The fact Mr. Quiles contacted me after my stay. He's a very nice guy & should be considered a very valuable asset to the company.
convenient to all the attractions, great lay out, wonderful room
I like the microwave equipped in guest rooms. It would be better if your wireless is free.
Front Desk was very helpful. The heat in the room was sporadic.
It is a very nice hotel in a good location. We attended a wedding reception at 100 Drury Lane. It was very convenient to be able to walk back after the reception. Safer too. I was disappointed that I did not earn Hilton Honors points for this stay because I booked thru Kayak
Found a deal on kayak. Straight drive to downtown. Also a straight drive down south to midway. Good value for being outside the city center. Breakfast bit being included in my rate.
The jacuzzi was nice. The room was small and the refridgerator made too much noice. The rate was the same as the hotel's rate. We were given a handicap room without being asked.
The room was great. The bed was extremely comfortable and overall very clean. The location was great as well. It is located near several delicious restaurants and an awesome shopping mall! I would recommend this hotel to any and every one!
Everything was great, staff was greatt There where spot on my blanket.
attention and confortable rooms
The confort The rate for the internet service.
This was a very nice hotel. Friendly staff, clean and the rooms are awesome! Sheets/pillows/bed were all super comfortable and our daughter actually liked the fold out couch! Best she's ever slept on, she said!
The hotel bar is great for drinks but I would not recommend ordering food. It was cold, tasteless and the wait time was excessive. The remainder of the stay was excellent.
The hotel was very clean and very nicely furnished. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The bed was comfortable and there were plenty of pillows. There were only 3 elevators for the whole hotel, one was out of order, and there were 3 family reunions, 2 onsite weddings, and 1 offsite wedding with the friends and family staying there. When we returned from the rehearsal dinner Friday night there was a LINE to use the elevator to get to our rooms. My husband and I found a way to take the stairs. Which wasn't easy as the only carpeted stairs went from the lobby to the second floor. We had to take the concrete fire stairs to get to the third floor that our room was on. We ran into a similar problem trying to take the elevator down to check out on Sunday around 11 am, an hour before the official check out time. After waiting 10 minutes and having several full elevators stop on our floor, we opted to take an elevator up in order to go back down. There is no vent fan in the bathroom so the mirror fogs while you shower and then you have to wait until it dissipates into your room to style your hair or put on make-up. The doors that enable the rooms to adjoin are NOT sound proof. I could hear neighboring televisions, conversations, and…um…"other" activities… Overall I would not stay at this hotel again. There are several other hotels within a mile of this one that I'd rather give my money to.
