Pros: Everything was perfect. Niko was taking care of all our needs. We extended our stay to enjoy the beauty and comfort of the place. Free bicycle and a wonderful picnic basket made the stay unforgettable. And the food... We would move in... Loved every bit of it!!!!
Pros: A fantastic room (hard to beat in Georgia) and excellent food, including the biggest picnic lunch you can imagine which included a litre of fine home-made wine! On top of that the staff were great, especially Tamori, standing in for his daughter NIka while she was away in Tbilisi. He made us feel exceptionally welcome.
Pros: + very kindly staff and warm welcome + amazing georgian traditional dishes + lovingly handmade wood furniture + top tours with sincere father and son + very flexible handling of our changes
Pros: Nika and his family are amazing hosts! Their place is gorgeous.
Pros: The owners of the house are very nice, interesting and welcoming people. The rooms in the house are not big, but very neat and clean. I felt the hospitality and care. Breakfast was very tasty and hearty :) For a dinner - variety of dishes and homemade wine. Special thanks to the chef :) The house has a lot of paintings and antique items that the owner collects over the years. On the territory of the house there is a wine cellar, a garden, an old house, and an aviary with rabbits and chickens. I was very pleased with this Guesthouse and I recommend everyone to stay there for more than 1 night to communicate with the owners and feel the atmosphere of this family.
Pros: Very friendly family. Awesome dinner prepared by the host. Home made wine.
Pros: Interesting guest house with part of history like in museum. Good home made food.
Cons: No (or small) shower in every room. Be prepared to use shared one.
Pros: Very friendly
Pros: The owners were very friendly and helpful
Situated in Oni, Guest House M&B has a shared lounge, garden and free WiFi. There is free private parking and the property features paid airport shuttle service. The guest house offers a continental or vegetarian breakfast.
Pros: Eka made us feel very welcome and we enjoyed our stay.
Pros: Oni is a really nice village and the Guesthouse experience is the perfect way to get a feel for the quaintness of the town. The staff were both incredibly friendly and everything about the house was ideal. The interior is nicely decorated, everything is clean, and the bedding and rooms are comfortable. Two of the biggest upsides of M&B and its location is that it is located in Oni which is not a common tourist destination and most accommodations tend to be down the road in Ambrolauri. The house itself is a very welcoming place to stay. I visited in the late November for one night. The fall is an incredible time of year to visit and it was nice to be able to come back from touring upper Racha's beautiful scenery to a warm, quiet place.
Cons: I would say I wasn't a fan of the bedside lamp. It uses a light bulb that is a little too bright for reading at night. From what I could tell there are few if any restaurants open in Oni. It was not a problem for me as I brought a snack for dinner but be prepared to bring some food or travel to Ambrolauri (20 minutes away) to eat dinner.
Pros: We've only been in Georgia two weeks but in that time, Eka was the best and most welcoming host we encountered. We were greeted with tea (green tea!) and snacks and made to feel completely at home. Eka even drove us around, to a spot for hiking and to visit a not so nearby church and escorted us to a restaurant when we arrived too late for her to cook. We also had the luck to overhear a Georgian folk singing class one evening from our room. All in all, an excellent choice.
Pros: Absolutely wonderful food - delicious, filling and nutritious. A very warm welcome and friendly informative hostess. This is a perfect place to stay if you are visiting this amazing area in Racha region.
Pros: Very cozy, clean place to stay if you are on holidays in Racha region. Staff is very open and positive.
Cons: The price was quite expensive comparing to other guesthouses.
Pros: I would stay here again for sure! The host was so so friendly and helpful. She arranged a tour of surrounding villages for me, she gave me lifts to the city center. She made sure I was always comfortable and happy. The breakfast is simply delicious and very filling. The rooms are spacious, clean and comfortable and all the facilities are very good
Pros: It is a lovely house. The host, Eka, is very welcoming and helpful. I was offered tea and homemade sweets on my arrival by Eka's mother, and given tips on what to visit. Breakfast was delicious and plentiful. I was leaving in the morning for Tbilisi on the marshrutka and Eka gave me a lift to the bus station and made sure I had a seat!
Cons: The bathroom is outside the house, although this is not a big problem.
Pros: The host Eka was exceptionally welcoming and helpful. She did organize cars for our tours in the mountains and showed us around Oni. The breakfast was very tasty and fit for every taste. We especially liked the pancakes and homemade jams.
Pros: The hostess, Eka, and her mother were incredibly nice and very friendly. She even drove me to the bus station in the morning for the marshrutka back to Kutaisi. Also, the breakfasts and dinners were delicious!
Guesthouse in Utsera is located in Utsera. Featuring a shared kitchen, this property also provides guests with a sun terrace. Private parking can be arranged at an extra charge. All units in the guest house are equipped with a kettle. At Guesthouse in Utsera every room is equipped with a wardrobe and a shared bathroom. A continental breakfast is available daily at the accommodation.
Pros: They helped us to figure out the time for buses going from Oni. (The time was not correct though) Also dinner for 20GEL is a bit hight. But as there are no places to eat nearby, maybe it is worth at that point. Their dog was so cute and friendly, he will guide you Utsera.
Cons: The room I got was SUPER dusty. I have an asthma and haven't had any issues last few years....but this one. I had a hard time to fall asleep as the asthma came back. I hope they will clean properly from now on. Tips: If you are planning to hike in Shovi or Ghebi, accommodations in those towns are expensive but I recommend you to book. There are only 1 bus going every few days from Utsera, and you can find restaurants around those areas, but not in Utsera.
Pros: Very nice quiet place for relaxing. Also Nato the hostess is very friendly!
Cons: All was fine!
Pros: We were on the third floor with magical view and very cosy designed wooden room with balcony, it felt like a fairytale. And hostess Oliko made our stay as sweet as possible, she was feeding us as her own children. Paid a lot attention to is and helped us a lot to get around. Everything was perfect, exactly what we were looking for. Very beautiful view from the balcony
Cons: Everything was great except it was a bit cold, but that’s part of the experience. There was no window in our room but we even liked it.
Pros: We loved staying at Utsera so much that we stayed an extra night Beautiful property . Great garden/meadow to relax in Lovely helpful owners Great situation, beautiful scenery and wonderful excursions nearby. Good breakfast and supper provided.

This hotel has 1023 square feet (95 square meters) of space consisting of conference space and a meeting room. Pros: Had breakfast, lunch and dinner times, so you have a choice. Rooms were very clean.
Cons: High price for staying at an average place. Need to have more signage so you know the direction and location of things on the property.
Pros: Magnificent nature around, very quite, well arranged kids playground. Basketball /volleyball /football court. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful in making our stay comfortable. For summer holidays it will be my choice for sure
Cons: It should be a great place for summer stay but at the end of October it was chilling indoors
Pros: The location is amazing! The hotel is ok but it is definitely overpriced.
Cons: It would be nice if we had tea/coffee in the room
Pros: Good place with friendly staff, love it ♥️♥️
