The hotel shuttle runs 24 hours a day which is sort convenient if you have an early flight to catch. Rooms are clean and AC was great. . The outdoor pool was very nice The AC in gym room wasn't strong enough and made itroom feels like a hot yoga room
The rooms were tastefully done, very quiet and the beds were comfortable. The hotel entrance was attractive. Shuttle to airport at 4 a.m was on time. Registration staff was very competent and friendly. Everything seemed quietly luxurious and well-done After having spent three weeks eating at little bistros and restaurants in Madrid and Barcelona, we found the found the food a bit bland at the hotel's more casual cafe. As with most hotels, BAH could look at implementing small bumper cushions so that the room doors do not make such a resounding clunk when they close. The noise of other doors being closed was the only noise that was at all intrusive.
Staff was unfriendly, no coffee/tea in room. You have to purchase a 20$ buffet to even go into the cafe. They won't sell you a cup of coffee. Leaking faucet in bathroom, shower door needs repair. Would never go back. Very little I did like about this hotel. Staff was unfriendly, no coffee/tea in room. You have to purchase a 20$ buffet to even go into the cafe. They won't sell you a cup of coffee. Leaking faucet in bathroom, shower door needs repair. Would never go back.
Good design good finishing close to the airport good breakfast bad shuttle service after 12 hours flight one should be able to book a shuttle, we took a taxi for the return to the airport the shuttle was full for space would have had to take a shuttle one hour earlier than required????? If you have a busy hotel either increase your shuttle frequency or don't offer the service
Generalky good to stay tgere.breakfast was so nice.
The airport shuttle. The room was lovely too. They also have a shuttle into Barcelona.
The front staff and the bistro/grill staff
Shuttle service from BCN to the hotel was perfect. Hotel was elegant and very quiet. Restaurant and bar also provided great food and good service. Hotel staff were both friendly and efficient. Would stay here again if needing a convenient hotel near the airport!
Close to the airport with a free shuttle. Modern clean facility with upscale bar and restaurant.
The airport was very clean and visibly labeled. It was easy to find my way around. The staff are helpful. There was varieties of food and shipping options. i liked how modern it looked. I can't wait to visit this beautiful country again one day.
The hotel was quiet, beds were comfortable and breakfast was excellent. I noted that many hotels in Barcelona had reviews indicating that 3 person rooms were paid for, but that upon arrival they were charged extra for this. This did NOT happen at the Barcelona Airport Hotel, the price I agreed to pay was exactly what they charged me! Also, the staff spoke English and were very helpful in getting me transportation to the cruise ship the next morning. It cost 11 euros each, but they handled the luggage and got us to the ship at the earliest point that we could have boarded. Recommend that you sign up the night before to avoid any delays. The staff recommended this to us the day we arrived and this was most appreciated. We found out later that a taxi would have cost us more, so go with the hotel shuttle! The breakfast was a bit expensive, at 15 Euros, but about average from what I could tell on line.
At check-in, front desk staff said that shuttle would take 10 minutes to get to Terminal 1. In the morning, there was a long line of 30+ people waited by for a shuttle that holds only 12. Shuttles were supposed to run every 15, but none arrived during our 45 minute wait. Long line of 10+ waiting on taxis (there were none). No Uber available, either. We finally found a taxi dropping off someone else.
Clean spacious rooms in a nice location. Shuttle service to the airport was quick and easy. Breakfast was a nice bonus. Would highly recommend
proximity to airport as I arrived very late
The helpfulness of your staff and their politeness. I couldn,t get through on my mobile for a transfer as your phone was busy and I had to pay €20 for a taxi to the hotel. And no english channels on your tv in the room.
The airport trasfer is good and punctual in time. Will consider to stay for second time.
It was very clean and comfortable. Staff was there late at night and early morning and were very helpful. The airport shuttle was very reliable as well, we were able to get to the airport by 5:00 AM.
Hotel is OK for an airport stopover, nothing else. In Spain you can find better hotels for a reasonable price but this one is close to the airport and there is nothing wrong with it - but nothing special either sauna is not a real thing - it is just a small warm cabin
the location was convenient for reaching the airport and the shuttle service to the airport was complementary. The 24 Euro dinner (three courses) was excellent value. Would have liked to have had face cloths in the bathroom instead of the packaged mini-loofa sponge.
