Cons: No negatives.
Pros: The staff was extremely nice and even brought us pizza to the room even tho the pizza was a bit small Extremely comfy beds and a clean room. A really nice view from the room.
Cons: The shower was a bit small, but okay.
Pros: Beautiful room and view , just minutes off the Camino.
Pros: Lovely small hotel incredible value for money. The owners have gone to a great deal of trouble to provide such a high standard of both rooms and breakfast and a lovely little garden, obviously they really care abut their hotel and their guests. The value for money for what was on offer was amazing. We booked a hotel in this area as we intended to visit the nearby Celtic village unfortunately it's closed on Mon/Tues and there didn't seem to by anything else much in the area, the village is just a few buildings along a main road and countryside not great so location for us not brilliant but everything else was. Had dinner at the bar in the village simple pub type food but very good, very cheap and very large portions, lovely friendly waitress.
Cons: For us not a great location.
Pros: The balcony, the view of the sea and being able to sit on deck chairs and enjoy. The shower was powerful and welcome after a day walking the camino.
Cons: Nothing to report.
Pros: Nice and spacious room. Very clean. Good breakfast for the 5 extra euro. Acomodating staff.
Cons: Nothing to unlike
Pros: It was a very nice hotel with smoking and helpfull staff. The rooms were cleaned every day. Many beautiful sites in the area.

Pros: If you enjoy horses and every animal possible in the country farm this is the place to go. With belavistas around the property comands the whole hill. Everything was true, sincere, homemade, tasty, decent. A winding approach road was a pleasant distraction from the monotonous motorway driving despite my other half screaming - so be carefull after dusk when fog cover the valleys.
Cons: A nitpicking person could find something but not me.
Pros: Myself and my son were initially attracted my the photos of the kid goats, and the idea of being away from everything in the mountains. What we didn't expect was how my son (age 10) would feel like an adopted member of the family for the five days we spent there, and it is no exaggeration to say that we watched visibly him grow in confidence during those days. It's certainly not a requirement of staying there for kids to help out, but I have to say for anyone with children who wish to learn about farm life and for parents who are happy to go along too, it is a fantastic experience. All the family were wonderful with my son, gave him jobs and responsibilities on the farm according to what he felt able for, taught him (and us) so many things, and it was the absolute highlight of our three weeks in northern Spain. My son was always a bit wary of dogs before but all the dogs on this farm are well trained and behaved and he was so sad to leave them behind when we went. We slept very well every night, so quiet and peaceful. And we ate very well too! The dinners were delicious. We will definitely return in a few months.

Pros: Great owner, very friendly and helpful. Very nice room.
Pros: Just excellent. It's a beautiful building, the rooms are big, clean and full of character, and the staff are really friendly and helpful. Breakfast is great and the coffee is excellent. It's about a 15 minute walk down the hill to the centre of Navia where you can find lots of cafes, bars and restaurants, or there is a great little bar across the road form the hotel. Secure parking for motorbikes and cars right there on site too. Perfect.
Pros: The property was so clean and had that farmhouse feel
Cons: Everything was great
Cons: No Toiletpaper in The bathroom. i am The only guest in this day.....
Pros: Nice garden view and garden available for guests anytime. Room comfortable and nicely furnished.
Located in Navia, Blanco Hotel-Spa is a 3-minute drive from Navia Historic Park and 5 minutes from Playa de Navia. Featured amenities include a business center, complimentary newspapers in the lobby, and a 24-hour front desk. Free self parking is available onsite.
Pros: The spa was very agreeable after a days walking. Food was great too.
Pros: Lovely spacious and quiet rooms. Well located on Camino route.
Cons: Restaurant didn’t open until 9pm and even cafe had no food until 8.30. Although later opening for restaurants is normal in Spain on this occasion for a hotel of this apparent standard and price to do similar feels poor. Overall did not feel good value.
Pros: Check in staff spoke English and very helpful. Restaurant fixed menu, recommended by waiter and was excellent. Good choice of wine by waiter again could not fault the service. Really enjoyed the stay and biker friendly. Car park really safe for motor bike parking.
Cons: We booked as wanted a pool. We paid more than we wanted. When we arrived the pool was out of use as refurbing. We should have been told before paying for a spa hotel with no pool. Can we get a partial refund pls?
Pros: A very comfortable hotel with high spec furnishings and facilities, spacious rooms and pleasant balconies. Excellent food in the cafe downstairs.
Cons: In the middle of nowhere, but a comfortable stopping point on the Camino... though probably better to head into Navia itself. The spa facilities are not open without prior booking.
Pros: Super clean, spacious & staff were very helpful & friendly

