Decent location and price was pretty good. Staff was very nice as well. But we checked out early so don't have opinion of breakfast offerings.
Tried to get to be early but with paper thin walls we could hear the neighbors easily which was the beginning of a long restless night. Bed seemed to be comfortable enough but my wife and I (kids too) kept tossing and turning all night. Part of it was the full size bed we were sharing which squeaked every time we moved and then the A/C unit was pretty loud and added to the distractions. We checked out early to get up the canyon for my son's mountain bike race but after the long, rather sleepless night we determined it would have been better to sleep in our own beds at home is Salt Lake area and just get up and hour earlier to make the drive. Won't be staying here again.
The mattress could have been better
I liked the renovation and that it is now a no smoking facility. I enjoyed being able to stay on the top floor which used to be for smokers. The renovation of the room was very good
There was a dog barking in one of the rooms. I do not like animals being allowed in the rooms. If you need to allow animals restrict them to first floor at the ends of the building.
The only thing I liked about the hotel was one of the staff members. Kacie was very nice. She tried to help us when no one else would when we tried to leave the hotel.
The other staff members were rude. The facilities were disgusting. The expectations were not met for cleanliness, quality, or services. They promised wifi but we had to pay additional. The mattress has broken springs and when we complained the very rude staff and customer service agents told us we could sleep on the floor. After the first night we asked if we could cancel the rest of the nights and we we're told that we could leave without being refunded for our unused days. I did not feel like the hotel was a safe environment for my daughter. Their we're several arrests throughout our stay. People asked my husband if he had or wanted drugs. The hotel had to be evacuated after a fire. We left the hotel 2 days earlier than intended after a man was arrested for cooking meth in the room across the way from ours. The smell seeped into our clothes and my daughters toys so we had to go through a wash and disinfect everything at my sisters house. We felt so disgusted and in danger staying there that we left without getting out money back. This caused me to separate from my family so we could find somewhere to sleep.
The only good thing was it was clean and near a highway.
The place was inhabited by scores of drug addicts. people fighting and crying all night long. Dangerous parking lot. Never ever stay here.