Good value for money, really close to the airport. Had to wait for shuttle for more than 40 min!
Everything was very good and I liked it very much that the hotel organises a transfer to the airport from the hotel free of charge at the time guests want.
Wonderful hotel located 10 minutes by hotel shuttle from Barcelona Airport's main terminals.
Nice staff, interesting room decoration, shuttle bus to the airport - a big plus
Good room. clean, sound proof, free minibar, good parking lot The safe in the room could be slightly bigger to be able to hold a computer
The room was huge, and very comfortable, the Spa is well run and a great place to spend a day. The food is very good, buffet every night, so we were permanently stuffed full. Food cost about twice as much as it should have been, especially after the room cost quite a lot in the first place. Due to it's location, the clientele are a bit of a captive audience, so there is little choice. A cheaper option for eating would have made this the perfect place to stay at any time.
Dolce was perfect for what we were looking for. A beautiful hotel. A short taxi ride from the beach area of Sitges. Offered a shuttle service to the closest beach every half hour and twice a day to the centre of town. Very quiet at night.
The hotel is fantastic. As a solo traveller, i was looking for a hotel that was relaxing during the day, lounging by the pool, yet a short taxi ride in to town at night. I had room service every night of my stay and the quality ane service was top class. As was breakfast every morning. I will definitely stay in this hotel in the near future..
the location and the design for a 5 stars hotel some basic things were missing such a DVD player
breakfast was great- fantastic choice. Pools clean. Massive room and comfortable bed. The road from the hotel was unfinished so was unsuitable for walking (unlit at night). This meant getting taxis each time you wished to leave the hotel (about 8-10 euros each time) If you upgrade to a seaview room please note the passing trains are constant and the high speed trains do distub the peace. A nightclub somewhere near by goes on until 6am and the noise carries. (I am not sure if this was just weekend thought) - we checked out after two nights (due to above!). There is no shop on site for things like large bottles of water, and the food in the hotel was in our view expensive.
Pool Response time of staff
Excellent facilities, large spacious rooms. Very corporate, there were a number of conferences when we were staying there and they seemed to take priority over regular guests. For example, one evening there was a buffet BBQ - as we were about to take our main course a conference of 30/40 people descended on the BBQ. This was fine as we were in no rush, however when the queue did eventualy clear we had to wait for fresh food to be cooked during which time a number of the conference attendees pushed in front of us for their 2nd helping!
Atmosphere, facilities Poor quality of the BBQ food
Hotel has everything you would ask for on a short break.Staff very pleasant and helpful.Pool area spacious, private and clean. Room was very clean, spacious and had excellent bathroom facilities. Furthermore, the view from the terrace of the sea and Sitges was outstanding. Not troubled by noise at any stage.Would highly recommend this hotel. We could not access our room one evening and had a wait of about one hour until lock on door was repaired.Manager of hotel offered a complimentary lunch. Excellent service. Distance from Sitges and beaches was a slight problem. We relied on shuttle service from hotel.Shuttle service was good but could be extended beyond 6.15pm, this being the time of last bus back to hotel. Other than that no complaints
Polite and nice staff, quiet atmosphere. The food needs improvement, quantities offered fall short of the price paid for the various meals. Since there are no eating facilities close by, one is forced to eat at the hotel of pay up to 20 EU for a trip to town to get a bite which is essential given the minute portions offered on the menu. Almost necessary to order a hamburger in the lobby during the day, otherwise go hungry. A bus to town would help. I hope to go back to Stiges but will probably stay closer to town although Dolce Hotel would have been my choice if there was better access to the town and the beaches.
Events like company parties or marriages at the pool... loud.
Reception staff were excellent
Dilisious cakes during the brakfast! Very good parking of the hotel!
Traditional decor. Fiendly staff We were given twin beds which separated so we moved room. This room was above a generator which was very noisy. We didn't want to move again. Overall we really liked the Hotel & visit Castelldefels often so we would re visit, though we would be more specific with rooms.
