Pros: Very warm welcome by helpful owner
Pros: Lovely hotel - very very clean and comfortable. The breakfast was superb for only a small additional fee. I highly recommend it. We also had dinner at the hotel's restaurant and food was above average. Excellent service. We will be back!
Pros: I liked everything from the lock up garage to the clean spacious room
Cons: I wish some more things were written in English like how to operate the tv, local cafes etc
Pros: The most friendly host ever!! AND the best home made strawberry jam I've even tasted!
Cons: No actual reception
Pros: Excellent welcome, check-in and check-out hrs very generous, free carparking, excellent wifi, very clean and comfortable double room with tea/coffee making facilities in room, nice breakfast in dining room, cycle storage shed as well. My husband and I enjoyed our one night stay.
Cons: Nothing I didn't like.
Pros: A very good hotel to stay. Highly recommanded.
Pros: The owner was very kind. It was a nice breakfast. I had a New Years Eve at the hotel and there were special for us glasses prepared.
Pros: Excellent breakfast. Pleasant staff.
Pros: Very good breakfast.
Pros: The owner (and the builders) were very friendly. The room was very comfortable. Breakfast was decent. Reasonable value for money.
Cons: 'The diningroom is closed for refurbishment' NO. The whole place was being built/rebuilt. There was not even a sign up saying it was a hotel (it looked like/was a building site). Fortunately the builders were very friendly and got the owner. It will be very nice when it is finished but to access the breakfast room meant going through a construction area.

Pros: Large, comfortable room, very clean and with good WiFi.
Pros: We came back to this hotel, as our first experience in March was great. It is a very nice and cozy place where you can easily relax. The breakfast was good and the bed is comfy.
Cons: We planned our trip to re-visit the great restaurant in this Hotel. Unfortunately, we only found out at check-in that they were closed for Christmas/New year. We struggled to find another place in Nottuln for dinner. If we had known this before the check-in, we would have chosen another date to come back.
Pros: Very clean and tastefully decorated.
Cons: Could hear someone snoring next door.
Pros: Nice spacious room. Friendly staff
Pros: Good breakfast, spacious new decorated room with small kitchen, nice village, quiet environment. Restaurant special for fish meals. Lot of other types of restaurants nearby
Pros: Excellent staff, beds really comfortable, place was newly refurbished. Breakfast was more than expected. Can not rate this place more highly.
Pros: Clean, comfortable and good breakfast
Cons: Staff unfriendly to the point of rudeness. Bad enough that I could not recommend property even though the facilities were good nor would I stay here again
Pros: Nice little guesthouse with very friendly and serviceminded staff. Lovely room and comfortable beds. Very nice breakfast too. Strongly rekommend it.
Pros: • Reasonable price. • Spacious bedroom, with easeful interior design (theme "seashore"). • Spacious bathroom. • Very good and extensive breakfast. • Parking place car close by. • Friendly, helpful staff. • Nottuln centre is very close by (2 minutes walk) and has a nice, ancient centre with a few restaurants and shops.
Cons: • I stayed in room 5. The wall to the neighbor's room was very thin, therefore very noisy. An unexpectedly unpleasant experience, because I felt as if there was no wall at all between me and the neighbors, and it was as if I was staying and sleeping in their bedroom and bathroom instead of my own room. That did not give me a sense of privacy. For that I was glad that I only stayed one night in that room. • Despite the spacious bathroom, the toilet (in the bathroom) was very tight / narrow. Even for me, being rather slim / slender. • In the double bed, I rolled repeatedly to the middle / centre of the bed. • I thought it was a bit dusty under the bed. • No washcloths / wash gloves available. • No water heater (for making tea, coffee or noodles) available. • I booked the hotel to visit Münster for one day. However, in the end it took me quite a while to reach the centre of Münster (from the hotel in Nottuln) by using car and train.
Pros: A fresh clean hotel with friendly and accommodating staff.
Cons: The fact that you cannot pay with VISA card or that you have to pay extra for pets is not reported for in the advertising, unfortunately.

Pros: The location, the staff, the room
Cons: The restaurant was good but did not offer many light dinner options. It was a bit expensive.
Pros: Nice hotel in a rural setting. The restaurant schnitzel was the I have tasted in Germany.
Pros: The bed was good, we had müsli and fruit every morning and the breakfast options were paradise.
Pros: lavish castle like hotel out in the middle of nowhere. 2 story walkup - no help with luggage offered. Great restaurant. Good breakfast.

