Very good feeling about the hotel, primarily because of the very friendly and helpful staff and the very cozy setup of the hotel and the rooms
It was quiet and peaceful with a true Andalucian character. This hotel is a real gem hidden away in the narrow streets of Ojen- a beautiful place to stay away from the tourist haunts of this part of southern Spain. No. We loved it.
Friendly staff, upgraded to room with terrace free. Bus from Ojén to Marbella is very irregular.
Very nice room, great atmosphere, clean. Great value for the money. Would definetly recomend it. Wifi didn't work in our room.
Right in the heart of a lovely village - an ideal start to our holiday. Recommended by my brother-in-law and we would most certainly recommend it too. However no lift. 1. Very difficult to find - your website instructions totally inadequate. Signs within village sometimes concealed behind vegitation or parked vans. 2. Road to it is very narrow. Our Seat Ibiza had about four inches to spare on either side - not for large vehicles!
village setting, histric building, tastefully modernised, in character with Andalucia, polite staff Quite hard to find so suggests you should email a good(better?) map. Parking is quite cramped - not a problem but not for the faintest of hearts
hotel staff the nights noise
A great hotel with a very charming atmosphere and very hospitable staff in a small "pueblo blanco". Thank you for two nices stays!
The Location of the hotel was lovely
Nice setting (up in the mountains), lots of character, great for walkers and good food Rooms could've been cleaner (a few dead flies near windows), and not ideal for those with walking difficulties and who want to be close to the beach
Beautiful location in the middle of the mountains. They recommend their kitchen, but it was really poor. You'd better look for a decent meal in Marbella (15 km). They used to have gastronomy, buy we think the manangement and the cook changed lately.
In one word, "charm"! Very relaxed, quiet, mountain-themed charming hotel. Location is good, if you aim to stay in the mountains; otherwise, the aprox. 15 km to Marbella are covered through a mountain pass and, therefore, slower than usual. No problem with hot weather at these heights, within the surrounding "Sierra de las Nieves" mountain range. The access road is typical mountain pass: full of switchbacks and blind corners. Go slow and stay alert. As such, Marbella seems farther away that 15 km would suggest. The meals offered at the hotel are all game-themed (venison, etc.) and very expensive (the alternative is Ojen, but it's aprox. 8 km away).
peace and quiet
The beautiful location I found the receptionist a little bit rude, she didn't show us around the hotel, just directed us to our room and didn't tell us anything about the facilities on offer.
The location - very peaceful and quiet. Very rustic but comfortable.
Hotel is placed in a mountain with nothing and none around, nature is beautiful as well as the hotel - comfortable rooms, shared rooms and great outdoor facilities - terrace for dining and a swimming pool in a wood. Hotel also has a great restaurant and a huge variety of wines. No :)
The location-in the middle of the mountains.Intereting road with great panoramic view. wireless internet is NOT available
Friendly staff, though their approach to the job was a little eccentric at times. Fantastic location Limited menu for anything other than a short stay, although what was provided was good
Ideal location beside beach and 5 minutes stroll from old town. Excellent breakfast. High class hotel with great facilities.
Location and attitude of staff. Pool is a bit on the small size and spa is overpriced for residents.
The Location was great! Right on the beach and a few minutes on foot to the old town center. The Hotel was great! Location, price, ammenities, however the staff were not particularly helpful with tourist info. I stayed there for 4 days, and I wanted to take a 1 day excursion to Morrocco. For whatever reason the hotel staff could not help coordinate it. I kept asking them to help me and for some reason they kept sending me in towards a dead end.
location, breakfast, room
Breakfast facilites excellent, private beach and towel service very convenient i lost my camera :-(
Somewhat disapointing in terms of facilities. Hotel looked tired and need of upgrading. No management of the Spa facilities Reduce the price
Location Only complaint is that I booked on your website for three nights and received confirmation of that. On arrival at hotel we were told we could only stay two nights as hotel was closing for season so had to find another hotel
We loved the sea view, the excellent breakfast buffet, the very comfy rooms with soft pillows, free wifi all over hotel. Spend a lot of time at the lovely Marbella old town (within a couple of minutes walking distance). Can definately recommend this hotel.
Very good hotel - complimentary drink of sparkling wine on arrival! Excellent buffet breakfast. Good location with beach on doorstep. Will be booking again next year - with Booking.com.
