Pros: Rooms are big and comfortable. Excellent bathroom with two washbasins. Great breakfast!
Pros: Great location.
Pros: Basic but nice hotel in the middle of Spala. The staff in the hotel was very friendly. Large and clean rooms. Breakfast was good in the nearby restaurant
Cons: Mattress was not very thick, but was ok for 1 or 2 nights. Rooms were quite nosiy No airco in the room
Pros: Front desk staff were friendly and tried their best to understand English. Prices were inexpensive.
Cons: The room was never cleaned during our 4-night stay. We had to ask the front desk for fresh towels as well as toilet paper, soap and shampoo. There was no conditioner, no lotion, and no hair dryer in the room. Also, the walls were very thin and the families in the next room were noisy every night we were there.
Pros: Very cozy place. Internet was good

Pros: Friendly staff, clean room, really delicious breakfast (possibility to eat on the terrace), calm neighbourhood, great for walks.
Pros: great breakfast (fresh yoghurt was very delicious), cosy rooms and atmosphere itself, the staff were very friendly and helfpful. Even though we arrived late in the evening and the restaurant was closed , they were very considerate and offered to make some dinner. That's very nice of them.
Cons: Bed matrasses a bit too hard.
Pros: Very good breakfast!
Cons: There is not much around the place.
Pros: Very friendly staff! Location in the countryside, with possibility to walk around and to a nearby "mini beach". Room big and clean. Parking directly at the hotel. Restaurant with good plates where the chef had put a little extra effort - really tasty!! Nice building and garden, also with a small playground for kids. Overall a nice place where to stay, and I would stay there again if I had to pass!
Cons: The hotel building isn't completely finished, eg. cables for lamps are hanging out from walls. It isn't a big deal, but the building could be even nicer with the last things being fixed.
Pros: Great breakfast and kind staff! Dinner was good aswell.
Pros: Dinner and breakfast was perfect! Also terace in second floor was nice.
Cons: We expected to swim in Zalew Sulejowski, but water was not clean and smelled bad.

Pros: Nice hotel with good food and location.
Pros: Beautiful location, once you got away from the main road. The Karczma part - in other words the restaurant area - with its wide tables and benches and large umbrellas providing shade - was very pleasant.
Cons: We were given Rooms 1 and 2, which were in a separate annex, over a kayak store, accessed by some steep stairs and tricky for someone with mobility issues like me. The rooms each had two very narrow (2'6" at a guess) made-up single beds that were narrower than any I have slept in since I was a child! Fine for children, but not really for full-sized adults!
Pros: Everything perfect i can not say any bad thing abouy this place... staff breakfast room really amazing.
Pros: The receptionists were just lovely, they were friendly, very polite, very professional, addressed all our questions.
Cons: The person in charge of kayaks and bicycle rentals was very rude on two occasions that we spoke. The man was very unpleasant and rude. When I called him to confirm our pick up location he said “I told you that already” before answering the question. The driver who dropped us off at the river was also unpleasant, did not respond to simple “hello” or “thank you”. For that exact reason we rented bicycles somewhere else just to avoid contact with the two said individuals. If it hadn’t been for that experience, our stay would have been really excellent and I would have rated the hotel higher.
Pros: Breakfast was OK, surrounding area is nice.

Featured amenities include a 24-hour business center, limo/town car service, and complimentary newspapers in the lobby. Self parking (subject to charges) is available onsite.
Pros: I booked the hotel for a weekend away for my parents and they were very happy with it. They appreciated the size of the room and decoration. They were really impressed with the exceptional breakfast. Staff was very helpful with arranging a spa treatment for my parents, that they were happy with.
Pros: Design and interior of hotel very nice.
Cons: We could not park - as reconstruction - in front of hotel. But finally okay, parking was not far away. In PL we expect an better choice at breakfest. May be, we are spoiled already a bit, being in Polish hotels :)
Pros: Nice room. Good bed. Nice shower. Excellent breakfast. Facilities were all good except we did not get much sleep and that was why we were there...
Cons: Have hesitated to post this review but think it needs to be said. Note one review mentions it's a good place for a family reunion and herein lies the problem. For other guests, that is... Hotel during our stay seemed to be booked by a conference group. Party held in dining room on main floor which went on til well past 2AM. Loud thumping music. If your room is in the back overlooking wooded area, this makes for impossible sleep. Even with closed windows. After music died down, guests congregated on the balcony several rooms down. Noise - screaming, laughter, thumping - went on until past 5AM. We complained but hotel staff was unable to contain these other guests. Is it a one off? Don't know... but certainly hope so.
Cons: Fitness room is small and some equipments have not full details
Pros: Very clean aer. Fresh room. Confort bed. Testy breakfast.
Cons: Room little small.

Cons: Missing of conditioner
Pros: All perfect, we been surprised by this hotel. Well done. Thank you!
Pros: Food was awesome!
Pros: Very comfortable, quite, well-appointed hotel, ensconced in the woods near a beautiful water reservoir along the Pilica river, with an excellent breakfast buffet. No problems with a dog, nice walks in the woods or on the shores of the lake.
Cons: The only thing we did not reckon with was that the hot food kitchen closes at 7:00 pm. But we still managed to get a bowl of chicken broth.

Pros: Good parking, great staff, excellent food at restaurant, clean everywhere. Room with balcony with lake view.
Cons: None spa available but beautiful surroundings upon lake and forrest recompense this lack of.
Pros: We have spent just one night, nevertheless the the surroundings were really nice including the woods. Also the stay in restaurant was with great view on the lake especially during sunset. I can say we were fully satisfied.
Cons: Wifi wais not available in my room !! Quite noisy due to some party inside hotel
Pros: The area is beautiful and there are few interesting places to visit around Smardzewice. Very polite and helpful staff in the hotel restaurant
Cons: The family room was tiny, the blind on one of the windows was ripped off, so there was no privacy in the room in the evening. There was no soap in soap dispenser in the shower. The Tv in the room wasn’t working. Outside tables were cleaned only when guests asked for it. Generally the hotel is really run down and not properly looked after. We’ve travelled in a big group (we’ve booked 7 rooms) and all of us complained about the bed mattress being uncomfortable. This place has a huge potential as it’s in the beautiful part of Poland, but it needs TLC as it’s dirty and not looked after. The pier itself has lots of broken benches and it’s dirty. I would not recommend it for families with small children.
