nice garden bathroom was very small, poorly illuminated and extremely unpracticall
nice building the bathroom was really small. The breakfast quite poor.
the hotel has very original design and private parking. Good bathroom and wifi in the price surroundings are not nice except main square
Special castle-like yet modern building, Dracula atmosphere with ancient furniture and matching decor, spacious fabulous rooms (we took junior suites). Excellent staff, we had to cancel one night and were treated very kindly without being charged. Poor surrounding outside the hotel, and location - Turda is not a town to stay if you don't need to. We took dinner - nicely served tasteless food (maybe the chef was in vacation?!).
I liked the athentisity of the hotel, although it cost a lot to stay there and we didn't get the rooms we booked, it was very pretty and we had a lovely stay. The price was over the top and could have been cheaper. Especially for the restruant. You could prehaps have a discount for people staying there to eat at the hotel. Also the hotel details say that it had other facilities that it didn't, you need to make the shop bigger.
It is a lovely hotel, full of charm and character, very unusual location, great rooms. I will be back. Please write at least 15 words The room I booked had been let to someone else inspite of me confirming by e mail. I believe this was one of those 'sometimes things go wrong' things. Also ordered two drinks, reminded the waiting staff 3 times over 30 minutes and still didn't get them. They were very busy with a wedding. Hey ho
Comfortable room with mini bar. Clean linen and big towels. Parking area next to hotel. Interesting building with Dracula theme. Nice restaurant area with good meals and breakfast.
very helpful staff lovely room really fun good food
Charming hotel built on transylvanian style; all the rooms and the restaurant area are very beautiful and remind to "prince Dracula"; a little cozy garden and an open space with wooden terrace are the best place to have dinner or breakfast during summer. Staff very polite and helpful. It's a pity that the location (in a narrow street in the city centre of Turda) doesn't offer better view of landscape / town.
The owner was very friendly and she was our Romanian mother. She helped us reserve bus tickets and gave us free towels. She also helped us get wherever we needed to go. It was also very comfortable and not too far from wherever we wanted to go. Everything was within walking distance. It was kind of difficult to find because there wasn't a sign. Directions would be helpful as well as better markings.
