Very clean, friendly and lots of things to do at your finger tips inside of the hotel. Didn't like the resort fee attached per day that jumped up bthe price another $50.00 if you stay for four or five days
Great, romantic rooms No microwave ☹️
Bedding The way you are treated when you have a problem
Nice The pool wasn't open
The front desk guy wasn't helpful and I will never recommend this hotel to anyone or stay there either.
Modern rooms, easy access to casino, spa, and restaurants!
Comfortable room No Comedy Central on the TV
The hotel was nice ,rooms were beautiful. If you dont want to have to lug luggage quite a ways i would suggest you valet. You have to get on two separate elevators on opposite sides of the hotel/casino to get anywhwere.the casino is broke up.You have to wait quite a while on the elevators.the pool closes at 7pm.and out of the 3 nights we were there our TV was out 2 of the nights.we were lied to about all tvs being out and we kept getting the run around about how they couldn't fix the problem.but they were able to fix the problem on the third day after I went to the front desk a voiced my issues and called them out on the lies.so they brought up a new TV and the problem was fixed after 2nights/days of complaining over the phone to the front desk then having to go to the front desk.and to make matters worse they thought refunding a whole $30(resort fee) was compensation enough.the managers acted like they could careless about the TV but when you have a 12YR old TV is nice.oh and I had to leave a note for the house keeping on the 3rd day because the 2nd day they didn't leave enough towels or rags for 3 people and we left the dirty ones as instructed so we could get clean ones.they also didn't replace the sugar or creamer for coffee.we won't ever stay at the casino again.
This was my second time staying at the IP and each time I enjoyed myself. The room of my list visit was cozy with a good view. For the first time I utilized the resorts spa and I must say I was impressed and really enjoyed myself, I will certainly be back!
Very welcoming and friendly. Great experience with food, pool, and the casino. Rooms were nice and very comfortable.
Pool was nice and the amenities were nice. Pillows were like sleeping on furniture cushions
Very nice atmosphere. Felt welcomed. The resort overall was all a good experience. Would definitely comeback again. Should have longer hours for the swimming pool. Didn't like that on a not so busy day, customers have to pay for the chairs by the pool. Especially since we had kids
The staff was friendly and helpful For the cost I expected a much higher quality room. The toilet rocked on and had loose leaky bolts, and the outlets were loose in the walls. Definitely not what I'd call $249 a night quality.
As always, Beau Rivage is beautiful and comfortable. The staff is friendly at all levels and the service is always top notch. There is no bad view from the rooms whether on the Guld side or the Biloxi side. I wish I could stay there more often and will as much as I can get back down there. I made reservations about 6-7 weeks in advance and got the room I wanted for $150 on a Friday night. Great value! Just wish there were coffee makers and refrigerators in the rooms. That would make it a perfect hotel.
I love that the hotel had everything!!!! Lots of resturants to choose from. The pool is absolutely breath taking! It is not cheap. But so worth it!
Hotel was as good as any one in Vesga. Great theme and decor and excellent staff. We got in late too late for the buffet but they had a heat 24hr restaurant in the lobby, right next to the Casino. It was the best 10 hours I ever stayed in a hotel!
The food The room had a bad smell and the carpet was wet
loved everything about it ,felt like we were at a very special place !! We would love to go back and would recommend it to all .
Overall quality is going down
Rooms were luxurious and clean. Staff was friendly and helpful. Food in the restaurant off the main lobby was good. I would definitely stay here again.
The staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful! No complaints!
Nice amenities, clean lobby Average pool, hotel and lobby main areas really nice but our room was missing the wand to open and close one curtain then we realized it was broken on the floor below laying in a pile of potato chips from the prrvious guest. Television is small for the size room we reserved and the 2nd night of our 2 night stay the bathroom and hall lights would not turn on. I assumed it was a GFCI but could only locate 1 and it was working correctly. The hair dryer and make up mirror still worked but not the lights. Do not plan to stay at this property in the future with children.
The atmosphere is always inviting No inroom coffee
Tower room and casino Older rooms by pool are dumps. Stepped in gooey sticky spot on floor. Those rooms should be 40$ no more.
Crabs that's all Room was old and musty poolside rooms were insect infested-just because I went through Kayak I felt I was given the worse rooms. My sister's TV did not work and three maintainece men could not figure it out. I have stayed at Treasure Bay at least 12 times and this was the worse stay ever!!!!!! The best part was the Buffet-very disappointed in hotel. The soap dispenser in the shower fell and cut my toe! My sister's didn't even have soap!!!!!!! Shame on you Treasure Bay!
Bed was comfortable. At check-in, I was told the room had "limited Gulf View". Upon arrival to room we noticed that there was ABSOLUTELY NO view ! Outside our window (which didn't open) was a roof and a 10-12 foot wall!! We could see only a small amount of SKY if we looked straight up! Very poor!. Housekeeping awakened us at 8:40am even though we had a "Do Not Disturb" sign, AND we were checking out anyway that same day. Bathroom had been renovated, but we were not told there was no bathtub--only a shower. On the morning of Check-Out--there was only one (1) desk clerk, and the line of people waiting to check out was very long--poor management of front desk personnel!
