Cons:The room smelled like cigarettes and mildew. There was mold on the shower curtain and base boards. One bed didn’t have pillow cases and dried blood on the pillow. The hotel itself just seemed run down and dirty.

Cons:The smell of weed and two young girls in & out of their room with a man that doesn't look like a family member. Dirty stairs & hallway.

Cons:I didn't like. Anything. First of all when we approached the hotel of bad a very weird vibe like we knew it was going to be bad and guess what... We were right. Made reservations through Travelocity. When we got there we walked into the office which just smelled of unprofessionalism. Got our key and went across the hall where the hall door was already cracked open. Nice security! We had the first room on the first floor and the door looked awful as if the seat team had just recently kicked it in. Upon entering the room we noticed some pellets on the floor right by the dresser which I still don't know what it was to this day. Could of been cat food, dog food, or rat droppings. After cleaning up that I always search the whole room for anything and found just that, from the walls to the bed. The bathroom had broken fixtures. Walls had plastered holes. The bed sheets had what appeared to be blood stains. And found a possible year old Tootsie roll under the mattress. So obviously we are just ready to pack up and leave until the front desk gave us the run around about the conditions of the room as if that was standard protocol there... So needless to say I would not recommend that a homeless person even stay there. Absolutely atrocious.
Pros:I had a few issues but the Mgr took care of it! Manny was awesome and made my stay better!
Pros:Good breakfast and location! Room was a good size and beds were comfortable.
Cons:Pool was small and air conditioner was squeaky. The hall floors and stairs were dirty.
Pros:The location and proximity to the freeway, shopping and restaurants as well as the beach.
Cons:The carpet on the stairs, aisle way and hallways is horribly nasty, stained and dirty. It has not been vacuumed in months, much less shampooed. The carpet was so filthy, that bugs would not survive its filthiness.Looks like large oil spills and something reminiscent of an auto repair facility. The staff is totally incompetent. They booked me into a room, yet had me listed into a different room for housekeeping. So, the next morning, housekeeping kept attempting to enter my room without knocking on 3 occasions, even though I had told them I was paid up and staying another day. I called the front desk to complain on 2 occasions and the housekeepers still were adamant about coming in without knocking. I called to complain about smokers nearby and nothing was done on 2 different days. The toilets were stopped up and when I complained to the front desk, they handed me a plunger instead of sending someone to fix their inadequate plumbing.
Pros:To be honest other than it was my last option at the time that was the only reason I stayed there. I drove by and did not look any better. The staff was nice enough.
Cons:To start off the room was very spacious but it was old and antiquated with remanence of old furniture that were left over. The room was never that clean smells like old folks and mothballs.
Pros:We planned on staying one day but for the price location and how well it worked for my family we decided to stay another day. Rooms are roomy beds r comfortable even the kids liked the pull out couch all in all for 79 to 69 for a double room king suit u can't beat that . plus they had two tv so the adults and the kids didnt have to fight over it.
Cons:When we first got here they said my king suit wasnt available and wanted to give me a different room but after i show my confirmation he looked again and some how we got the room i origanly got . another neg is they didn't leave any bedding for the pull out couch and we didn't get any tell after midnight which means my kids were up tell 1am. And i went to the office 3 times to get it.
Pros:The rooms were large and comfortable. The beds were very comfortable. The breakfast was adequate. The selection was not big' but it was very good. The pool and hot tub were relaxing. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay
Cons:The walls were thin. You could hear people moving about above and beside you.