Pros: Nice room, excellent staff and restaurant. We stayed there for an overnight stay on our way to Denmark and the location is very good, close to the highway.
Pros: Very nice hotel with an excellent service, nice & professional staff and good food.
Pros: Great food selection at breakfast. Lovely choices at dinner and delicious food with large portions. Outside area and restaurant very tasteful and rustic. Staff were lovely.
Cons: Bed wasn’t very comfy. bedroom in apartment was in attic space so a bit tight height wise.

Pros: Large room and bathroom. Nice staff. Good breakfast. Private parking. Nice and quiet village, great surroundings. Great water castles around to visit: Darfeld, Hulshoff, Nordkirchen, Buldern

Pros: Nice and quite location 10 mins off the Autobahn. Friendly staff. Nice breakfast buffet.
Pros: We really liked the location in this lovely small village. We arrived a bit late, but as soon as we were there the owners took well care of us and we could have a nice dinner. The room was nice, big and quiet, perfect for a good night sleep. The big bathroom was impressive. And in the morning we could enjoy a very nice and fresh breakfast with a lot of choice.
Pros: Breakfast was very good. We also had an evening meal at the hotel which was hearty and delicious. The restaurant staff member was friendly and patient as our children tried out their German.
Pros: Fantastic stopover on a long trip. Comfortable, nice location, nice staff, and awesome breakfast.
Cons: The hotel took a bit of finding at first, but all fun.
Pros: It was very peaceful and quaint
Pros: Dinner and breakfast both excellent. Parking discreet and secure. Owner clearly very experienced. Quiet Close to major motorway route, about 10 km from Münster. reasonable village shop and café
Cons: Wet room type bathroom: worked well, but the invitation to remove shoes before entering it is not sensible if the floor is still wet. No lift - not as nice as having a lift.
Pros: Was allright
Cons: A Little bit cold in my room , and smells from cigarets
Pros: Nice location, very peaceful.
Cons: Very strong smell of cigarettes in our part of the hotel which unfortunately these days just isn't acceptable.

Pros: All of it , and staff are very nice

Cons: The man behind the desk in the morrningwas very very rude.i had put a cup of coffee in whot i know to be a tea cup.he took ig of me and porued it down the sink and gave me the corect cup.REALY THE WRONG FU@$ING CUP.i am a paying gest if i want to put a coffee in a bin bag thats upto me not him.then i sat at the wrong table one that had allready been used.THE WRONG FU$#ING TABLE.again im paying for breakfast if i want to have it at that table who is he to tell me i cant.the hole stay was was put down to a no star because of him and him alone.the lady on the desk at night when i booked in was very good had all the paperwork to hand told me all about my stay and were to go for food.but the man in the morrning was not.and has made it so i will not be staying there again.and thay owe me a breakfast as i walked out after the table farse and went yo the petrol station for a coffee(in a paper cup).
Pros: Good location, nice facilities, restaurant closed for dinner and hard to pay by card around area, so if you wanna dine-in Senden make sure you have cash :) Hotel was good value for money and location helped avoid traffic while travelling to Munster.
Cons: Slow and complicated wi-fi, restaurant closed for dinner.
Pros: It met our needs location wise.
Cons: The receptionist on our arrival was incredibly curt to the point of being rude. One of our party had difficulty getting WiFi to work - her attitude/ help was non existent. When we asked if we could get a beer it was as though we had asked for the moon. Clearly, she didn’t want to be disturbed. Awkward!!
Pros: Breakfast was excellent. Next to the highway, but even outside you hardly realize any noise. Inside not all. Service very friendly and flexible.
Cons: hotel looked over a 24hr truck stop, trucks could be heard starting and engine running all night, with the occasional horn , staff at the hotel refused to serve our party for food and alcohol on arrival, even though other guests were being served very ignorant i found, the worst hotel we stayed in in germany.
Pros: The had an awesome breakfast and coffee!! The staff were great and friendly. Easy on and off the highway. Close to gas station.
Cons: There are no restaurants near, but it was only 10 minutes to Munster.