Pool and other facilities. Castelldefel is not the prettiest of places and there is a motorway and railway line between the hotel and the beach and only 1 pedestrian bridge
Large clean rooms, comfortable beds. Very bad sound isolation between the corridor and the rooms. We had to ask for a room at the end of the corridor in order not to be disturbed by other guests.
One should not mix up business and leisurea hotel. This hotel is clearly a business hotel, so if you're up to a holiday, rather prefer a hotel in the city center.Noisy because of the ringroad down the hill.
Gorgeous view. Large, open spaces to relax. Curteous staff. difficulty to find the hotel/entrance to hotel, when returning from Barcelona by car. Loud voices outside of our window until 01.00 am. bathroom drain smelt like moisture when the water is turned on.
We had a beautiful room with an enormous bed which was very comfortable and an amazing meal for my birthday in the restaurant. Nothing
We had been in Europe for three weeks and this was our last Hotel we stayed in. They had the biggest bath room, shower and really nice bath towels. I would have given them an excellent rating on value but our bill/statement did not have our final amount! So i know this is strange not to know how much you paid. We had prepaid via internet and when the clerk checked us in the amount was lower than what the prepaid amount was, either amount was a value.
Fantastic view (we were at 20th floor).
Very beautifull design out side and inside even the rooms are amazing, sound proof rooms, big one, has wifi for free, very comfort beds i will stay in it the next visit. Very close to Europa fira train station. It has free save box, plazma tv,mini bar, hair dryer. I really like this hotel. By the way carrefour is also next to this hotel you will find any thing you need there It is location is far from the center of barcelona but don,t worry it is next to Europa fira train station from it you can go to the center of barcelona
The design of the hotel is excellent, the room is clean & comfortable. We had an enjoyable stay.
Nice hotel with friendly staff Temperature in rooms was hard to control
Great design, excellent views, very convenient for the Fira, close to the metro but far from the center. Far from the center but this is not a problem as there is a metro station nearby
Very nice hotel, quiet, clean and good facilities. We booked a double room and "double bed" was 2 beds pushed together which were on wheels so kept coming apart.
Internet wifi works very poorly.
The only thing is, 3 taxi drivers had no clue where it was located.
Excellent value for money. We only paid 51 Euros a night and had a huge room and bathroom with very good air conditioning. The rooms on the side of the hotel facing the town are also extremely quiet. The staff were very friendly, efficient and accomodating. We didn't use the pools, but they looked pristine. The hotel is withing walking distance of a big shopping centre called Anec Blau and 2 supermarkets. The centre of Casteledfels and the train station are only a 25 minute walk away and the airport is a 15 minute drive away. I highly recommend this hotel and would certainly stay there again. The carpets in the corridors desperately need changing as there are some very nasty stains on them.
Very nice hotel with luxury rooms, 2 min by car far from the wonderful sandy beach, 20 min by foot from the train station to Barcelona, and nearby the big shopping centre, altogether - very good choice for both, vacation at the seaside and visiting Barcelona surprisingly, using of internet at the loby computer is charged by 5 euros per 30 min!
carpet needs changing in the hall ways / corridors
The working distance to the sea is 2 km We had to rent two rooms because of two children even though there was plenty of space for the whole family in one room
Access to airport and beaches. Modern and in general clean. Good pool and airy rooms Our non smoking room smelt of smoke. Bill at the end was incorrect and check in staff not very friendly. Room not ready in time. Bill issue now resolved.
The restaurant The front desk staff
Poor service and terrible location. I did not like anything about the hotel.
The rooms were clean and had plenty of room. Much larger than I expected. Staff was courteous and easy to communicate with in English. Breakfast was good and reasonably priced (6 Euros). Location wasn't the best, but we knew that when we booked the hotel. There was an unpleasant smell in our room, but our friends in the room next to us didn't have that issue.
