Close to airport, clean and a good buffet breakfast.
pool was nice, as was the work out space, staff was super nice and friendly especially the cleaning ladies, the place was very clean and professional. there wasnt a fridge or anything in the room so we were not able to store any cold food and what not for the whole weekend we were there and the whole paying for your parking gets kind of annoying
It was close to the train, rooms were nice and very comfortable.
Shuttle picks you up from O'Hare and takes you directly to the hotel; the shuttle picks up and leaves every 20 minutes. The room was very clean and comfortable. Breakfast was included and was excellent. Staff weren't very professional, seemed disorganized and didn't strive to provide high customer service. This was most apparent at the front desk. We had 3 adults in the room which was stated on the reservation but only 2 breakfast vouchers. Rooms were difficult to navigate to, very confusing layout of hotel.
Next to the train station Had to go through about 7 tolls to get to it Did not tell me i had to pay for parking (took money out of my account) Did not tell me i had fees for internet Took out a deposit without telling me for the room (its been two weeks, still have not received it yet) Took an additional $30 out of my account without tell me Tried to call the hotel, would not help me.
Rooms were better than expected, comfortable bed and pillows. Starbucks in the lobby! Breakfast buffet was excellent with lots of selection. Location and shuttle service very convenient to OHare. Shuttle was late the morning of our departure.
Staff was approachable, friendly, helpful, and watchful of safety. Exorbitent parking fees, ridiculous additional fees upon arriving and unforgiving entitlement to added charges. When booking online, it should be stated outright just how significant the fees will be. (The fees were nearly the cost of another nights stay).
When I first walked in, the finishings and decor were much nicer...bordering swanky...than I expected. The 11th floor lounge was also a surprise with the various offerings of drinks and eats. It was also busy with travelers, which meant the draw for this lounge was better than most hotel "lounges". The only negative was the wait time in the restaurant when we wanted to get a late afternoon snack.
The hotel rooms were spacious and clean, and the breakfast was good. The pool was closed and i was not aware of that wben i booked the room. The kids were looking forward to the pool.
Excellent Wi-Fi, Large LCD TV with full cable channels plus HBO, Not hard to find off of Interstate 290. Continental breakfast. Cleanliness of the hotel. Location seems remote (9 miles from Donald E. Stephens convention center). Prices in the self serve shop were OUTRAGOUS! ($17 for an airplane sized bottle of wine). Lack of restaurant on premises (just continental breakfast) as you had to take a shuttle or risk you life crossing a 4 lane highway to get to one across the street. Non-heated indoor pool.
Price was right and had a good room (a little loud as we were at the end of the hallway, but wasn't too big a problem).
Staff extremely nice and helpful. Availablity of the pool is a real plus. Breakfast is also a plus. You cannot sit at the desk and watch the TV at the same time as the TV cannot be moved so someone at the desk can view it. Also the air conditioner is so close to the bed and shoots air onto both beds, especially the bed closest to the window. This was a major problem. It was so uncomfortable I would consider staying at another facility in spite of the other positives at this hotel. You also need a scale in the fitness center
Beds were very comfortable! No fans in the bathrooms for ventilation!
claen rooms easy to get to
Easy access from O'Hare airport, you appreciate this after a intercontinental flight.
Staff very friendly and helpfull
Easy access, great accommodations, very clean and comfortable. NO
Vry good value for the money. location very convinient for city visits, easy drive to downtown Chicago
Clean, but old hotel. Can't beat the price or location, close to airport and couple miles away from oakbrook shopping center Could use an upgrade
The outdoor pool was the best feature of this hotel! The location was conveinient to downtown and had easy local access to stores and a few restaurants. Luckily, our room overlooked the pool area. The breakfast buffet offered a wide selection of foods, (including chorizo eggs), and was a good value. The hotel is pet-friendly, which is great, but I was not aware of the pet fee prior to checking in. It should be clearly explained on the website.
The bed was comfortable and it was a decent price compared to everything else around. It was fairly clean and a decent place to stay. The air conditioner in the room was so loud you couldn't hardly even hear the tv or sleep. They had a shuttle to carry you into the city but it only left every hour in the half i.e 8:30, 9:30. If it was full then oh well you had to wait till the next hour and they didn't care if you made it to your appt or not. I actually had to call an uber ride to come pick me up because their shuttle wouldn't take us to the train stop a couple times. I won't be staying here again but if money is the issue and you are looking for a decent room for a decent price then it is ok.
friendliness of staff, shuttle facility the shuttle facility was a bit slow and not clear about times . Could have a direct phone line from O`Hare airport
Staff was friendly The rooms smelled funny, the a/c didnt work and wouldnt stay on, they had replaced the carpet so the door into the room had to be forced open and closed, the food was not good and expensive, the staff was nice but only obe person at the front desk trying to help many and answer phones. The hotel just looked and felt dirty.