Pros: Unbelievable value I've paid more for a lousy motel 6 in the U.S. and the Palacio Arias was absolutely Presidential.
Cons: There was nothing that I didn't like. It was absolutely first rate.
Pros: The place is an amazing old house with beautiful rooms! Staff couldn’t do enough for us despite a language Barrier- take your google translate if you don’t speak Spanish Good location in Navia free parking nice breakfast
Cons: An addition a a bar would be fantastic We managed a post biking beer but it was a challenge!
Pros: The location (central Navia) is perfect. Easy to park with parking onsite, and easily walkable to everything. The house itself (we were in the Palacio) was beautifully restored, with the antique salons open for wandering about. Our room was comfortable, with all of the necessities. Check-in and check-out were smooth and the front desk staff were courteous.
Pros: Breakfast was awesome. Have the hot chocolate, coffee and OJ. Parking was great. Location excellent. Building fantastic.
Cons: Need fans or circulation.
Pros: The Palace was unique with beautiful wood working, floors and stairwell. It was in a good location as close to the bus station and across the street from the grocery store. Bed was comfortable, bedding soft and comfy. There were automatic window shades that blocked light.
Cons: There were some maintenance issues: light bulb burnt out, toilet dripped constantly, no sink stopper. It would have been nice to have an extra blanket. There was no information brochure in the room for the hours , WiFi, restaurants, no map given for Navia. Bring ear plugs as hotel faces the Main Street which always has cars, tractors and room doors close loudly.
Pros: Beautiful room. Gentleman at check in exceptional. Tried to help find us a place for dinner.

Featured amenities include complimentary wired Internet access, complimentary newspapers in the lobby, and dry cleaning/laundry services. Free self parking is available onsite.
Pros: Loved my single dormer room having all I needed. Staff was amazing to me. Spectacular breakfast buffet with the kindest woman serving. Loved every brief minute and wanted to stay longer.
Pros: Location and the place itself
Cons: Everything is ok
Pros: breakfast was a typical o the type of hotel. The grounds were good and secure and a short walk from the old town and harbour.
Cons: not much to do except for to find a bar which sells good cider and if your really lucky good Cabrales cheese
Pros: This was by far the best hotel I have stayed in while walking the Camino Del Norte. It is not a bargain but it is great value for what it is.
Cons: The only thing that I would have liked was a coffee making facility in the room. Other than that everything was excellent.
Pros: We loved the hotel facilities, staff and especially our room (apartment) because we were 4 adults traveling together and this was very comfortable for us. It had a kitchen and a very convinient supermarket in front of the hotel so we could shop and cook upstairs. The hotel is located in the center of the city and very convinient for long walks to dine out and shop.
Pros: generally a very pleasant hotel with goood location and comfortable rooms.
Cons: the town tself which could be wonderful but isn't- there is nothing for a tourist (or one suspects locals).
Pros: Efficient and warm welcome. Immediate action was taken to deal with a small problem, and staff went out of their way to try and help us with a particular need. Central position in the town.
Cons: Not enough parking, room smellled terrible, no airconditing, room needs an extreme update, bed was to small etc. Never ever again. Worst experience during our stay in Spain.
Pros: Big and comfortable rooms in a nice and cosy Asturian village.
Cons: The staff did not know what exactly to charge us! (we booked only for the acommodation).
Pros: Convenient compared to alternatives in the region.
Cons: Even though we asked for a non smoking room, got a room with a great smell black tobacco - laws for smoking in public spaces should be revised. The room had sofa in terrible condition – old and non clean at all – it should be changed
Pros: Location near Luarca
Pros: Good value in restaurant. Good appearance. Excellent dinner waitress
Cons: Noise level excessive from disco across road. Bed too hard
When you stay at Hotel Rural Villa Auristela in Navia, you'll be within a 10-minute drive of Playa de Frexulfe and Navia Historic Park. The front desk is staffed during limited hours. Free self parking is available onsite.
Pros: The architecture.
Pros: The rooms were pretty and clean.
Cons: No breakfast or other food options. No receipt provided. No stamp for our credenciales. The suite was overpriced compared to the regular rooms. Overall, overpriced compared to comparable locations.
Pros: Delightful quirky and spotless B&B , very accessible country location and in a lovely spot. Good Spanish breakfast. Very reasonable. Perfect for overnight, would be fine for longer.
Cons: We expected a bar and a restaurant as advertised - neither! But got over it, with 2 cafe/ bars and a good restaurant a short walk away; doubtless others.
Pros: The room was very nice and very clean. I liked that there were two comfortable chairs and a small table in the room. Also, small fridge with two bottles of complimentary water and some sweets. Staff very kind. We got there very early and we were able to check in early.
Pros: This is more a guest house than a hotel. Although the host was very nice, but he didn't speak a word of English. Pension located in a small village.
Cons: The rooms lacked a set of cosmetics and a tea kettle, and the window blind was stained and dirty. In the dining room there was a kitchenette, it would be nice if people traveling with children could prepare dinner there.
Pros: The location.

