Cons: The Hotel should provide drinking water to its guests at each room.

One of the nicest hotels my wife and I have ever stayed at. Beautiful, Comfortable, top of the line on everything. Very Impressed.
Pros: The staff was very polite. The hotel was beautiful. It was a very comfortable stay.
Cons: My only complaint would be the price of the food at the hotel. It was VERY expensive.

Pros: Two bedroom suite was very spacious. Recent renovations show commitment to maintaining the property. Wide variety of activities were available on and off site throughout every day.
Cons: Some furnishings from the most recent renovation are not very practical (20+ lbs metal dining room chairs, white couch in main seating area already showing wear, very noisy casters under the ottoman).
Activities schedule is only available on paper upon arrival. Making these available online (via Facebook page, for example) would allow guests to incorporate resort activities into their schedules more easily.
Activity room (The Mine) was not always unlocked during scheduled open times.

Pros: Washer and dryer's in the room, kitchen was very useful and it was extremely clean
Cons: Everything was great
Pros: This was a huge, amazing room -- almost a house with luxury finishes everywhere.
Cons: The location was a little remote from downtown Park City.
Pros: Location; Outdoor heated pool
Cons: Staff seemed indifferent to guests; Was never greeted upon entering the hotel or while in the lobby area.
Pros: Hotel is spotless!! Very clean and updated.
Pros: Very clean with a great location and views. The pool and hot tub was nice.
Cons: The walls here are paper thin. We asked to be moved from the first room due to excessive noise and were actually downgraded to a smaller room with the same problem. Also, we left for dinner and came back to a full garage. Very disappointing for the price.
Cons: The profile on your website indicated that the deluxe queen room had a sofa and the hotel does not offer this as an option. We booked this room so our group would have somewhere to meet and play cards and games - were not able to do this.
Pros: Beautiful hotel, friendly staff and cozy, comfortable rooms
Cons: I didn't want to park valet, and the front desk girl was a little pushy. Other than that, perfect stay.
Pros: The atmosphere in the mountains was really great. The facilities were all top notch.
Cons: I wish the pool and hot tub area remained open past 10PM.
Pros: The Hyatt Centric in Park City was the perfect get-away! It was luxurious, comfortable and the staff was amazing. Best of all the room was emaculate and clean to the highest of standards. I give it five stars!
Pros: Relaxing and quality accommodations. In-house restaurant food options were fantastic. Looking forward to our return visit.
Pros: We love the Hyatt in the Canyons! The rooms are beautiful the views and grounds are beautiful as well. We have never had a bad experience with the staff. They have always been super sweet!
Cons: The only thing that was frustrating with the experience, was booking. Every time we called we were given a difference price. The price increased $--- within 5 minutes. I don't understand what that is all about, but we were not happy about that.
Ideally situated in the heart of Park City, the Hyatt Centric at Park City is an all season ski-in, ski-out luxury resort within Canyons Resort. 30 minutes from the Salt Lake City airport it is one of the most accessible ski destinations in the world. The Hyatt is minutes from historic downtown Park City, which boasts over 100 shops, galleries and dining experiences and offers complimentary transportation.
Pros: Clean spacious rooms, linens were very nice. Staff was very friendly. Walking distance to shops. Nice lobby layout. Great included breakfast. Beautiful area- wish we cou.do have stayed longer.
Pros: We had an amazing stay at the Landmark Inn. It was very clean, the breakfast was great and the shuttle bus drivers were amazing. Will definitely stay here the next time we are skiing Park City
Pros: Check in and check out very easy and fast. Staff friendly, great breakfast with many options. Nice indoor pool area. Clean room comfortable beds and pillows. Our room had a sliding glass door that opened up to a nice grass area. I'd imagine this would be convenient for those who travel with pets. The location is very close to tanger outlets for some great shopping.
Pros: I liked the location and ease of acess.
Cons: The floors were dirty! They needed vacumng and the bathroom had hair all over the floor.
Pros: Great location to go between Park City and SLC with ease! Great hot tub and free breakfast ,too!
Pros: Nice facilities, shuttle to town and skiing was easy. In midst of renovation. Able to get rollaway.
Cons: Room small, no frig. Bathroom fan loud and didn't work.
Pros: Rooms and facilities were definitely up to par.
Cons: I wouldn't say the staff was rude but overall they certainly didn't seem interested in providing further information on the surrounding area nor even offering a smile.
On the weekend our neighbors were persistently very likely intoxicated loud from 2am to 4am. The staff / management did an overall unsatisfactory job of getting "party" to respect the quiet hours.

