About Norwegian Jade
The newly refurbished Jewel class Norwegian Jade is ideal for families wanting to experience Norway and the North Cape in luxurious style. Extensively upgraded, the modern décor and design of the state rooms on board Norwegian Jade provide the perfect setting from which to appreciate the majestic Norwegian landscape. Norwegian Jade currently travels 3 cruise routes, including Norway and the North Cape, Norwegian Fjords and North Sea cruises. Itineraries offer visits to Hamburg, Trondheim, Alesund and Flam. Passengers have the chance to visit the 300-year-old market in Hamburg and Trondheim’s magnificent medieval cathedral. Often referred to as the Venice of Norway, Alesund offers stunning views of the fjords as well as unusual art nouveau style architecture to explore, on shore excursions. With more than 16 dining options, guests on the Norwegian Jade can choose from Asian fusion, French, Italian or a burger straight off the grill. For a different experience there’s the Pit Stop, combining poolside fun and food. For sports lovers the Norwegian Jade has both a main and kids' pool, jogging track, fitness centre and tennis court. Children are always entertained, with a teen club and Splash Academy for kids. For relaxation, passengers make the most of a spa and thermal suite, as well as comfortable staterooms. Norwegian Cruise Line is known for stylish decor and staterooms offer separate sitting areas and TVs. For the ultimate luxury experience, Haven suites have 24-hour butler service and a private sundeck. Originally launched in 2006 and refurbished in 2017, the Norwegian Jade can accommodate 2402 guests, with a crew of 1037 to ensure passengers thoroughly enjoy the cruising experience.