Location: on the beach and a short walk to the charming old town , if you are lucky to get seaview room the panorama is great
The location We were a party of seven people and we had to carry our luggage from an to the rooms. Bell service is not available during our check in and check out time.
location staff could have been friendlier
Location I felt the hotel was slightly dated
i like this hotel very much, the hotel staff was excellent, the rooms were clean and confortable, the view from the breakfast room was amazing...
The pool and bar area
Location, 2 terraces, spacious room and bathroom, nice kitchen Cleanness of tools in kitchen.
This hotel is all about the location. It could not be located in a better position and considering its location it is fantastic value for money. It's not luxurious but it is absolutely all that is required. The hotel is very, very, very clean. Rooms were cleaned to such a high standard every day. the staff were very helpful. We would stay there again without hesitation. Infact we would not stay anywhere else especially if the rates remained at such a reasonable price.
The location of the Princesa Playa is it's best feature. Only 3 minutes walk and you are in the Old Town of Marbella, with its charming narrow streets and restaurants. For people who like to do some cooking at "home", it is ideal with the kitchenette and microwave, and the Opencore is just around the corner for groceries. The wiev from our balcony over the sea and the beach promenade is great. If you get tired of the beach they have a nice small heated pool on the rooftop. Some people have complained about thin walls and noise, but from our room (108) we could only hear the elevator in the hallway, no noise from surrounding rooms. The only downpoint on our part, was that one morning there was no hot water for our shower, and the sunchair on the rooftop was no good.
The hotel is very near to the beach and to several good restaurants; furthermore it is neer to Marbella and Puerto Banus but very quiet. Breakfast was good. Front office staff and other personell very helpful. Rooms, bathrooms, beds and so on are really good for this price (we paid € 150,- per room per night including breakfast) The cleaning ladies do their work the Spanish way. There is no quality control on the cleaning of the rooms or the corridors and staircases. One of the 4 pools should be heated this time of year.
The layout of the hotel. The staff rude, lack of staff poor service.
very spacious rooms, receptiondesk very helpfull, well trained staf , very friendly.Very good breakfast! To far away from the beach and from Marbella. During our stay, our friends have been robbed...Money , walled and labtop has been stolen in their room, situated on the first floor. Security people and the Belgium consul told us that it is happening a lot. Direction of this hotel is trying to minimalise this and was not prepared to compensate. Not a custommer friendly reaction. Very stupid, we will not recommend this hotel to our friends.
The cooperation and hospitality of the staff, they were welcoming and really helpful specially (if I'm not mistaken by their names,Eva and Alfredo). Also, the style of the hotel was really amazing too. The hotel facilities would be great at the summer time not winter (we were their at November and it was very cold for us so we couldn't enjoy using their different swimming pools).. There was one negative point about our stay, I didn't book for the breakfast at the begining but I asked for it at the check in (this was at 3 pm on our first day & the breakfast time is from 7:30 to 11:00 am) and we checked out at 6:30 am in the morning so we didn't have breakfast in our first and last days but they charged us for all the days of our stay.
Spacious room and bathroom, quiet location, modern furnishings and tasteful decor, good value for money. No turndown service in the evening. At busy times, more than 1 chef was needed at the breakfast buffet and the pre-cooked 'hot' food was disappointing, ie cold or overcooked. Also, no boiling water was available for breakfast tea, only hot water which left a film on the tea.
Beautiful property, excellent attention and service, luxurious room, close to ocean, excellent restaurants on property - a wonderful vacation spot! None
an excellent hotel with really nice facilities and really helpful staff it was a little bit hard to find it, luckily the coordinates were in the website, also it was pretty far from everything. also the room was really far from the main entrance which is understandable for such big hotel
The hotel itself was excellent. It is a new hotel, well designed and excellent facilities - there are several pools which are kept clean and tidy. Hotel was clean. Breakfast was very good. Good location near to the beach. We visited in October and while the weather was very good there was definitely an end of season feel. The A La Carte restaurant in the hotel was closed and the hotel was quite quiet. Many of the restaurants close by were also closed. It is a good 20 minutes from Marbella in the car, but with good motorway access.
Everything was excellent.Bravo to all staff especially to Marina
I really liked the pool landscape and architecture of the hotel. Also the close location to the beach was definitly a plus. The service during my stay was absolutly poor. There was no service at the pool areas at all. For every drink the guest had to walk to an inside bar to place an order. It's also not matching a 5* hotel, that there aren't any possibilities to get a small meal inbetween the official eating hours.