Pros: Relaxed friendly atmosphere. Sweet older lady was very kind to us. Great place to stay.
Cons: It was a little off the Camino road. But not too bad.
Pros: Wonderfully friendly warm owner. Large fresh clean and welcoming room. Parking on site for vehicles. Breakfast simple but good. Location very good if you have a car. Approximately a 7 minute drive to Navia - a lovely little village. Highly recommend this Hotel
Pros: Good stop with bar restaurants just off the Camino. Easy walk down road to pick up Camino in the morning. Also opens for breakfasts at 7 am
Pros: Friendly barman and warm welcome.
Pros: When I was finally able to find someone on premise and get my room, the lady was kind. She understood that with the restaurant closed. I, a pilgrim, would have to go without food because there's nothing available nearby. She offered to make a sandwich for me for dinner, and agreed to provide milk, fruit etc for me. Later a very kind staff member delivered a tray with two sandwiches, fruits, a liter of milk, a bottle of juice, a piece of pound cake, a piece of cheese cake, a bag of chips, a bottle of water, for my dinner and next day's breakfast. The cheese cake was excellent. The sandwiches were very good too. The room is a good size. It's clean. It's not too far off the Camino.
Cons: When I arrived the hotel around the noon hour, the front door was closed. No one answered the doorbell. I went to the restaurant on premise and the restaurant was closed. I called the numbered listed and no one answered the phone. The reservation was prepaid! I went around the back and found a back gate open. I hollered "hola" a number of times and finally a lady came out. I explained in what little Spanish I have that I have reserved a room there. She told me to wait and went to the next property. Another lady appeared and gave me a room. It was a slightly bewildering experience. There are no services for pilgrims nearby.
Pros: It was great! The personal was really nice and it was great value for your money!
Pros: The innkeeper was friendly and very helpful. Great place to stay.

Pros: Good accommodation.. Lovely, pleasant and helpful owners. Good parking facilities for motorbikes..
Cons: All good
Pros: The room was comfortable and the bathroom facilities good.
Cons: There was mildew round the bath and it wasn't clear at the time of booking that we'd have to pay extra for our breakfast, which was very basic.

Pros: You will either hate or love the winding road up to this bunked accommodation at the top of a mountain! A fairly new build and so clean and modern with stunning views and overall a cheap adventure-based location. By the way: getting access/keys involves seeing the bar staff at the ‘shop’ 100m away.
Pros: Great little spot that would have great views on a clear day.
Cons: All of the bunk beds were dirty when we arrived. There was no hot water.
Pros: Cheap and I had a whole dormitory to myself + en suite