It was nice and comfortable what you would expect for this price it was clean staff was friendly The fire alarm randomly went off and stayed on for an hour. The location isn't the greatest tricky to figure out how to get out of there and to downtown
proximity to a cta station and the airport shuttle too far away from the center of the city; outdated lobby and restaurant
I stayed only one night, however, it provided me everything I needed. It is a nice hotel worth spending the amount I payed. It's a bit far from Chicago, but is very close to the airport, which is useful for those who have the plane early in the morning.
Needed a little bit of TLC there wasn't a lot of trash but there where some trash in between the bushes and the stones. Pool area could use some shade get some umbrellas to be able to enjoy a bit of the pool
Reasonably close to airport with shuttle every 1/2 hour. Free internet. People at desk I could understand, no strange accent. I didn't ask for it but got a handicapped room. The shower has two drains. The one in the main floor was not at the lowest location so there was a large amount of water collecting. (room 220).
Easily accessible, comparably cheap. My room on the 8th floor smelled like used frying pan as it was above the kitchen and the heating/cooling unit suck in the kitchen exhausts. The room was noisy as isolation as such was nonexistent. They said they had no plug adaptor.
The lobby, staff, and Bar/Restaurant were great. Decent cable selection. The bed was a simple mattress that was pretty well worn out. The sheets pulled off easily while sleeping. The room it self was a bit dated.
We booked using hotels.com for a room with two double beds and a separate seating area with a sofa bed. Upon arriving we were told this type of room did not exist at the hotel. We were given a two double bed accommodation with no separate seating area, no sofa, and no rollaway bed. I advise to never book at hotels.com since the "best they could do" was give only a partial refund even though they were in the wrong for offering a nonexistent room choice and the room rate for what we were given would have been way less.
Nothing Hotel was not clean my room was very dirty and dusty and out dated. The carpet had a Oder we found food in the hall way. It look like there was illegal activity going on. I will never stay at this hotel again also very poorly managed. I only stayed at this hotel for 7hr. I complain for 1hr and slept for 6hr then I checkout.
Clean and comfortable hotel room, friendly reception and good facilities. Free shuttle from airport helped us until we secured our rental car the next day. Bed was too firm for my liking. Shuttle driver was grumpy. Didn't realize we had to pay for breakfast so I was surprised at the $40 bill for 3 people.
Parking included Hot in hallways
The staff were really great. We had never been in the area so they gave us great suggestions and were sweet even with all the questions we had. The rooms were comfortable and fairly clean. It's real close to the airport and they have constant shuttles going and they are more than willing to make sure you get a Taxi if the shuttle is full. Not really much horrible things to say.
I was grateful for the shuttle service back and forth to the Stephens Convention Center - a real plus! I hope you will add frequent stops to the Fashion Outlets!
The staff was super friendly and helpful. Everyone we talked to was polite and upbeat. I llike it when people like theri jobs and it shows. There are no complaints at all about this hotel. We would use it again when traveling this area.
Room was clean and there was plenty of space. Just a couple hours after checking in my wife went to grab some toothpaste from the front desk. She had forgotten the room number and asked for the number. The two ladies at the front desk grilled her with questions. I understand security, but we didn't appreciate how my wife was treated. They called me on my cell phone, because I didn't pick up on either of the two phones in the room. Finally after confirming my wife was with me they gave her the room number. Later I found out that neither phone worked. The next morning the women who was rude apologized for the night before. It seemed a little too late, they could have used basic customer service to have resolved this rather than treat my wife like a criminal.
So the good, breakfast for the most part is a great selection, the beds were clean and comfortable, the staff were very friendly and the shuttle service was a life saver. There is an expansive amount of construction going on around the hotel (not their fault but something to be aware of), hot water in the showers just doesn't happen which is odd because the bathroom sink 2 feet away will reach at least 10 or 20 degrees warmer, our room was very recently painted as evidenced by the fresh paint smell, we cracked our windows for the first day and it didn't bother us as much after that, and finally that breakfast, while they do have many of the staples to get you by the specialty items of the day are nothing to write home about, you'll get better pancakes and eggs at the McDonalds across the street.