We were very happy with our room , good bed ,bathroom and balcony with excellent views, also the breakfast was excellent with lots of variety. The dining room at night was very quiet, While the breakfast room was very busy. Maybe if the price of evening food was reduced you might get all the guests to eat in your dining room in the evening. ie. we paid €38.00 pp for just a fish main course. ie €78.00 for two people plus dinks etc.
The location by the beach I expected more from a five star hotel. It was more like a four star hotel.
I thought everything was to my expectations. It is a grand hotel and the rooms with the jacuzzi and terraces were amazing. The lunch in the hotel restaurant was of high standard and we had piano music to listen to which made it more special. I would highly recommend it to anyone. It is just a drive away to puerto banus which is ideal and a walk away to the beach.
access to beach and village of puerto banus cleanliness and towel availability at pool pool bar food extremely expensive for what it was, standard room size very small and very poor lighting
Our new home away from home. Great staff and location. Amazing in-room breakfast. Wow
twin room offered as double, sometimes service intermittant, at breakfast and in the pool bar area, pool bar opened later than shown
great location no internet facility
Excellent hotel very friendly and helpfull staff good beachside location. nothing
I have stayed on many occasions, a lovely hotel with all you need
Location to Porto Banus and the seaside Even if it's a 5 star hotel, the staff was acting like a 4 star staff
The hotel staff were friendly and helpful. The room was very comfortable and had a large patio (with a lounger) overlooking the pool and ocean.
Excellent value. Well located. Easy walking distance to the centre of Marbella Air conditioning not effective
the rooms very modern and clean n/a
Location good Drain smells around lift area plus on early morning no hot water was available
location was fine-very good value for money.
calm hotel. friendly staff they charge for internet while it should be free>
Everything was good from A to Z. Non
Accessibility & Convenience of location; good breakfast available until 11.30 -
The pool was nice with a bar next to it. The rooms were clean. The staff was not so friendly. It's a nice hotel if your budget isn't that high.
Good quality rooms with very comfortable beds. Helpful reception staff. Good breakfast buffet. Price and quality of food from snack bar near pool could be improved.
Lovely breakfast Hard mattress and expensive car parking :-(
location bar staff were positively unhelpful and unfriendly, thus we went to bars on street
Location and service
Nice and peaceful, very central to other services Would have liked some tea coffee facilities in the room. and more room between beds and dressing table a bit snug for two people
Location was perfect. We especially enjoyed renting bikes and biking on the boardwalk to Puerto Banus. Staff was friendly and brought us a free bottle of cava for our honeymoon. Best leg of our trip to Spain! Miscommunication concerning bike rentals left us walking back and forth through the town for an hour only to find that there are only five bikes to rent.
the location is fantastic service staff seems too full to handle, esp reception
Location is great and quite, breakfast is amazing, hotel is in front of unbelivable view of the beach... Highly recommended Rooms will be better refunrished, you need to stand on your balacony to look at sea..
Proximity to sea, promenade and old town Large hotel, a bit noisy at times
Great location, nice facilities, very nice room Check-in was a bit slow and unorganized. Other than that the hotel was great and we would return
The service was excellent. On arrival, we were brought (through the gardens) to our rooms personally. The restaurant is of the highest gourmet quality; from service to food. We travel a lot, and found this to be one of our top Hotels!
We had an unforgettable experience in this hotel. It's not in the centre of Marbella, just by car or taxi. We enjoyed and excellent service and an upgrade from a classic room to a junior suite deluxe. We went to the beachclub Cabane and did some tanning and we took a swim in the sea (in november!). At night we went to Marbella and Puerto Banus to party. When we arrived back at the hotel at six in the morning we asked if we could stay a little longer in the room to get some sleep and it was no problem for them. Anything you can imagine having for breakfast, they have it or make it for you. And of course we had some Champagne with it.
The swimming pool and terrace were fantastic and extremely relaxing Location in that unless you had a car there were no alternatives for meals other than the hotel itself.
Clean room, comfortable bed, friendly and helpful staff, nice reception rooms. poolside food was well presented but heavy on calories, no view from room, poor shower, horrible towels and toiletries - this is a five star hotel!!!
Everything!! Special thanks to Fernando and Antonio whose attention to detail and genuine interest in our comfort and wellbeing and prompt response to any request was a breath of fresh air.
The demonstrations outside the hotel for sacked employees were very distressing
I liked the free champagne at the breakfast buffet every morning. There seemed to be an old and a new part to the hotel. Unfortunately our room was in the old part and was a bit pokey. The room certainly didn't look like the photos of the rooms on the website.
