Located in the Culinary Institute of Charleston’s Thornley Campus, skilled CIC students produce and serve the creative cuisine. Diners may select either a day featuring the diverse dishes of the world produced by Chef Scott Stefanelli's International Cuisine on Tuesdays in Fall 1, or one featuring modern Charleston fine dining from Chef Randy William's Capstone Restaurant class on Thursdays. Fall 2 will feature American Regional on Tuesdays and French Regional on Thursdays.