Good simple place to stay with close access to airport. construction in parking lot was annoying. Tar covered lot, so we had to park next door and walk to hotel.
Pickup took thirty minutes. Though I was in the proper spot, they claimed that I missed the van.
It was a nice stay, I did like the complementary breakfast th The Hotel is a lil out dated and can use a remodel
Close to airport
Nothing Water pouring out of light fixture in bathroom. Perhaps explained the disgusting smell of the room, though the odor in the second room was not better. Our two 10 year old children cried because they did not want to stay in a room that smelled so bad. When we complained, we were told no other rooms were available. Had it not been after midnight when we arrived I would have switched hotels.
You did not give me the bill. Please send me the bill to firstname.lastname@example.org
I liked that the fridge and microwave where available Poor water pressure and a lot of noise
Staff was very helpful and courteous, the shuttle drivers were prompt and the room was updated with very comfortable mattresses. The bathroom was clean and well stocked with towels and washcloths. We had a great dinner at the restaurant at the end of the building, Shoeless Joe's, which was easy to walk to and open late. With free breakfast, Wi-Fi, and proximity to O'hare airport, can't beat it.
My room was nice once I got into it. BUILDING: When I arrived, I literally thought the hotel had shut down because the property and building looked like a mangled construction site. I found the entrance and attempted to check in. CHECK IN DISASTER/ CUSTOMER SERVICE: I gave the girl my name and she laughed at me and told me I was in the wrong hotel. I confirmed the hotel name and showed her my confirmation email. She gave me a confused look and said that I didn't have a reservation because I must've booked last minute... I booked two weeks beforehand. She then told me that she would just run my card and book me a new room- but I had already paid!!!! Then she told me to print out my confirmation email from their computer, but both browsers were so old, it wouldn't pull up my email account. After going back and forth, she had me send my confirmation email to her personal email because the company email wasn't working. She NEVER apologized for the inconvenience. Finally, she gave me a room key, but didn't give me any sort of directions to my room (so I thought it must've been an easy room to find). Wrong. They had a sign that blocked the hallway saying that this part of the hotel was closed. My room was down that hallway. Construction everywhere. Smelled awful. I ended up walking around for a bit in the creepiest looking hotel (think murder movie style with construction and plastic sheets hanging over certain hallways), then just ignored the sign and walked behind it to get to the room. BREAKFAST: I woke up the next morning, checked out, and walked to the attached restaurant for the complimentary breakfast that comes with the room. I got there and the greeter accused me of stealing breakfast (terrible, stale food) because I didn't have a room key. Awesome.
Staff was working hard. Price was decent. Staff gave us the key to the wrong room, people were already in there. Bathroom was a bit dirty.
Van driver went out of his way to help. The front desk staff were courteous and professional. The facilities were run down - we had two rooms next to each other. Unfortunately one of the rooms we had entry to had people already in the room.
It has a nice lobby to meet people in and also a very nice breakfast area and courtyard. They could use some movie channels on the TV but other than that everything was nice.
I would like to have better breakfast. I didn't like plastic dishes and caps, not proper for such nice hotel.
The complimentary breakfast area. Lobby has construction companies equipment in it and the door to my suite had the rubber hanging off it.
They're very rude and impolite!! kept asking when am I going to leave!. Don't know where to start : I stayed for one night only when I arrived the front desk was so not friendly and she kept blow air she asked my for my bank card and ID to verify the reservation she was very stressful and upset for some reason I felt like someone enforced her to work!! I was about to tell her it's a hotel you need to smile abd chill out dude!!! . Next day started to pack up and asked them for extra half an hour within 15 minutes they sent the house keeper saying that it's time to check out, RUDE!!!! this was my first and last time to go to this hotel.
Our room was comfortable and it smelled good! Breakfast is big and good. Staff was very nice. There were a couple amenities advertised that were not actually available. There is not a hot tub. It turned out to be kind of a party hotel so it was load and smelly in the hallway.
Room was musty and damp. Not very clean. Breakfast was pretty mediocre and coffee was awful.