I took the hotel room to be able to fulfil a deadline for a grant application. This needed much writing and internet connection. The hotel was perfect for this, the room was quiet and comfortable. I might not have been the usual hotel guest as I used no facilities, but the stay met my expectations completely. The hotel staff were incredibly supportive, courteous, and accomodating. My room was located on the side of the hotel facing the highway. There was therefore, at times, an unacceptable level of noise in the room. This was exacerbated by having to open the door to the balcony, as there was no climate control in the room apart from heating.
reasonable no balcony, very expensive services
place, cleanliness,interior service in restorants
Well positioned between Malaga and Marbella, lovely gardens, pool and poolside facilities, comfortable beds. Decor in rooms is tired and dated, breakfast overpriced, gym too small and poorly equipped.
it was a nice comforting and relaxing place some of the facilities they said they had, where not avalible.witch was a big let down for us
restaurant food expensive for what we were getting
Nice environment, professionnel staff and good location 10 mins away from marbella by car. Rooms were well designed and of hood size. Slow cleaning after ordering a meal from the hotel services
Whilst the hotel has been nicely designed and is in a good location- for a weekend stay- the food at the hotel is awful. From breakfast to dinner, it is absolutely apalling quality. There isn't a single thing I ordered that I could eat more than two bites of
many facilities not available ie spa etc
Beautiful garden, good beach club. Excellent breakfast. Rooms are needed renovation.
helpful staff and great facilities Evening bar let down badly because the hotel allowes non residents to use this bar.
The size of the complex and the pools. Not many activites for children. Childrens Shows on at 10.30pm Children are too tired to stay and watch
Food is great, Nice breakfast and very delicious international dinners. Open buffet (eat as much as you like). Pools are cool and clean. NIce shows every two days. Not far from Peurta Banus (20 min walking) which is great. Tours information are deceiving, you have to ask many times about the details of the tour you choose before you pay. Reception staff are poor in general however one or two of them were super helpful. The hotel is obviously short in staff and sometimes no extra pillows or cleaning staff around to help. 400 meters far from the beach and no private location on the beach itself for the hotel but it is not a major issue. No internet connection however it was advertised clearly before we booked.
Peace and Quite
One of the worst experiences of my life. When we arrived in our room i noticed a very strong smell of damp. Beds were also very damp and after two hours could not stay in bed any longer. When i stepped from bed floor was wet and condensation was running down window i have pictures of damp areas and condensation to prove this. Went to reception where we were given another room not very impressed with this.Booked out the next day staff on reception were very nice but was not impressed on been charged for that horiffic night. Area around pools very wet and muddy. Sunloungers very uncomfortable.
Ideally located mid price hotel. Lovely rooms, wonderful grounds, a 20 minute stroll along the beach to the Jet set marina Puerto Banus for restaurants, people watching and nightlife. Only a few families with well behaved children. 2 pools, one for swimming the other for playing in. Good breakfasts. Will stay again Minor maintenance issues with room - nothing worth fussing over. No tea making facilities. Food available selected hours only. Food and drink pricey - but it's an expensive area.
its location was good a big hotel long walks to get to your room and a lot of family's perfect place for familyvacation.
Large rooms and Location Would need a bit of maintenance to keep the 4 star rating, but for the price of the rooms is ok
Green territory. Reasonable prices for drinks and beauty salon. The Hotel is the old one and requires a repair. Breakfasts are the same every day. Everything in the hotel, including iron, is served for a pre-deposit and only through the reception. It is the 3d year when the main road near the Hotel is under re-construction.
The evening shows were very entertaining and enjoyable. The beach was good and not too far.The distance between the hotel and Peurto Banus was short ,therefore it was easy to come and go threwout the day.The bus stop infront of the hotel was very practical and convinent. Some of the animation team were not very friendly with the children and sometimes ignored them.
peacefulness and service
It was a pleasant hotel. Not sure I would go back. The bar in the foyer was disappointing. Far to open.
restoran was good and it was exciting view of the see very small end old inside swimming pool, watermixer in the room works very bad
Being honest it is an example of how a top hotel should be run, totaly excellent. The grounds and setting for the hotel is world class.