Pros: I loved my stay, everything looked new and clean, it wasn't crowded or uncomfortable, everyone was friendly.
Cons: Small workout room/pool area
Pros: The pool
Cons: Room feels a bit cramped
Pros: This hotel was nice and clean. The rooms are great sized, the kitchen had everything we needed to make dinner. The bed was super comfortable and BIG. And the hot tub was AMAZING, and out balcony was secluded. Thanks for such a great stay Newpark!
Cons: That we only chose to stay 1 night. The TV in the room was a little too small to see from the bed.
Pros: The room and overall building was clean and updated. Great location. Walking distance to restaurants, shopping, etc.
Cons: Called before making our reservation online through Kayak to make sure we would still receive the military discount, whoever I spoke to assured me we would. Upon check in, the manager told me this was not possible and said we could get a discount next time (thanks?). We also had a room with a seemingly broken thermostat. The entire night it would not go below 77-78 degrees no matter how low we turned it. None of us got a good night sleep because of it. I advised the woman at the counter upon check out and she said sorry and the would check on it for the next guest. Super disappointed... Otherwise our room was very clean and nice. Customer service was disappointing...
This condominium resort is close to Tanger Outlet Center and ski areas such as The Canyons, Park City Mountain Resort, and Deer Valley Resort.
Cons: Service at checkin lost our reservation (I had it on my phone) but they did upgrade the room. Could not get housekeeping to come help with the sofa bed even after three tries. Could not get management to come to the phone or call us back. Overall it appears the Waldorf brand has gone seriously downhill making this hotel overpriced a great deal. Rooms where dated in appearance too. Avoid hotels like this that are more interested in selling timeshares than basic services.
Pros: This is a beautiful place to stay. The facility is top notch. Stayed for one night in August and wished we had more time. Snores in the evening next to the pool!
Cons: It is a short drive to Park City. The hotel is at the base of the Canyons.
Pros: Personalization :), champagne in the hot tub, smores, knew us by name, rose petals in room :)
Cons: Hidden fees
Pros: Our suite was amazing! We loved our stay at the Waldorf. Great service. Great food.

Pros: There were some staff that tried to help us, but clearly their hands were tied.
Cons: Marriott reservations mixed up my request for Hotel Park City with Park City Marriott. We were less than impressed with Park City Marriott. No free Internet in the rooms, shuttle driver was rude, we had to argue with staff to get the room configuration we requested when we originally booked with Hotel Park City. We ended up moving hotels after two nights. Overall, it was a less than desirable experience.
Cons: It was just okay. Like any other hotel.
Pros: Typically, I don't undertake surveys on hotels, restaurants or entertainment so take these comments as a true endoresment. However, the stay that my wife and I experienced at the Park City Marriott was fantastic. The staff greeted us at the door to the lobby and asked us how they could help immediately upon my arrival. The pool and spa facilities were covered which offered us an opportunity to stay comfortable while getting in and out of the hot tub for recovery from a hard day of skiing. All in all, the stay was very rewarding and we will be looking at returning on our next visit to Park City.
- Pool, Hot tub and Fitness Facilities
- Friendly and Helpful Staff
- Comfortable lounge and multi media section
- Underground Parking
Cons: - Steam room wasn't warm enough
Pros: nEVER ANYTHING BUT EXCEDDING OUR EXPECTATIONS. VBERY WELL RUN HOTEL AND SUPER STAFF. WONDERFULE!!!
Cons: NOTHING !
Pros: The staff was superb - very friendly and helpful across the board.
Room service food was excellent!
Cons: There is no gift shop
Parking is sparse, underground lot is narrow
Cons: Noisy, floor above creaked each time someone walked. Pillows and bed ok but not overally comfortable.
Pros: We were never given the opportunity to like anything at the hotel. Hotel staff called and noted that they were overbooked at 4 PM on the night we got into town during the Christmas holidays and informed us that all 12 of us had to go find other accommodation.
Cons: I didn't like the fact that we were told at the last minute to go find other rooms and that the hotel was overbooked. At 5 PM at night trying to find rooms for 12 people during the Christmas holidays is near impossible at Park city Utah.

Pros: Staff were excellent and made sure we were comfortable. Very informative on places to eat that were good.
Cons: Surprized that there was no fridge in the room. Pillows were not great.

