Room was clean and modern Very badly isolated: we could hear the neighbours and the people in the hallway. Moreover people were smoking marihuana in the room next door and all the smoke entered in our room.
i liked the location - we could jump from the ferry right into the hotel. it's excellent for travellers from germany to just catch a glimpse of authentic, non-touristy holland. the building is made of metal, and it was sweltering hot in our room with no fan or airconditioning. i wouldn't recommend it for days warmer than 25°C.
The hotel restaurant serves a week menu for small price
The hotel is situated at the harbour with a nice view. Our room clean, functional, modern and a excellent shower. Parking is no problem.Staff friendly and a good kitchen. No
Clean, spacious modern rooms with large flat screen TV and plenty of wardrobe hanging space and shelves. Quiet location, comfortable beds with duvets and warm rooms - no need to turn on radiators. Huge shower room with his and hers washbasins. Power showers - water hot and plentiful. Hairdryers are available from reception and tea and coffee is available to residents adjacent to reception.
The area is quite quiet but this was not a problem. You can get the train into Groningen or Assen.
Location and price were the most important. Small enough to easily get in/out. Breakfast was enough to last until dinner. Staff was kind and will to assist.
no phones in rooms or in hotel to be used by guests
To few parking places near the hotel.
breakfast included in the price, free tea and coffee in the hotel's hall, free internet, nicely furnished room creaking bedroom doors were very disturbing during the night
Nice comfortable hotel in the center of Delfzijl. Free WIFI worked without any problem.
It was quiet and very clean There were no beverage cups for tea or coffee in the evening.I had to ask for them the next morning
expired butter for breakfast, terrible
The hotel has a resturant adjacent to it that serves excellent food. There are no tea/coffee facilities in the room.
The Singel Hotel is a very nice little hotel in a picturesque location with helpfull staff. But the hotel itself has very limited facilites within its rooms I would like to see coffee and Tea facilities within the hotel rooms and maybe a choice of a bath over a shower.
Very spartan, but o.k. The surroundings was very charming, and we could easily have used, a few more days in Pieterburen. There was not internet availble, although there was suppose to be.
The hotel is situated in a nice village in a walking distance from the sea. There is a nice, stylish restaurant in front of the hotel and a nice bar right next to the hotel. It was a lovely surprise to find so romantic and stylish place in the middle of "nowhere".The hotel staff was very welcoming and helpful.
good situation for wad lopen. nice area. hot room (not air-con). very small room compared with the others (not even a desk in it). not clean (lot of spiders and mosquitos). very noisy (up the terrace: people talking and shouting till late and cars passing the whole night)
Warm and efficient welcome, nice choice of places for dinner and breakfast The breakfast buffet could have been more varied
close to zeehondencreche en waddenzee
nothing the bathroom was awful, breakfast was were poor,
The freindly staff
My stay was very consistent, staff and hotel were considerate of my business needs and arranged for breakfasts even when I was the only guest. I was charged for the unused days of my last extension even though I stayed the duration of my original intended stay. I feel that is unfair as a policy and should be stated when making the booking that once begun you will be charged for the entire stay since the booking was made through booking.com.
The room and the breakfast The car parking was closed due to Kermis