Position Bathroom too small, shower needs updating
the breakfast was lovley and staff very nice and polite balinese beds very expensive.would not be worth that price.
location, beach and promenade reception is not well informed about the events in the area, information desk is required
The hotel was clean, luxurious and the staff most helpful. In addition, the amenities were very good. Nothing
Central location.Friendly staff. Lack of atmosphere in restaurant, due to small number of diners.
Spa was excellent (Stephanie). Swimming, 2 day visit only. Food was good especially breakfast. Room not ready on arrival, made to wait until 6.30 pm. Room service not done second day until we asked at 6 pm, housekeeper left a note to say we were do not disturbn at 9 pm!!
Ordered room service which never arrived which spoiled an otherwise perfect stay
Excellent breakfast, nice pool area (although a bit noisy from the nearby road)
The breakfast was excellent. The buffet had something for everyone. The drinks at the bar were reasonable and we enjoyed the piano music in the evening. The room allocated to us was 130 meters from the lift and although the reception area was "designer chic", upon leaving the lower floors, the rest of the hotel was in need of renovation. During the early evening at approx 18.00 there were still vacuum cleaners and dirty linen in the corridors. The spa was ok but awkward to get to. The hotel was too far away from the shops and bars etc and the motorway was between us and the beach. There was an underpass however but it was too far to walk to get to the shops etc and we had to take the car.
Entrance foyer to hotel was a nice design and was bright and airy. Hotel had free parking. The cleanliness of the rooms and corridors was very poor. The corridors need completly renovated and are very small and scruffy. Beds initially were so hard couldn't sleep, hotel changed them but were still uncomfortable
everything coffee/tea not included with dinner
location bar staff not very helpful and poor view from room
The hotel was in a great location. The staff were very helpful, and polite. The breakfast was fantastic.
Good breakfast buffet Hotel corridors are dingy and need updating
First room offered looking on to a dirty car park - second room offered (we only stayed 1 night) odour of wet cement as rooms next door were being renovated; our room next to busy highway which was very noisy.
Excellent hotel .. Good buffet breakfast with very helpful staff. Reception staff again very helpful.
Fantastic - must stay again N/a
Good location and good architecture Wi-Fi very slow. Got dropped all the time. Room service way too high compared to other 5 star hotels Suite had an odd smell.
The room icl the bathroom was very spacious, lovely surroundings and good location
seaside, nice gardens expensive
This was our second trip to the Hotel and we enjoyed our stay very much. The food is first class as is the service. Everyone very helpful and friendly.
good reception.super-friedly.good exess to room with car.freshly remodeled room.excellent service.will be back.
The hotel staff is friendly and helpful. The grounds are magnificent, like living in a botanical garden. Our room was furnished beautifully and was comfortable. The breakfast buffet is wonderful. The pools are well kept and one is adjacent to the ocean beach. We will definitely return to the hotel. The only thing to know is that because the hotel is surrounded by gardens, in the summer it is more humid and damp than one might expect. It feels more like the tropics because of all of the plant life.
it is fantasy and Romance Not at all
dissappointing not adequate quality for 4-5 star rating
We have stayed before and wondered if it would be so good this time and it certainly was! The room and the hotel were both lovely. The staff were very friendly very helpful which is so important to us and we had a fabulous time. Particularly the restaurant staff very impressed. The only thing which isn't really the hotel is that lots of children used the main pool quite noisy playing etc which is fine but the pool next to it which is specifically for children was completely empty and we wondered why more perhaps wasn't said to the parents when towels given out like would you like to use the childrens pool? we went to the childrens pool and it was empty!
the site the room, the breakfast, the beach, the connection internet very bad and not free...
Very nice rooms and excellent service. The rates were slightly high, particularly the food.
Sophistication and style. Location. Bar and restaurants. Swimming pools. Some rooms disappointing. Uncomfortable bed. Inflexible restaurant opening times. Expensive!
It had a great staff and the location was great. It was one of a few hotels with direct beach access.
The amenities such as the beach club and the setting and ambience of the lunch buffet and the evening dinners. The front desk was unresponsive. Lack of valet.
Great family atmosphere. Great service and prime location. Very quiet and upper end clientele made for a very relaxing stay. They totally screwed me on the exchange rate when checking out. I calle dmy credit card company and they said the hotel and the hotel's bank control that. Lesson learned.
Location No tea & coffee making facilities in room, Free wi-fi only available in public areas.
the lad playin the piano was aaaaaaa mazing!!!! bit old and boring
An amazing hotel, great pool area, spoilt for choice at breakfast and a well run, very clean hotel. Would highly recommend and definitely be back! The hotel staff could smile a little bit more!
