food, great selection for breakfast. lovely room None
very nice family hotel with great rooms and good food also safe parking
friendly and helpful staff, good signposting of hotel from a fair distance away. Would have liked coffee/tea facilities in the room.
Every thing is one price so there are no more cost. Such as internet the dog.
location, while not in town, was very convienent, with easy and secure parking. The breakfast (inlcuded in the price) was excellent, with nice variety and selection, and quality. We also had dinner the first night at the hotel which was quite good and reasonably priced. The owners and staff were friendly and helpful (and their english is good). We booked a deluxe roon, and a standard room (for our kids -- ages 18 and 20). The price was not very different, but the deluxe room could be requested as non smoking; the std. room could not (and it smelled of smoke upon moving in). Italy has recently legislated a no smoking policy in public places (very welcome), but this smoking ban apparently does not extend to hotel rooms. Our preference of course is a hotel which is completely non smoking. The smell went away quickly and this was not a problem beyond the smell when we initially moved in.
Room very good, buffet breakfast exceptional
Friendly staff, good value for money, good breakfast
easy travel to places I wanted to visi rooms very small
nice view from the room, good restaurant - try their beef! rooms are rather small. no wi-fi working in the floors, only in the hall (and the connection is free only for the first 30 minutes)
The hotel is a little off the beaten path but very well maintained. The room was spacious, clean with beautiful views over the lake. Service at the adjacent restaurant was excellent and the food was good. Recommend!!
Excellent staff and very good value for money
View (if you get the right room) - Restaurant, very good
Veyr pleasant stay and quiet stay. getting to the lake not as easy as we thought. 30 mins free wifi on super slow connection the restaurant! tries to be very fancy, but food, service, price were in no relation.
the welcome we got when arriving late from a long days, travel. the balcony view from dining room. the area and lake are beautiful. lack of facilities to have a tea or snack out of breakfast time. (could have tea/coffee making facilities in the room)
very cooperative andhelpful staff
Situation No hairdrier in room, room was heated up because shutters were not closed during the day.
From the second floor we could not see the view of lake sirio.
Views of the lake and helpful, friendly staff.
The hotel located on the top of the hill, and created most beautiful observation post view of all envirement. The hotel created bad and bitter atmosphere. the facileities were poor (bad, blanket, sheet etc.)
Historical charme of the hotel. Beautiful View on the plain and nice gardens. The swimming pool
Convenience on trip from Italy to France- just off the motorway. Small friendly town and hotel Very small reception area.
the staff was very gently and expected us until 1 oclock by nigth... the room was large and confortable, but the price a little high. we have no complaints
The view from the hotel over the bridge and river is superb. Basically this is a small hotel in a small town - good for a stop-over on a larger trip not a destination.
The staff was very friendly and welcoming, the room was clean. Service was good and actually I enjoyed the stay in this hotel. Rooms looked a bit old-fashioned. The location is central but too close to the main street and therefore at times it was noisy. Breakfast includes only a cup of coffee, a croissant and a glass of juice (frankly speaking, I expected a more substantial meal).
Excellent location in a beautiful town next to the Roman bridge. Very convenient for the autostrada to/from the Mont Blanc Tunnel. Breakfast was meagre (1 croissant and hot drink). The market square can be noisy.
Staff are friendly and helpful. Comfy beds; the rooms were clean and tidy. There is a restaurant that serves local food. Decor is a rather old fashioned. You need to park a few minutes away on a Friday night as there is a market in the piazza on Saturday morning. (You can unload on arrival and then move the car.)
Very beautiful antique house.large room.paintings on the walls, antique furnitures,decors...imagine youself in a museum.all modern conveniences.plenty breakfast.large garden around the house, italian landscapes charming and kind hostess excellent! Hard to find in the evening.no singboard