We went for my mother's 50th birthday and had a blast. The staff were amazing and the service was great. We had about 4 generations attend the celebration, some who gambled and some who did not, and everyone had a ball. The kids were about to walk across the street to visit the beach, the gamblers were able to hit the casino, and others just enjoyed the nice accommodations. The rooms were spacious and clean and food was good!
coffee pot in room, blow dryer and etc in room...... the A/C did not cool off room, and when asked why I couldn't call next door, it was because my deposit was in CASH because I did not read the FINE PRINT that said I needed $100 credit card.......I was told that the room normally runs $139 and since I already received a discount from KAYAK, that I was not entilted to any SENIOR Citizen discounts.....And because I was handicapped SORRY, but no accomodations for that to my room.
Nice room with great features. Front desk employees were great! TV in the bathroom was in a bad location. Housekeeping workers were rude and inconsiderate. Entire lobby smells like smoke.
The room was great the casino very friendly machines and personell food was reasonable and good. Smoke was very thick in several places due to my wifes allgerys we couldn't stay long in the casino.
how to room with a pool side view and the tub had hair the car but had not been vacuumed and the Fourier Kyle still needed to be cleaned. Called for an upgrade and was given another room at no cost but lost the view.
The rooms are very spacious and the bathrooms are huge and spa like with a vanity. The decor was absolutely beautiful throughout the entire hotel. The service was awesome It literally took housekeeping 3 minutes to bring extra towels. And I can't forget the amazing view we had of the bay with the huge windows in our room. There is literally nothing to dislike about this place. The parking was a little awkward if you self parked because there aren't a lot of spaces but it's a new place and their building a garage soon.
The rooms From check in to hotel entering(elevator's) is very long and the parking is far away
Received wonderful upgrade with an unbelievable rate! Very clean and restful Great, friendly staff Cigarette smoke in casino area, but to be expected
The room was cleaned and view was amazing. I didn't get to swim in pool but the pool was amazing like paradise just the sight of it. Casino was very cleaned. As well as the bathroom. Few staff members we talked to were extremely sweet. Valet was free. Loved that it was still fairly local to other restaurants. Doesn't look very smoking but it does smell. Made my allergies act up. Was the one concern we had coming but wasn't to bad. Very cold inside. Waitress took forever coming around or bring drinks back. Hated having to take two different elevators to get to the rooms. Wish there were a few more shops in there.
The room was awesome. Big jacuzzi tub in living area. N/A
Hotel was quite clean and modern. Limited staff at the desk. Good water view. But the casino was far too smokey. And only one Black Jack table open at 9 AM. In contrast, the Palace Casino across the street, is non-smoking and most Black Jack tables open in the morning.
I liked the pool and the room was very welcoming. I didn't like that all of the plugs were loose and wouldn't charge my cell phone or fit any plug that I decided to plug into. The bartenders did not greet their guests not say thank you to them and all appeared to be in bad moods not smiling. I really didn't like the $50.00 charge pending on my credit card when I checked in, when it was supposed to be $10.00.
Really enjoyed the room. Had a great view and the jacuzzi tub was awesome!!!
Great stay for the price...Excellent service and beautiful and modern accomodations. Nothing
Room was clean and well stocked. Very quiet. Nice staff. Slot machines didn't off often if at all. Dinner buffet needed more selection.
Great price for overnight stay.
Room was large and very nicely decorated. Valet was backed up so we opted to park ourselves and take our luggage in. Huge mistake!!! You must walk all the way from garage through casino, up escalator, down hallway to elevators. It is a very long haul with luggage etc. Front Desk very rude at check in. Got to room, heard water dripping, could not turn off bathtub faucet, called front desk (this was 5 minutes at most after check in) thought they would just get us different room. Very rudely told that they would call maintenance. No one came. We put towel in tub and shut door to try to muffle noise. Also the drape across bottom of bed was dirty! We left next day to go sightseeing. Returned at 5:00 p.m. to hear water running, not just dripping, all lights in our room was left on, the sliding glass door was wide OPEN, and a bottle of febreeze was left in room! We called housekeeping and the manager did come and apologize, they aren't sure why all this happened. Was a little unsettleing to say the least. Maintenance came and tightened tub handle very tight to try to keep from dripping, said it would take couple hours to change out faucet, would have to wait until we check out!!! Except for Stephanie in housekeeping, we were never formally apologized to for all the inconvienence. When we checked out and found we had to pay a resort fee, we told them about all of our problems we incured. She said "sorry bout that" Never will we stay at a Golden Nugget again, nor will we gamble, eat or step foot in again!!!
Great location, room was clean. However the check in line was long and slow not enough people working at the check in. Once I got to the desk it didn't take long to check in being that I had already pre checked in. The faucet in the bathtub was extremely hard to shut off. If it wasn't tight enough water would drip. Other than that it was a nice stay and I would stay there again.