Room View from balcony
The staff were very helpful, the hotel lovely and close to the beach. I upgraded to get a kingsize bed on arrival after looking at the allocated room. It was very expensive - however after the first night I slept so badly due to some generator on the roof (i think) that we returned to the original room. No discount was given but the staff were very helpful.
The hotel was verry noisy. i picked the melia marbella dinamar aspecially with google earth, so that we could walk to our meetingpoint. It seemed that the hotel is situated somewhere else than it appear's in google earth, so we had to take a taxi, several times.
This hotel was excellent aand very relaxing with beautiful surroundings Nothing...it was perfect
Close to Puerto Banus, free parking nearby. Room fournitures are old, bathroom not good equiped
Hotel lobby looked tired and run down however, they really did themselves an injustice as the bedrooms were excellent, good standard of accommodation and very spacious and clean. Unfortunately our room overlooked scrub land and supposedly had sea view?? In addition I am coeliac and lunch snack menu did not offer any options or staff did not show any flexibility even though potatoe or rice options were on offer in the Buffet at the same time. Instead it was suggested I use the buffet lunch menu which cost 58€!! Next time we will ensure to book Half Board.
room and the balcony checking in was very slow when there was nobody around 3 people behind the counter checked and screened our passports over and over again each one examined individually as if we we were wanted criminals or something then each passport was screened on the internet which really annoyed me and I lost my temper.I travel all the around the world and have never been treated like that in any hotels reception desk.Shame it is a nice hotel but this kind of treatment as you are entering puts you off.
The room was pleasant and very clean and the hotel facilities were quite adequate Insufficient lighting in the corridor on floor 5
The hotel was very basic but that's what you get for the price. Couldn't ask for a better location. Would stay again for a cheapy break Breakfast could be improved
Very good location, next to the beach Car Parking was very hard to find
We chose this hotel for its location close to the train station. As it turned out, it was close to the sites that we wanted to visit as well.
V Clean, modern bathroom. Spacious rooms.
The kitchen in the appartment was very poor.
excellent location. Big, clean studio rooms with kitchen facilities. Very good price. Awfull breakfast. bad TV (no english channels except eurosport). Noisy neighbours. sometimes a smell of drains in the bathroom
Only the bathroom which was 5 star! The room was very tired with truly awful chipboard & peeling furniture. Nails protruding from surrounds. Beds with cigarette holes in sheets! Kitchen had one cup. Single glazed windows streamed with condensation. Complaints made about bed cover, but to no avail.
helpful hotel staff, good value for money
Super location with easy walk to both beach and old city. Staff was among the friendliest we met in our 3 weeks travel across Spain. Spacious room with balcony, and good value in that we also had a small kitchenette, not just a hotel room.
We enjoyed Villa Padierna very much. The hotel was fabulous, the staff very friendly and helpful, the hotel very clean. We defenately recommend the hotel for anyone who wants a special emotion and has very high standards. Best hotel in Spain we have seen.
The excellent comfort of the room and the environment. Restaurant: good food and service, although overpriced. It is just the little things that count and were missing: the reception was by far malfunctioning: car parking, information on the hotel and what to do etc etc. New receptionist who did not know what was going on etc..
Peace & quiet of the location, very relaxing: very friendly staff, good service in La Loggia restaurant, well managed pool service, large rooms with nice terrace, excellent housekeeping services. Limited & never changing buffet breakfast, breakfast service should be improved on busy weekend days (staff is not efficient), price/quality of La Veranda restaurant is not OK; the hotel often has wedding festivities over the weekend for large groups which are a nuisance to regular hotel guests because of the noise; location of the hotel is very isolated which makes it necessary to have a (rental) car.
The hotel is stunning and the rooms luxurious the spa is worth a visit and was very relaxing. The front desk staff very welcoming. The food in La Loggia is excellent when you get it!! Disliked the hot buffet breakfast food which was cold, asking for coffee 3 times at breakfast which was also not brilliant when it arrived. Being unable to get a table at La Loggia as the staff where pre-occupied with the wedding party. Waiting over 15mins to pay for a bottle of water, and also the cost of beverages in the hotel are too expensive do not mind paying more for wine but ridiculous for coffee and soft drinks. I would not recommend this hotel because of the service maybe it was because of the wedding!!
Excellent Hotel, Wonderful Staff and beautiful rooms with great food at La Veranda