The free breakfast was really good. The hotel was very close to the airport and the free shuttle was very convenient. The price was good. Normally with 3 adults you get two double beds. In this room, there were two twin beds and a rollaway which took so much room that there was nowhere to walk in the room once we got to the beds. The rollaway just had a fitted sheet and a cover sheet. There was no blanket or spread. There was a towel on the bed which we tried to use as a blanket. The towels in the bathroom were oddly on the floor of the shower. There is a glass door on the bathroom, which makes things awkward when more than one person is in the room.
frontdesk waited 2h for the shuttle from the airport! we chose this hotel because it was near the airport! the hotel is on the parking lot of a mall, near highway, noisy; room was dirty, very few international tv channels, wifi did not work, worst hotel ever
I allways use the Frontair when going to , or coming from Barcelona airport, the shuttle bus is frequent and quick, the staff speak English, the buffet breakfast is excellent, and it is possible to get a sandwich or tapas in the bar at night. No real complaints, but the pick-up pointr at terminal two is not made clear, and I am familiar with that terminal.
This hotel, as already described in many reviews, is an excellent place for a one-night stay, mainly for a transition. We arrived in Barcelona late at night, stay here, and then continued our journey the next morning. It's a relatively quick trip to the airport, and the facilities are relatively new and clean. We would not recommend this location for multiple nights. Located in an industrial/commercial park, transportation to and from can be like navigating a labyrinth--without a proper map, GPS, and car (or rental car), the area is relatively pedestrian unfriendly.
breakfast was delicious It was difficult to find the airport shuttle. I wound up taking a taxi. I was ignored when I requested to sign up for the shuttle back to the airport the next morning. I again had to take a taxi. I spent almost as much on transportation to and from the hotel as for the room. My room smelled of cigarettes, one of which I found extinguished in the toilet.
Having only stayed one night at the hotel it is difficult to describe it's best bits. It was however clean and certainly contemporary. The airport shuttle was very useful as was the proximity to the airport. Although the staff were on the whole generally friendly, the hotel lacked anything resembling charm and warmth. The cost of breakfast was somewhat expensive at €12 and although a buffet, provided nothing exceptional.
Bartender who ignored me
Airport Access. Located very closely to airport. Free Shuttle to airport. Low cost shuttle service to downtown Barcelona. N/A
Since I worked at the airport, I appreciated the 24h shuttle between the hotel and airport. Once I had to wait outside the airport for 1hour untill the shuttle appeared for pick-up.
Great for stopover flying form Barcelona Airport, free transfers to and from the airport.
Public areas clean. Room too Spartan. Only one chair. Wife would have preferred a bath tub.
Very clean and nice rooms There should be some place to sit and spend time just out of the hotel. Add two resting chairs and small table in to the room, strange to sit all the time in bed. Sirloin in the restaurat was old and spoiled.
Everything was very cleen. Minibar was free and downstairs you can get free coffee/tea/coca cola. In breakfest - fresh orange juce and fruits, sweet rolls. Helpful staff.
convenience of location we found access to the garage rather confusing
We stayed for two nights. We needed a hotel that was easy to get to from the train station, close to Montserrat, and easy to be on our way to our next destination. The staff at the front desk spoke very good English and were helpful in answering any questions.
Comfortable fuss free hotel I was surprised to have to pay for wifi access - and expensively.
Rooms No Bar
The staff were excellent and very helpful. Perfect place to relax and the spa facilities were great. Fantastic wines and amazing location.
Great hotel with gorgeous view to the Montserrat mountain, cosy rooms with high standard facilities, spa, vineyard and many more. Totally recommendable for a romantic and relaxing stay.
Superlative service which was committed to ensuring we enjoyed ourselves, outstanding food, and great value. Would definitely return. Nothing
Le Magrill restaurant in Hotel is abosultely brilliant - Lobster Rice Casserole was amazing - we went to Barcelona for a day by train - otherwise we just did Pool and beach - restaurants in main town of Sitges are mostly very good too - would definitely stay there again - even the 20 minute walk along the promenade would not put us off Bars and restaurants all shut at 11pm - Hotel has no room service after this time - Hotel has no information on local attractions, tours
Clean rooms and hotel generally with lots of PayTV channels in many European languages (including a few BBC channels), and the free bikes were fantastically useful during our stay.
the location on the beach is wonderful the staff´s respons to complaints is really poor, they take complaints very personal, the prices in the cafeteria are not marked correctly, we ordered coffee and croissants for 2.80€ and were charged 3.60€ and were told it was extra charge for the milk??????
