Near Highway The restaurant was closed
A short stay on the way to Italy, so I can't say much. Nice surroundings, comfortable bed and nice breakfast buffet. There is no one at the reception after 22:00 and it's pretty difficult to get in; also, terrible indications on how to get to the place (we had to ask twice).
Pleasant atmosphere, lot's of outdoor sports, real family or groups hotel. Not a romantic hotel.
smokefree, easy access, friendly reception, good breakfast room was not ventilated at arrival
difficult to find becausethey do not use JUFA on signposts.
Very nice location and restaurant
Excellent family room for good price I did miss a restaurant (although there was a nice restaurant on walking distance in the village
Clean, quiet, breakfast was good, oriented more for children. It is a good place for families with children that like to do activities out. They still have to work a little bit at the surroundings.
There was no Hotel Post Annymore. They where brook from march 2008 The Hotel was gone, I had hope that bookings.com had inform me
Breakfast was meant to be until 10am. We were down for breakfast at 845 to very little food left on the buffet and it was not topped up in the 30 minutes we were in the room.
Friendly hosts and good rooms but far away from everything, not likely to stay for skiing as it should be by bus or car 30 min to go to a smaller ski area but nice place for nature tourism and cross-country skiing and walking about 3 km to the nearest small city. Internet not working on site.
Its really wonderful, clean and nice hotel.
Location was fantastic. The apartments are spacious and well-appointed. Ferdinand Pranger and his wife were very welcoming and we felt very comfortable. The ample and excellent reakfast was an extra charge, which is not normal in many UK hotels. But it was made very clear that breakfast was charged for so we had no issue with that. The proximity to Innsbruck airport and to Italy were both a big plus for us. We are already planning to return there next year, Euro to pound exchange rate permitting.... We felt is should have been made clearer in the description that the Alfaierhof-Bergheimat is a holiday apartment complex rather than a hotel as such. Having said that, some meals are available in the evenings, but we generally chose to go out and eat in the local restaurants, of which there is a good choice just a short drive away.
This is a new hotel with a perfect view, excellent standard on all rooms and facilities, and very nice personnel. I am sorry we only had 2 nights; we are planning to come back some day.
very nice location for quiet and away from everything vacations. Very friendly staff, very warm and clean hotel. Coffee in the breakfast was from a coffee machine and was awful. One day the bar closed at 22:00
This hotel was very modern and comfortable; the setting was idyllic in mountainous countryside; there was plenty of parking space. We thought that Gschnitz is definitely a place to relax! There was no restaurant for an evening meal.
Very friendly satff. Good location.
Very friendly family hotel.Made very welcome and location spot on
Rooms are a bit dated, but very clean. The staff is very friendly.
Hotel with friendly staff, set in quiet surroundings. Also excellent for a stopover close to the Brenner autoroute.
nice view over the valley, lovely village, good connection to Brennero pass small bathroom
We enjoyed our stay there very much indeed. The bed was so so comfortable and the room was clean and warm. Breakfast was lovely too The hotel told us that a credit card was not acceptable but an EC card or cash was fine. This could be a problem for people who live in UK or elsewhere in the world.
The staff was excellent! The view was great. Breakfast & Beds were good.
I found the hotel extremely welcoming and friendly. It would be ideal for people wanting a relaxing and quiet stay. My only regret was I was en route to Italy and couldn't stay longer than 1 night. I will certainly stay again if travelling over the Brenner Pass.. It was excellent value
The friendly welcome and service, the .quiet out of the way environment, the mountain and field views. We loved the nearby walks and gorgeous villages. The hotel gave us bikes free of charge to explore the area and suggested places to go. Organised massages for us. Good spa and pool facilities. The kitchen closes early in the evening.
Easy to find and comofrtable. The food was good and the dining room and bar area very pleasant. The 'parking' was actually on the street in front of the village shop - I'm not sure how they would have reacted had we been there when they were open. The reception by a member of staff was somewhat indifferent; she gave us vague directions to find our room (across the street in a separate building and, in the end, we had to ask a passer by!) and no information about the hotel itself (breakfast,
Trins very pretty, hotel great food good, staff very helpful even taking car out of garange so we could park our bikes secure,
Staff friendly & informative. Rooms comfortable & clean. Swimming pool & sauna. Central location in middle of village. Not far to walk from train station. No.
the hotel staff were very friendly and helpful the rooms could use some updating
central location, very good facilities swimming pool was very cold
Excellent location, beautiful mountain location with hotel right at the foot of the funiculaire to the top of the mountain. Great hikes and mountain biking.
It was very clean and good breakfast and also so nice hospitality. I really like this hotel, especially hotel owner is a so kindness gentleman. In addition, located of this hotel is very convinience for skiing, there is a great big skiing area near there, it takes just 5 minutes by walk. I can not find out any negative opinion.