Price. Lots of stuff for the price -clean rm, pool, breakfast, workout rm. But just know that all that stuff is at the very basic level, not fancy by any means. Good for a family on a budget - which seem to be the majority of the guests. Overall dated feel. Once was nice, but feels weathered as of today. Tub didn't drain well. Loud ac unit in room. Cleaning product smell in halls and around lobby entrance. Staff does a good job if trying to keep it in good form.
The amenities were excellent. Wonderful free breakfast, great coffee, indoor pool, awesome commons areas to have guests over, beautiful courtyard. Big room with porch. We almost cancelled due to other bad reviews but we're very happy with our room and the hotel in general. The staff was very nice and although we did have an issue with the AC, they got it right ASAP and everything went well. WILL stay again when visiting family in the area.. Nice place to have people come meet u at to visit.
Stayed for the grand opening weekend. Staff was friendly, breakfast was good. Beautiful lobby and courtyard. The price was excellent and was the first to enjoy the room. Located next to shopping outlet. Would definitely stay again for my next Chicago visit.
The room was spacious. The breakfast was pretty good. The happy hour was OK. Lots of family with kids. Occasionally it would get a little load night. Needs more parking. The workout room was one bike, one ellipitcal, and one treadmill.
The room was very clean and spacious. Everything worked great. Towels fluffy and beds were wonderful. Breafast was delicious. I was there for two days we only used the housekeeping staff for towels and trash and they were helpful and very assertive. The kids wished the pool was little bigger but it was clear and the facility was very clean the only complaint was the hot tub very dissappointed that you could only fit 3 ppl in at a time very small and dainty.
Great staff, overall very clean in process repairs, 3rd floor room and I could hear noises on roof when wind blew - like sheet metal rustling, at 2am, so I look a little off my experience based on that
I didn't like that kids where in the hot tube couldnot enjoy a nice valentines day with my fiance, kids where jumping splashing in the hot tube , people eating dropping food, then my hotel hallway smelled like cigarettes also gym was packed with young kids jumping on the equipment, now my room my blankets where dirty, my curtains where ripped my bathroom room had a whole , I honestly had the most horrible night kids running up and down the hall we called room service the kitchen pick up and didn't transfer us they just hung up, kids kept running up and down the hall I wish I wish I could of got my money back and get a nother hotel, the worse valentines day ever
The rooms were cery nice and clean and had everything you needed.
Nothing Nothing was labeled
Very clean, staff very friendly and helpful thin walls so can hear everything from surrounding rooms and hall. Sleep number bed would not hold air properly. Very loud hotel guests in halls and rooms til 3 or 4 a.m.
How much they knew about the "law". More than the police, apparently Everything
For a small fee we were allowed to leave our car in the parking for 4 days while we were out of town. Instead of having to pay for parking at the airport, which would have been twice as much. There was no Korbel brandy in the bar
The rooms were very clean, and smelled clean. Comfortable sleep number bed with nice size TV. Very comfortable stay. The guy at the front desk gave me a lot of attitude when I was checking in. He treated me and my girlfriend very poorly.
The big beds. And the friendliness of the house keeping staff. The hotel works with certain cab companies, and they are like the most expensive cap services. I don't recommend going downtown when using the hotels cab service unless you want to pay more than 50.00.
Plenty of space and only 2 blocks away from the venue where we were attending a concert. Breakfast buffet was a nice surprise. Room was spacious enough for our needs. Steakhouse next door had good food and service. It was very convenient. Noisy place. Neighbors next door were loud until 2 AM as well as the people downstairs who stayed out on their patio -which made the noise echo. It sounded like we were surrounded by 10 different people. Walls were thin. One of the 2 beds deflated shortly after adjusting the comfort level. Luckily, we had been given a room with 2 beds so we moved to the other one. Unfortunately, the remote for that one did not work which is why we chose the other bed to begin with.
They had really nice rooms for the money I paid. I've stayed at very expensive hotels with run down rooms. The staff when I checked in and checked out was very nice and polite and answered all my questions. The breakfast was paid for in my reservation, however if I hadn't booked the room I did I would have had to pay $10 each day for breakfast. I didn't get to use the pool as it rained my entire stay but all the other facilities were nice.
The staff and the hotel always make me feel very welcome and the rooms and amenities are perfect and very comfortable and always clean. /the location couldn't be better from shops and restaurants to being only a couple miles from the airport I think it has gotten a bit pricey....for the room.
clean and had a good breakfast had to wait 40 minutes for a shuttle. calling reception had no impact whatsoever!