Relaxed atmosphere, friendly helpful staff.
nice view and close location to the sea. unkind staffs.
Bedding was not very clean
Best location and cost effective 4 star hotel.
Very helpful staff. We rang the day before we were due to arrive and asked if we could come a day early. Were upgraded as a result to best apartment and only had to pay a slightly higher charge for additional night. Great pools and afternoon entertainment by friendly lifeguard in pool for children. Apartment lovely with very comfortable beds and big balcony. Satelite TV only had spanish and German programmes except for CNN.
Location was excellent. Staff was friendly and room was very nice and clean. Restaurants had good food; however, service was poor. Pools were very attractive and the kids enjoyed them. Beach is very scenic and accessable. The hotel is at the end of the beach front street and is very scenic and is apart from the crowds near the center of the beach. Restaurant service was poor.
Right on the beach The mini market in the basement is useful. The Wifi in the hotel was a joke- intermittent and low quality. To get anything done, I had to revert to my phone's data plan. The bed was horribly uncomfortable- I developed bad back pain as of the 2nd night. The staff wasn't able to resolve as all mattresses in the hotel were the same. Staff at the front desk was indifferent to customers.
Comfortable, reasonably quiet, facilities were good and the staff were always helpful if needed. We would recommend. Mainly the distance from the town facilities being aged 77 and 88 respectively, but the road train was an asset.
The Melia Sitges is a breath of fresh air after many other overpriced and basic hotels in Sitges. Unfortunately many hotelliers in Sitges take of advantage of the popularity of Sitges and charge sky high prices for mediocre accomodation and poor service. The Melia Sitges is the exception. It is a bit of a walk from the town, but worth it
The hotel is ideally situated and most rooms have a gorgeous view on the beach and the town of Sitges. The hotel is from the 70's or 80's but had a great facelift. The staff was unlike many 4**** hotels, very courteous, knowledgable and kind. There are great restaurants in the vicinity and Sitges offers great shopping. I was there off season and I can definitely recommend that! I have no idea what it would be like during the summer vacation and I also do not have a desire to find out. This was perfect. It is also fairly close to Barcelona. About 30 - 40 minutes by car. Ideal! Yes, that my vacation was over too fast! :-)
The hotel staff service was perfect. N/A
room with a terrace and with an excellent view, breakfast, amiable staff a good distance from the city centre
Nice big room with a balcony over looking the pool and seaside. Hotel is over priced and too far from the action. Didn't like waking up to a stranger in our room after reception gave out wrong key 8am in the morning and were unapologetic. Pool too cold to swim in. You have to pay extra to use the spa and gym facilities. Got an electric shock and stuck in the lift one time. Nice. Luckily only booked 3 nights. Ended staying downtown in a place with a balcony for a fraction of the price and had a much better time.
top ratings... especially from a hard grader. The rooms are large and beautifully done, ours had a terrace and 4th floor sea view. The staff is amazing. Pool-side or short walk to the beaches, a great place for a sun-worshipper like me. We've recently stayed in similar, resort style hotels in Nice and Monte Carlo, for two and three times the price. My partner and I will be back. nothing.
Gym charger per day A/C not working Location
Standard of customer service with front desk staff - informative & helpful. Great breakfast choice. Location to Marina was great in evenings & great restaurants. Hotel website suggests use of pool, sauna facilities etc. Looked forward to this in the evenings, instead this is an additional € 11 charge -misleading. 15 minute walk along coast line to town - need walking boats for this - rough ground & rubbish
Within easy walking distance of Sitges centre Great breakfast as always with Melia hotels Limited lunchtime options for vegetarians - avoid the vegetable sandwich at all costs! The only English language channels were CNN, Sky news etc Always put do not disturb sign on your door at night as the chamber maid doesn't wait for a reply before opening the door in the morning!
secure and easy parking, sea views, very pleasant rooms
location : on the beach and walking distance from down town. Wifi in all rooms. Beds : not comfortable. The bathroom was smelling awfully bad ! And each time we flushed the toilet, an ogre, or a plane was invading the entire room ! We could hear the same noise coming from other rooms. Inacceptable for a 4 stars hotel.
a front of ocean! Free cafe and tea at the lobby. too far from center! nothing around the hotel!
good location, good facilities, relaxed ambiance, good breakfast, friendly staff
Location, comfort of the rooms and multilingual helpful and friendly staff.
