Cheap for its quality, clean, comfortable and well located if you go by car with a gps. The breakfast was a bit poor.
The staff are always pleasant and helpful and the rooms are clean and comfortable lack of staff meant long waits for the reception and bar
Good location, free parking, good breakfast with the budget.
We found this hotel very comfortable, good value for money and the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. N/A
New hotel, great accomodations, excelent price-quality. Friendly staff. Reasonable breakfast.
24 hour access, clean and good quality facilities, helpful service.
- the way the hotel staff welcomed me; - how the room looked like; - the services offered; - the Internet connection; I really liked. No, everything was just fine.
Good location for travellers by car to visit both Lisbon and Sintra part. Room was fresh, equiped with all we needed, friendly staff - any problems during stay.
The hotel is very clean and the staff very friendly. The lack or a swimming pool
Very nice people, very nice place. The noise of the air conditioner
hotel friendliness no walks nearby
Excellent hotel with spa and gym facilities, only sad I didn't get a chance to use them. Staff friendly and helpful. Great if you want a base that gives you the opportunity to go into Lisbon and yet still take advantage of the nearby beaches. You do need a car unless you are the type that likes to sit round the hotel pool and bar.
The staff and the facilities are perfect for us as usual. This place if fine for recreation or for a romantic holiday and if we have car, the location is no problem. There are only minor observations. It seems that the facilities around the pool need some maintenance before they will be down.
I thought the desk staff was good. The hotel was very empty and felt like it. I thought the restaurant staff tried too hard. This is a do it yourself kind of hotel yet the staff was trying to be overly attentive, like it was a more formal hotel.
Wonderfully well equipped apartments, lots of space for kids, extremely nice swimming pools, great views, plenty of parking, bath tub, welcome coffee, library of reading books, free internet connection in the rooms, excellent staff looking after all our requirements.
The rooms are excellent with great views over the river. The outside pool area is amazing.
No supply of soap
Exellent staff polight and frendly. allways service mindeed.
The spacious bedroom and delightful gardens which where very well kept Nothing
Comfortable beds, spacious well equipped apartments and all the leisure facilities. Do not like using the lift all the time - stairs should be optional, not just for emergencies.
Good food, polite staff Location.
Superb value for money. Hotel is international category, very spacious, clean, quiet and comfort. Close to highway that leads to Cascais, only 15 mins. out. Rooms are excellent.
the staff were extremely friendly, courteous and accurate and the confort of the hotel
Ease of check-in. Very clean and comfortable accommodation. All staff very friendly
The nice hotel staff- also very fluent in English. Very customer service oriented.
It was the second time I stayed in the Real Oerias and the staff is just brilliant! The sweetest in the world. Free internet in the rooms
We spent here only 1 night (during discovering of Portugal between Lisbon and Sintra), for that period was ok, clean, comfortable. We was asked to give our credit card by check in and our account was blocked with the price of our room before check out, notwithstanding that our passport already was copied by check in -as usually. As we travel a lot every year world-wide, we have experences with working/practice of hotels, this kind of treatment, this mistrust was very strange, degrading and unacceptable. It was not a condition of the booking. What is with travellers paying by cash, that do not dispose of credit card??
Very friendly staff, good parking, confortable room and a very nice breakfast. Perfect! Nothing
I got a very nice welcoming. Nice personnel. Spoke and understood good English.Nice poolarea, not too crowded or noisy when I stayed there.A nice hotel if you don´t wanna live in the middle of centrum.Close enough by taxi to Shoppingmall and Beach. A little too hard beds I think.
Nice place, close to Lisbon, between two train stations, 15 min by train to the city center. Good food. The best they have - their staff! Someone may not to be sattisfied with the road near the hotel and quite city-looking beach. It's not like Cascais or Estoril - it's a surberb.
Location is very good to explore the surrondings of Lisbon - Caiscais, Estoril, Sintra, Mafra - without getting into traffic jams.
I like the hotel location, the spacy room, fair persons at lobby, the restaurant's quality. I would like to have free Internet in the room, a better harmony in room equipment and decoration.
Location, facilities, affordability (3 nights for 150 euros) staf, full bathroom and kitchen, professional and friendly stafff Poor mattress, kitchen had no. Pots/pans/cooking implements/ not even a corkscrew, and the restaurant was closed weekend nights
The relaxed ambience and view Showers and plumbing need to be fixed
The rooms are relay spacious Is located near the railway and the road, to much noise
staffmember Gema was very helpful suggesting dinner spots and finding taxis water not very hot in bathrooms
friendly service. large rooms with ample space. View over the water from the back deck is lovely - would have been perfect if the hotel and water was not separated by a major highway! decor was a bit dated. Location a little difficult to get to as the hotel is located on a main highway.
nice, olso excellent, it is parking, love atmosfere
The view from the rooms is great. Some refurbishment of the rooms would be needed.
The staff were friendly but the hotel is very old and in need of an upgrade, there is a new hotel very close by which would be much better value for money and is very nice. The age and general condition of this hotel is not accurately reflected on the website.
