The staff was super friendly
Easy check in, nice clean room
That check in was at 3
The layout was awesome. The way the room is made really made you feel at home.
The space under the door. When booking this room online it stated the room was set up to accommondate 2 people but upon arriving there was 1 bath cloth and towel. We asked for another one of each and was told it would be 30min but never received any more
All of the amenities were as stated
Unprofessional staff, smell of weed as soon as you open the door.
Size of room and location
Non smoking floor and I mean the whole floor smelled like smoke.
The price could of been lower didn't measure up to the price
Staff tried to the best of their ability to accommodate us.
Smoke stained wallpaper, soiled carpet, cigarette burns in comforters.
I did not like anything about this hotel. The worst hotel I have ever experienced.
The hotel was not as presented on the website. Highly dissatisfied with this stay. The amenities were not as described.
It had a very nice air conditioner that was loud enough to drown out other noises.
Everything seemed very dirty and outdated. The bed was extremely hard and uncomfortable. The staff was very rude. They also shut the 'grab and go' breakfast down before the actual closing time.

Worst hotel experience... Cheap doesn't not guarantee quality
Staff was very friendly, rooms were clean, location was good, several resturants around and not far from downtown Atlanta.
Only one front desk on site and they had a bad habit of stepping out. When I arrived there was no front desk and I had to wait 15 minutes to check-in bc they had went across the street to get an iccee. No house keeping, even though we stayed 2 nights.
In all honesty, my family and I went with this choice due to its alleged great location and the previous reviews we found online. I am not sure what happened before but our experience was terrible. We actually did not stay at the hotel for a number of reasons, primarily because no one was at the check-in window for nearly an hour after our arrival. We called the number that was written on a sheet of paper and placed in the window stating, 'will return in 15 minutes.' There is so much wrong with this hotel that it needs to be condemned. We did eventually have our reservation cancelled without issue after about 30 minutes on the telephone with customer service. BEWARE of this particular location.
If you are on low budget, then this is for you. It does have a kitchenet so you can have your meals in room. Card park next to your window, and if you want to sleep in AM, forget it.
Unfriendly, lazy, staff.. I asked for the following to be resolved but didn't get the help: Phone not working right. Room not cleaned as I was promissed daily.(hostile housekeeper because I asked). Window screen not repaired. Room card constantly not working. Internet Access Burners on stove not working Rate not entered correctly. Regular phone calls waking me up in the a.m. asking if I was staying longer because their system kept telling them I was checking out. Because their system told them I was checking out, I was constantly locked out of the room, and the internet. I had to go back and forth to the front desk for assistance. Their system was constantly making errors of inaccurate information. Too many excuses for things going wrong. Assistance delayed to next day staff who knew nothing about it. The lack of cooperation among their staff to resolve issues. The lack of communication among staff on guest services. Lack of clean towels. Need I go on?
I had a pretty good experience at this hotel.. i was able to check in late. i got there about 7 30 at night everyone was extremely friendly. It looked really nice it had a little kitchen nook with a complete stove. The first night there i saw a bug on the wall i think it was a roach i killed it and got nervous i looked around the whole night.. i didn't see any more bugs for the rest of my stay but seeing the one creeped me out. it was pretty clean..i didn't like the fact that i had to bag up my towels and take down to the front desk to exchange for new towels.. i did ask for 2 extra pillows and they were only able to give me one.. i just went to wal-mart and bought another pillow i had a really great stay. internet was not complementary i had to pay * dollars to use it for the weekend which wasn't bad. other than that i would totally recommend this hotel.