Quiet location, but only 10 mins walk down lovely promenade to the centre of Sitges. Coffee 'on tap' really appreciated and liked the fact they brought out croissants, danish buns, fruit, etc., after breakfast for residents to help themselves. Staff really helpful. No.
The location and the view of the sea from our balcony. The mini-bar was useful. Unfortunately the restaurant was closed. Towels could have been newer.
Location was excellent close to town and beach, nice pool and pool area and staff very helpful. Ideal if you have a car as free parking. Room good size but basic. Cleaning staff were noisy first thing in the morning, standard of beds in rooms was poor. Wooden flooring meant people moving chairs in rooms above became annoying.
It was very close to the beach. It was clean. It was very good value for money. There was no bar service, even though there was a bar. The breakfast was expensive and not included in the room rate. The water had lots of chlorine in it and I understand that that is not the hotel's fault.
The hotel was close to the sea, however far to far away from the city centre. The rooms were poorly decorated, and the sea view were only for smokers, therefore as a non smoker, I had to suffer the smell off tobaco.
The area was away from most attractions and a bit far out of the way of the tourist area. Taxi ride needed to get out of area and some of train system shuts down later in the evening.
Overall, the hotel was very modern, clean and comfy. The rooms and bathrooms were very secure and private, The staff did not appear to have any idea about directions and were not helpful at all. It was disappointing because we received 3 different directions to Barcelona and none of them were correct. We wasted a lot of time following poor directions. Breakfast could have been included or at least a bit cheaper - it cost 15euro a person!!
Near to the airport, which was the reason for us to choose the hotel. Nearby restaurants, shopping mall and playground for young and older kids. For daily trips to Barcelona center other hotels would be better suited. Some furniture in the room like the desk was slightly damaged from suitcases that had banged against the edges. Additionally, the drainage in the sink was not working very well.
The room we had was very comfortable. The service at dinner and the choice of dishes on the menu was quite poor
Good size, comfortable, quiet rooms with the hotel being an easy walk to the train station. Nice to be awy from the otyer tourists and amongst the locals Breakfast overpriced and did not honour Accor Advantage card
Nice hotel, in the outskirts of barcelona but with a taxi lane just outside and 2 city railroad in walking distance. The room was to hot and the air conditioning wasn't cooling.
dine and sleep
The hotel was clean and comfortable. Staff were helpfull in advising about how best to get around and where to get information. Would have liked if you provided a biscuit with the tea and coffee in the room.
The staff were excellent! The staff at the front desk were helpful, flexible, and willing to help in any way. Very impressed. The rooms were surprisingly large and nicely designed. The bathroom was very nice. Small play area for kids. Stroller available for our daughter. Close to airport and only 20 min by train to city centre. The bed was uncomfortable. Industrial surroundings/atmosphere. While the staff were helpful, they did appear understaffed and hurried. This is a hiring issue and in no way a reflection on the quality of service from current personnel.
The facilities its location and the staff all excellent as well as the cleanliness. I was not told that breakfast was earlier than 11am on a Monday so I missed it and I had paid for it....this information was not related to me when i checked in.
Good size room, nice staff, clean and very friendly overall
It's very quiet hotel. Has friendly, helpful stuff. No noisy, no parties. Just relaxing. The nearist beach is nudist ))))) Think the price is little bit higher then normal. And we had not exactly room with sea view - the picture from our window was the port. Nice, but there was no view of romantic sunset over the water as in the rooms on the opposite side.
The hotel was perfect for a quiet time with a nice walk along the coast to Sitges, and peaceful, friendly restaurants in the harbour around the hotel - in November. The swimming pool had a good size for exercise.