The location,it was very close to the beach for the day time and the train station for teh evening times. It was in a lovely non tourist part of the llisbon coast. The 8th floor restaurant also has spectaculoar views of the beach. Most things were perfect, the staff maybe didnt have the best english in the world but i think this was because it was not a very touristy location which was fine with us. The breakfast was a little bit boring, same thing everyday but the dinner menu was delicious and very reasonably priced
Friendly staff, nice breakfast each morning, free wifi was great Nothing, very happy with my stay
the convenience to the beaches, railway station and the internet facility. the carpet was very grubby, although the cleaning staff were excellent. In our opinion the hotel needs a refurb to bring it up to the 4 star rating
good view, clean rooms, and helpful staff.
they allowed us to cancell our 3 day reservation after the first night. the black mould
Overall satisfactory; Very good view The manner and system of insect killer prevention fixture. This hotel was recommended as the 'overflow' from Hotel Reviera, hosting the IAME conference. Not only was the Reviera better, facilities, grade but remarkably cheaper. Pria Mar shamelessly made money - fully booked, even at ahigher rate from the conference delegates. If I was to visit Lisbon, I would stay in/near the city.
location food, cleaning, facilities
Fantastic location with beautiful ocean views from the breakfast room/restaurant. Good sized rooms and friendly staff. Free wireless internet, which was reasonably fast. The hotel is a little rundown, more than you would expect from a 4 star place. However, given what I payed, the value for money was ok, just don't expect more than you paid for.
Very good clean room. Far enough from Lisbon
good location, calm, good prices, excellent quality in their facilities, nice and competent staff, free parking outside and inside which is excellent as its location is near of the city centre although its suroundings are very calm. nice views from some rooms.
ideal overnight stay before flying home after a holiday. able to relax by the pool. located in an industrial area, unable to go for an evening stroll.
Hotel first class Hard to find
Very good hotel with nice pool area but a bit far from everything. The distance is compensated by the good price and the free parking. Lisbon centre is a 15 min car ride depending on traffic.
food and attendance tv with sound and picture problems!
Unfortunately, I had arrived late from a BA flight (2 hours) and did not really experience the evening - but the hotel reception staff were fine.
The room was cleane and good for our family with 2 babys. It was a bit difficult to finde the hotel.
Very well presented rooms, extensive & good quality breakfast. Very clean and efficient hotel, very good value for money. Will definitely stay again as a transit stop when having a late flight into Lisbon.
The room was spacious and well decorated, The free parking is also a plus.
Efficient staffs feel like visiting again Food - yes they have to make more options for international tavellers
People at the reception and restaurant very kind. The insulation of the window close to the motorway should be better.
Opposite a lovely park, it was also an easy departure point for the Airport. I was surprised at the very poor quality of the evening meal which I found to be rather below my expectations and surprisingly expensive, as well. I was also surprised at the absence of local maps and information to help us move about the locale and the city. I found that the excuse that they'd 'run out' to be unsatisfactory. I would have preferred something like 'come back in an hour and we'll have found some for you'.
Nice historical building opposite the Palace. Good breakfast. Some minor repairs in bathroom needed.
It is convenient to get to Lisbon airport next day 1. Did not attempt to accommodate us leaving early for an internatrional flight the next day and had to miss breakfast; other hotels have prepared a little juice and pastry in our room (2) The restaurant served the worst dinner I have eaten in in Portugal. The food was inedible; the staff did not seem to care. A huge waste of money.
It is realy great plase, it has wonderfull restaurant, and not far from lissabon, beaches, Sintra.
Carla was very helpful to us - even set up a day tour of Lisbon. The best hostess of our vacation
Beautiful building and very nice staff
It was clean, comfortable, the service was excellent and the food was of excellent quality. They seem to tolerate smoking in rooms even when their policy is a no smoking policy.l
The staff was kind, The room was confortable and everything was very clean. The common spaces were confortable though a little bit small.
Staff friendliness. Construction was going on the street, so poor view. No AC in the room.
The service There was a funny smell in the room
Cheap place. Nice staff. Cold room and atmosphere. Low space in the shower. No wireless internet.
it is a little bit difficult to find
Cheap Hot, no air con, run down
Close to the airport You could hear all the other rooms and there was a lot of noise during the night
This is a basic hotel, with mostly friendly staff but rather run down premises. I stayed in the deluxe room with private bath. The latter was ok in size and with bathtub, but the former was too small to move around comfortably and had only a small desk with one plastic chair. It had a balcony overlooking the noisy Gardens. Breakfast was buffet style and generous in quantity if not quality. A metro station is ten minutes' walk away, and from there it's about 30 minutes to either downtown Lisbon or Sintra. The hotel is just across from the Amadora Gardens, which are filled with people at any moment of the day and in particular include playgrounds with screaming children. The continuous noise from trains and buses, and not the least by airplanes, complemented the scene. It was impossible to have a moment of rest during the day and until midnight. Very thin divisions between the rooms also meant additional noise. Unless you are a very sound sleeper, not recommended.
Seemed safe place and neighborhood. Hotel is next to train station thus very very noisey. Accommodations are very basic. Unscreened open window facing train station right accross from hotel thus, very noisy til after Midnight. Unscreened open window the only source of air. One very very sm bathroom for eight rooms on the floor and the hand basin leaked so floor was always wet and nasty from street shoes and showering. Comment to lady at front desk completely dismissed. No fan, very sm twin beds . If on a very tight budget or last minute accommodation needed it is good for short stay.
Guys, seriously my advice: whatever you do just do not go there…. It maybe cheap or convenient but this is the most disgusting place I have ever stayed. It is not a hotel but a night shelter for builders. The place where they serve the breakfast it is a room in a fire station and you will share the table with the smelly, dirty builders…. You gonna run away as we did!
