It was a good hotel for the price.
The side door that you were to open with your room key was never locked. Anyone could have come in.
The Tv was very staticed out almost to the point of not being able to see it, we had a room with adjoining door and lock was broke but was fixed by hotel staff. There was also alot of kids around everywhere and dragging water out of pool area.
The room was really nice and clean. Plenty of mirrors and outlets beside them. We were short a towel and a wash cloth but went down to the front desk and got them immediately. The breakfast was very plentiful and well stocked.
Great location and nice breakfast choices.
My King Room with Sofa Bed smelled like an onion factory. I understand that this hotel was affected by the tornados last year so they must still be doing repairs. Also the microwave was filthy, and all the tables had grime one them. Bath floor was dirty. It was definitely not what I expected for what I paid. At xxx a night they could do a better job of keeping the rooms clean and sanitary. There was hair on the toilet seat as soon as we arrived, and when you travel with a baby you really don't want that much wrong with a hotel room. The onion smell literally kept us awake at night.
Staff were friendly
The handicap accessible rooms. My handicap accessible room consisted of a shower chair. There were no safety rails anywhere in the bathroom. I was moved to another room that ahd a walk in shower and safety rails, but the fan speed on the heat/air unit did not work an it was 25 degrees outside. The heat just 'radiated' out of the unit. The manager assured me it was working properly. We set the thermostat at 90 degrees and left to go eat. When we came back 4 hours later, the room was still very cold. We were shown the only other HA room on the 1st floor, and the fan on the heat/air unit was very loud. We chose to stay where we were, but asked for blankets. Our room was a bit warmer by morning, but the bathroom was still cold.
The location and its proximity to my office and the airport.
Exterior doors were not secure by locks and have not worked for some time. Anyone can enter the hotel without having a room there. Housekeeping completely did not change towels and clean my room on day and the front desk offered nothing. This place has a lot of traffic through the parking lot at night. Loud music from cars, people running in and out of the side doors...probably because they do not lock. Hotel seems to have some age issues with water leaks from the hot tub area into the hotel lobby. Smoke detectors falling from the ceiling on the fourth floor. Time for a remodel.
Room was clean, bathroom was clean and the towels and rags were very clean-no stains.
No security or policing in the parking lot-hotel property. Loud music at 4am and it continued until the desk was called. When a description of the car was given, the desk clerk knew who it was.Desk clerks are not professional...face piercings, pinkish purple hair, tattoo's visible. Spends time texting and talking on personal phone.
The area was conviniet to my locations
My room had a mildew smell in it which bothered my husbands allergies we had to ask for a different room after the first nightWas average
Great, peaceful atmosphere. Restaurant available, shuttle to airport, major plus. Beds SUPER DUPER comfortable! Great combinations!!