Pros: I loved having a separate bedroom and bathroom. It was nice and big and I didn't feel cramped.
Cons: I was a little disappointed with the continental breakfast. Ended up not eating cause it was only cereal and fruit.
Park Plaza Resort features a free ski shuttle and puts you within a 10-minute drive of Park City Mountain Resort and Deer Valley Resort. After a day on the slopes, guests can relax at the spa tub, work out at the 24-hour fitness center, or grab a bite to eat at the coffee shop/café. Conveniences like kitchens are in all condos, along with balconies and DVD players. Skiers will appreciate access to ski storage.
Pros: Loved the bikes. We rode downtown and had a great time. The spa temperature was just right too.
Cons: Pool was way too warm. Ran out of cookies.
Pros: I was attending Sundance and was terrified as I am older and have a prosthetic leg. Ice and Snow are not my friend. I was greeted and treated like royalty. The staff offered to walk with me to and from the room so I had a stable shoulder, they gave me extra waters for the altitude, and generally were there to make sure my stay was peaceful. They even approved a very late checkout on the final day as they knew my event was late in the day. All this during the crazy Sundance festival!
Cons: Only thing was the heating in the room had not been reconnected to the wall thermostat. Once they showed me how to control it manually it was just a nuisance and they comp'd me a full breakfast to make up for it.
Pros: Location Location Location
The chocolate chip cookies are addicting. So delicious!
Cons: Would have liked breakfast with the room rate, also, would have preferred a lower rate given it was off season and the hotel was more than half empty.
Cons: Got destroyed by bed bugs
Pros: Shumba at the front desk was super friendly and accommodating. All the staff was responsive to my needs and very professional. I was so impressed with the new renovations. I had stayed there 2 years ago and it was run down and dated. Now, it looks like a brand new hotel. It was excellent value for the money.
Cons: The only negative was my ice tongs in my room were covered in something gross and very dirty. I alerted the front desk and they were super responsive, apologetic and made it right.
Pros: I reserved a room with a king size bed. When we got to our room it was two doubles. I went back to the front desk to get fix it and was told there were no other king rooms available. I wasn't happy and was making that clear to the worker. The manager over heard the conversation and intervened. She upgraded us to a king suite. I thought her customer service was great.
Cons: I found out that booking a hotel room through third parties doesn't guarantee you the type of room you get despite what you think you're booking
Pros: Love the balcony! Great for mountain view!
Cons: That I had to leave :'(
Pros: Staff was so helpful and nice. Excellent customer service. Location to Park city ski resort is great. Free bus is right nearby.
Pros: No only we got an amazing room with ability to walk outside. Parking was good. Albertsons close by and ohhh the cookies!!!
Cons: Gained weight with those cookies.
Pros: The staff was amazing!
Pros: The bed was extremely comfortable . Was worried based on prior reviews. However , I have stayed all over the world and I can tell you this place is nothing like prior reviews. Staff was excellent. Food was excellent. Room very nice. It's not the Ritz but for these prices it's a steal.