The view from the room facing the sea was spectacular and it was nice to be by the port, away from the bustle of central Sitges. The staff had booked us a twin room, instead of a double room by mistake - we asked them for a different room and they upgraded us to one of their best. Clean, excellent location. I found it quite expensive for what you got - it was clean, beautiful view, but nothing more. The staff could be more welcoming - they gave us the key, but no smile, and they didn't encourage us to use any of their facilities.
The hotel was nice, well kept with modern facilities. It has a beautiful location in front of a yacht club / port and has wonderful views of the Mediterranean and of the town of Sitges The hotel is located about 1.5 kms from the centre of Sitges. This is not a difficult journey or was it unexpected. However the port area has several gates that are closed and locked after midnight. The gate right next to the Port Sitges Hotel was locked several times when we were returning on foot from Sitges after a late night dinner. This necessitated a very long walk to the other end of the Port using twisting residential streets and then having to come back to the other end of the port where the hotel is located. This added an additional 2 kms or more to the journey. There doesn`t appear to be a valid reason for the locking of these gates, since the port is accessible at the other end without security staff on duty.
Location - was short walk to sites/town but far enough to be quiet and relaxing. Rentable Business computer was unavailable tthe entire several days I was there so I could not log into check emails etc.
Space in the room. Cleanliness and friendly, helpful staff.
I stayed in a large one bedroom apartment with a balcony, which was extremely spacious. It was also close enough to walk to the town centre in 15 mins, and far enough away not to hear the festivities of the nightlife in the evening and early hours of the morning.
location, patio on top floor beds were hard, gave me a backache
Location, cleanliness, staff and fantastic breakfast
Very nice hotel and great value for Sitges I was unable to reserve a table in their restaurant for Sunday dinner for my family. They should make an exception to "no reservation" policy for guests of hotel.
Location and staff
Location, great restaurant food and staff, helpful reception staff Noisy babies in restaurant!
The local staff got me a bigger room. For the first night they prepared the room for night (bed rugs, chocolates, bed done). It was not done for the second night. There are no beach chairs and umbrellas, even to rent.
Beautiful view from the large window! Very comfortable king-size bed. Hotel is clean and nice. when the restaurant opened in the morning (at 8:00) arrangement tables and chair is quite noisy and I have always been roused.
The hotel was located on the beach with wonderful Sea views from the room balcony. The restaurant was a bit pricey but had great food and a wonderful breakfast buffet. It was an easy commute by bus into the city of Barcelona; although the L95 took longer than the L94. I have no complaints about the hotel.
Close to the airport and better service than in the so called airport hotels.
The whole experience was absolutely first class. The staff were helpful and friendly, the hotel was spotlessly clean, the food was first class.
We were very happy with this hotel, we booked it for our last night in spain but because we had flight delays we arrived rather late and left early morning. What we did see we loved and would certianly go back to this hotel.
free bar for guests, swimming pool, helpfull staff
Fantastic location and great restaurant. Nice and friendly staff. We were 3 colleagues traveling together. In one of the rooms the shades could not roll up completely and in another room there was water leaking from the towel heating system and the floor was all wet.
The location of the hotel is excellent. The entry to the carpark is tiny. Really only good for small cars.
The location was excellent.
Nice hotel with perfect location. Fresh OJ and good coffee at breakfast buffet! Lovely view over the ocean from the breakfast table. Staff was helpful when you asked for help. Cleaning staff was very friendly! Bed was a bit hard. Noise travelled a bit too easy between rooms and corridors. No guests were too loud, so his wasn't that big of a problem.
Pilar was a very good resource of information
The rooms and their cleanliness were excellent Lack of English TV despite staff's efforts. Restaurant good for breakfast, but not good for evening meal.So called "seaview" was an exaggeration.
The design of the hotel is interesting and romantic. The location of the hotel is excellent: fantastic view of the sea and, besides, you are in the centre of Sitges, everything is near - the old centre, shops, restaurants. Breakfast was delicious Thank you very much for the stay.
location , room
Nice hotel, old school Spanish luxury
Excellent position Facilities for drinks / snacks at the pool would have been appropriate
Frinedly people, good location, nice building The slide door at the entrance is really noisy.
Excellent proximity to everything in Sitges, particularly the film festival. All was excellent except for one consistently rude concierge.