From the first calls made to the front desk arranging room check ins for our large family group to the 4:15 am shuttle driver pick-up wow GREAT SERVICE- most helpful. Friendly shuttle driver!
The location of the hotel. Rooms are cramped and do not have one comfortable place to sit beside the bed.
Great location for flying in/out of Chicago. Front desk staff gave us a discount for long term parking during our trip, beat the rate at O'Hare. We will likely stay there again in the future. Entertainment in the morning consisted of watching a mouse make his rounds in the dining area.
Location Remodeled but very poorly and free breakfast was gross and was discussed with the roaches
The location was convenient for the purposes of my trip. Overall, it had the feel of "cheap" even though the price to stay was night. The clock radio didn't work, even when it was replaced with anotehr one. The business center charged for simple internet access (while the Comfort Inn in Skokie where friends stayed did not; I checked a-mail there!) The breakfast offering was tasteless, and the disposable plates & utensils just plain cheap!
access to O'Hare airport
Warm breakfast The receptionists never show smile; shuttle bus interval too long
The room is large enough. The A/C is not work well
Hotel close to airport but not too noisy - restaurant on site quite good with grat staff
good for the price
Very nice young lady at the reception. Very friendly.
Room was quite spacious & comfortable. Room window was of small size.
I enjoyed the stay. It was relaxing. A great getaway.
The complimentary breakfast was lovely. The building was very beautiful. Staff was very friendly and the room was clean, pretty, and comfortable. We had no complaints whatsoever.
The staff were very nice. the room was very comfortable. to many kids, and it was under construction so could not take full advantage of the hotel. was hard to get to the pool area with a bad knee. had to take stairs due to the construction.
Loved the new contemporary decor, rooms were very nice. Like the counter top and lighted mirror in bath. Very comfortable bed. Manager's reception and complimentary breakfast were great. We always stay here when we come for Christmas shopping, location is central to malls, restaurants etc. Needs hook on back of bathroom door. Maid service didn't come til late afternoon.
The staff were very helpful with any request that we had .
I did not like that they automatically charge your credit card an extra $50 for "incidentals" upon check-in.
The check-in staff were very inviting an also offerred me a complimentary drink and some snacks & wate. The room was quite comfortable. Many of the ice machines were not working or were removed. I needed to go to 3 different floors to get ice.
I really liked how clean the whole facility was and just how everyone was willing to help!! Very friendly staff.
The place is clean and we got a cheaper rate from booking.com The hotel does not have enough drivers to provide shuttle bus service to guests.
very good price for the hotel
food and room service
Quality accommodations at a great price. Room was spacious, clean and quiet. Location is great - right off interstate for easy travel into Chicago without Chicago prices. It is close to lots of food and shopping. King size room had no closet so a wardrobe rack, ironing board and iron were sitting in the room.
Well customer service was great Rooms are dirty, hallways are littered with plates and beer bottles my room in particular AC did not work correctly window shades were broken meaning everyone basically could look into my room this hotel is more intended for the party type people that are locking themselves in the room drinking and doing drugs in my opinion not a family oriented place
Convenient for business and shopping
the hotel was in a great location. The room was clean and designed very well. the pool was cold and needed to be cleaned a little better
It has a great location to a lot of nice restaurants close by-some you can walk to or order in. Also, easy distance to come and go to the airport.
It was modern, clean, and efficient. I wish there was a small microwave in the room.
The location is great, staff was great, and room was nice and very clean. The $15 a night for parking was a bit of a let down

Very nice, clean and modern hotel. The staff was very friendly and we were even able to check in 4 hours early!
Room and public space areas, nice new and clean; free airport shuttle; double queen beds (very comfortable) Paid parking ($15/night); was not clear there would be a charge when booking the room
Breakfast was great. All the usual suspects but extra stuff for waffles and warm food selection rotated daily. Close enough to walk to the Rosemont Convention Center. Outdoor area was nice in the evenings.

Very close to the CTA station to get to downtown Chicago. Hotel was new so very clean. Pool area was clean. Beds were comfy. Paying for parking even though it was $15/night as oppose to $45/$70 in city, PAYING for parking is ABSURD! Room was small for 2 adults & 2 kids (13&11) It had free breakfast, but if you didn't get down early in the am, it was picked over.
Close to public transportation. Very clean. Great breakfast selection. Great stay. Will stay again.