Pros: On checking in and without asking for it, the staff upgraded our room from a Studio to a wonderful 1 bedroom and we were pleasantly surprised. The grocery delivery was in our room and was super convenient not having to go to the grocery and take our precious time away from the slopes. Wonderful facilities for our ski trip, with the pool and spa on the same 3rd floor level which made it super accessible to use after a long day of skiing Park City and The Canyons.
Pros: The kitchen was nice with full size appliances. Jetted tub was good. Fireplace was a nice touch but we didn't bring our own fire log so we didn't use it.
Cons: Carpet was dirty. The bedding was old and the 2 bed pillows were small and lumpy. The toilet would barely flush. Internet coverage was not great. The room had fresh towels on our second day and they emptied the trash but nothing else was cleaned. The pool and hot tub were full of unattended kids so we didn't use them.
Pros: Loved the pool, the huge room, the ski-cabin comfort, location!
Cons: Needs a little bit of updating. Bummed the hot tub was out of order.
Pros: Very large room. Large jetted bath tub. Full kitchen with mostly new appliances.
Cons: Room was very dark, the windows faced in towards the building. Very little natural light and the lights in the room were not very bright. The blanket and decorative pillows on the bed were old and smelled badly. Vending machines didn't take $5 bills, when I asked the front desk for change they were rude and said no. Front desk was not open a lot during my stay.
Pros: The pool area was fun for the kids.
Cons: There was an open container of chewing tobacco left on the nightstand. Not so pleased since I had teenagers and young children with me.
Pros: My wife and I were upgraded to a 1 bedroom condo. It was a getaway from the kids and was perfect. It was a very romantic stay, but big enough for a family to stay.
Pros: Wonderful spacious room! It felt like I was in an apartment but much much nicer! Absolutely loved the decor, all the wood and rustic look and feel. Love the underground parking with a garage door. I felt safe! The male front desk employee was fantastic, very pleasant and friendly!
Cons: TV/movie selection not that great. Just had HBO. Room had a DVD player but no option of movies to rent/borrow.
Pros: I have been her before and love the location.
Cons: The AC had been out for 2 weeks prior to my booking. I was not informed of this large inconvenience until day of arrival. "Randy@ told me it would 49 degrees at night and no problem. Randy was very very wrong. No upgrade was offer. Had to call kayak about the issue and it was to late to find a solution of equal value. I was compensated $25.
Definitely need the AC
Pros: Welcoming home feel to room, with defined living area, bedroom. Whirlpool bathtub fantastic.
Cons: Off season repairs being made should be disclosed, no air conditioning, would be nice to have a general guide to where amenities are in hotel and map of surrounding area with near by attractions, also no extra linens such as blankets available in room, pull out bed only had sheet, minor issues that can be easily remedied
Pros: Our one bedroom condo was perfect for a few days skiing. The location was great - across a parking lot from the lift. The condo had a full kitchen, large living room, 2 full bathrooms, and a large king bedroom. There was also a sun room with bunk beds and a trundle. This gave us plenty of room to stretch out and relax. Much better than being confined to a one room hotel room. There is also complimentary underground parking and Internet. Although not as luxurious as some other resorts, I far prefer extra room and not being nickel and dimed at every step. You could also buy discount lift tickets at the front desk. I think that some of the larger condos would be perfect for families.
Cons: We used the fireplace and ensured that the flue was open but it still smoked up the condo and set off the Fire alarm. We figured that there must be a blockage in the chimney up higher. We called the front desk and someone came but the fireplace was never fixed and everything smelled a little smokey after that.
Cons: Awesome stay & nice rooms + great location.
Pros: Not exorbitant and close to ski mountain. Convenient parking.
Cons: The staff was not particularly accommodating.
Our bed was so uncomfortable I slept on the couch.
Spacious condominium suites just steps from the PayDay chairlift and Mountain Village at Park City Mountain Resort. Each studio and 1- to- 3-bedroom condominium has a full-sized kitchen, living area and real wood-burning fireplace. Guests enjoy an indoor/outdoor pool, hot tub, sauna, complimentary on-demand shuttle service, gym, game room, concierge services, heated underground parking, and the restaurants, boutiques, galleries, and nightlife of Historic Main Street only mile away.
Pros: The staff was great. Location perfect. Clean.
Cons: I had stayed at this hotel quite a few years ago and the mattresses were super plush. That is the reason I decided to stay there again while traveling from from Phoenix to Wyoming as a stop over. After 12 hours of driving was looking forward to a good nights sleep on an awesome mattress that I remembered. Didn't happen, it was like sleeping on a plank. What a disappointment. The tub creaked and made a lot of noise with every step when I was taking a shower. Pretty weird. There was a group of teenagers with multiple rooms running up and down the hall making a lot of noise until about 10:00pm on my floor. Not the hotels fault but the kids could have been a little more considerate. I won't be staying here or any Hampton Inn again.
Pros: The cookies at night were a hit with the kids! The pool was great, and the staff was helpful!
Pros: The location was great, close to shopping, restaurants and recreation, and the room was clean.
Cons: We had booked for 2 nights but ended up only staying one night because we were dissatisfied for several reasons: 1) When we first entered the room we noticed a pencil thick stream of water running continuously from the bathroom tub faucet. We tried unsuccessfully to shut it off. My husband suggested we request a room change but since we had already unpacked we decided it could wait until morning to be dealt with.
2) The bed was very uncomfortable. We've stayed many times at Hampton Inn at other locations and the beds were wonderful, like sleeping on your own mattress. You can guess how disappointed we were when we spent a miserable night in a really uncomfortable bed. At home we sleep on a 2 year old extra firm mattress with no pillow-top, so it is rare we find a firm mattress to be uncomfortable.
3) THE NOISE! The tipping point was the sound that traveled through the walls and doors, you could hear everything! Even my ear plugs couldn't block the noise of other guests in the halls, the room next to ours, etc.!
4) Non-working elevator.
5) Breakfast was nothing special.
The next morning we requested a cancellation of our reservation for the 2nd night, and moved on to better accommodations.
Pros: Clean room, nice pool area and breakfast was pretty good.
Pros: This Hampton Inn had the best breakfast we have ever had at a hotel. They had all of the usual items, but the real kicker was the fresh fruit (strawberries, raspberries and blueberries). Maybe this was seasonal, but it made a huge impression on us since we try to lean toward a more "real food" diet. We also used the pool and hot tub and both were great. Also, the proximity to Wal-Mart and the outlet mall was nice since we could just walk to both. Would definitely stay there again if we were in the area.
Pros: Breakfast was good. Air conditioner was loud and inconsistent. As a result, we didn't sleep very well.
