Cheerful helpul staff, especially in the restaurant
the willingness of the staff to accomodate a non german speaking international tourist
The welcome, cleanliness and high standard I suggested they install tea/coffee making equipment in the room. There was a mini bar but no tea/coffee.When I ordered at the reception for a visiting friend and self it took a very long time.
it was a very comfortable and clean room, the staff where helpfull and spoke english which was a help as my german is minimal. The bed was very comfortable and the television was good. A few extras would make a massive difference. Fizzy water was the only refreshment available in the room which pretty much is only liked by the germans. British personnel do not like this. It was a good stay for a night but i was glad it was only a night. I would stuggle to stay there for a week. The food was very nice but again the choise was minimal.
Leaving. Cold room, towels were tread bare, bed was way to hard pillows were next to nothing, room had a damp smell, Very poor breakfast.
Hotel was clean, staff very polite.I Felt the staff took theire time serving us. .We felt that had we been German we would have been served quicker and not been ignored,as we witnessed them serving germans strate away, how ignorant is that.It was our second time of staying in the Bade had the same problem both times. Could have had tea/coffee making facilities.
Lovely comfy beds..Cleanliness.Friendliness. No British TV programmes
Decent food, decent room, central location, inexpensive.
Staff were friendly and attentive Reception was closed when went to check in had to go round until I could find someone to let me check in. After check out was getting taxi to station and hotel rung to say I hadn't paid for the additional room (I didnt have an additional room and didn't even know the people in that room)
Efficient, clean with an acceptable choice for breakfast. Reasonable price for level of quality. Hotel unstaffed and locked when we arrived, had to hang around over an houtr before afternoon staff turned up even though booking form sdaid 11.00 -23.00
The staff were very welcoming especially when on arrival they had not recieved the booking from yourselves, they were able to accomodate us however if they had been full there would have been a problem. no
Friendly manner of the staff, good clean room and the excellent food. The very good value for money!
friendly staff and position in village The room size was too small and access to bathroom was only just possible by stepping sideways.
The food in the resturaunt was great and the staff went out of their way to help us find our way around town.
The staff were hepful and friendly the room was clean and nice I would have appreciated if we had been told the location of all the dinning rooms. chose the least nicest for our evening meal
Very nice staff. The room was nice and clean, large bathroom. The restaurant was open from 11 am until 11 pm and offered a varied menue. The food was very good, not too expensive.
Very friendly hotel, relaxed with a good service, staff was very tentative. Eat in the restaurant the food was really good and reasonably priced. Just a small thing, black out curtains in the rooms would be good.
Situated in a peaceful village in the Luneberg Heath, with lots of cycle/walking paths in the area. A quiet family hotel with a large garden to sit in, with a small lake full of fish. Not far from the spa at Soltau and midway between Hamburg and Hannover. We only had B&B but wished that there had been some staff at breakfast to service and clear the buffet and tables. Some bikes available for hire, to take on the cycle routes would have been great
Large nice room, very good dinner, limited but OK breakfast. A good quiet hotel near A7, 1 hour north of Hannover. The CeBit show drives Hannover hotels up to Euro 300 for a single room, Hartmann cost me 51.... Larger wine selection.
The general helpfulness of the staff.
It was ideally situated as the building used to be part of the British Army camp. The reason for my visit was to see where I grew up and everything was nearby.
quiet, comfortable, clean, large room
Very quiet. On Saturday and Sunday evenings, the reception is closed. If you arrive at that time, you shall contact them by phone. Then be aware that you need a mobile phone, and if it is a foreign mobile phone, you shall dial 00-49 in front of the hotel number.
Nice staff. Good food. Nice environment It is a bit off if you want city life
The quite location and surroundings are attractive, but the real pleasure comes from the uniformly high quality of the facilities and meals. It is ideal for a quiet stay in the countryside. Nothing!
No hairdriers in the rooms
Large comfortable room, with nice view into garden. Plenty of parking. Very good food in restaurant.
Fantastic hotel with excellent rooms, friendly and efficient staff. The food, servic and cost was excellent value for money. We would highly recommend it and will use it again in the future. No
The Hotel was easy to find and in a perfect location to explore the surrounding area. In particular a short drive to the historic town of Celle. Some road noise could be heard at night if you opened the double glazed windows
Friendly family run hotel in pleasant rural surroundings. An excellent buffet breakfast and helpful staff.
The friendliness of the staff and the good rooms. Generous portions of very good food.
The food are exellent and big romantic rooms. Wery good service.
The bar facilities were very poor. No service until after 5 pm ,closed on Sundays. If a tea or coffe was required you had to go into the nearesr town.
Friendly staff No tea or coffee facilities in the room
no hangers or hook in the bathroom to hang towels or bathrobe no soap or shampoo bedrom carpets not cleaned or hoovered heating is on timer so is cold at times
We were made to feel very welcome, and nothing was too much trouble.
