8.8 Excellent
Pros: The property is extremely clean and comfortable. Have stayed here many times and is consistent in their standard.
Cons: First time staying in a room outside the reception (404). It’s a very noisy room, can hear every conversation and people coming and going. It kept us awake till past 11pm.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Clean, convenient with access to the services club which has great areas to sit and relax as well as places to eat. Room service meals, buffet breakfast, cafe, restaurant & wine bar all easy walking distance to accommodation and chargeable back to your room.
9.2 Excellent
Pros: Service. Fantastic. From booking to arrival, and farewell. Keep it up team. Location. Perfect. Close to town centre, Coles, Byng Street Cafe for good coffee, breakfast and lunch, and Lolli Redini the single hatted restaurant in Orange. Facilities. Very well presented. Comfortable. Smallish room but for one night perfect. Will definitely stay again when back in Orange in the future.
Cons: Loved everything except for the bathroom. As beautiful as it appears there were two faults (?). 1. It overflows out enough to wet the floor mat. 2. Smell from the drain.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: A well located establishment with helpful staff. Standard style of motel rooms.
Cons: It was unfortunate that the pool was closed; it was winter after all. The reverberating sound of doors closing echoed between rooms in part due to poor sealing around doors, and especially their base.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: I love the location, that’s why I always stay here.
Cons: The tv remote didn’t work. Staff were informed but just turned the tv on, they didn’t do anything to replace remote. Lots if water around the window.

Pros: Great choice for a hotel close to the main centre of Orange. Newly renovated but still with a 50s/60s classic motel feel, the Oriana has a mid-century, eclectic but modern vibe with comfortable rooms and a nice bar. The reception staff were very friendly and helpful. I was in the 'Hong Kong' suite (a few of the rooms are themed, not sure how many). The room was spacious and comfortable and decorated with framed vintage Hong Kong posters and maps which gave the space some personality. Effective heating for a cold winter's night in Orange was very welcome!

7.9 Good
Pros: Central location. Spacious clean room. Friendly staff. USB chargers.
Cons: Breakfast, which on booking.com is listed as complimentary - wasn't. Buffet was mediocre. Stale bread to toast yourself canned fruit fruit salad. Individual sachets of coffee, but "we have an espresso machine, would you like a Flat White". Room had a fridge and microwave but no plates, knives or forks. Gym was another hotel room without signage. Minibar advertised wine but had nothing except a couple of cans of Solo and a small bag of chips. Falling to bits ironing board. Old small TV.
6.3 Good
Pros: When booking on line I chose Best Western because it claimed it had a KITCHENETTE. When we arrived we were disappointed to find a toaster, microwave and kettle. I asked the front desk about this and she informed me that was the kitchenette. Despite this no knives, forks, spoons, plates, bowls were provided. When checking out I complain about the lack of utensils, your front desk said she wasn't aware of any rooms having a kitchenette nor was any cooking permitted in rooms. Why do you provide a toaster and microwave if there is no cooking in rooms. Best Western is practicing false advertising. Your description is thoroughly misleading and wrong. I would like an explanation as to why you advertise one thing and not deliver? Is it just to increase your ratings for people like Tourism NSW etc. Very unhappy.
Cons: Better description of your offer. Truthful advertising. Desk staff that know your product
7.5 Good
Pros: Friendly, knowledgeable staff
Cons: Not central to town
9.2 Excellent

Pros: The property was in an attractive setting. It had modern clean and attractive decor.
8.3 Excellent
Pros: The breakfast was very good, The location is great The staff are very helpful
Cons: The room heating was unable to cope, I had the office come and check that I had it set right, she told me to turn the temperature up to 30 degrees which I did but would only heat room to 19 degrees. I noticed the people from the next room heading to the office with the remote and returning with staff, maybe they they thought the same..

Pros: Good location. The room size was excellent. The staff were extremely friendly. The venue itself had superb views over the vineyards from both the room and the restaurant.

6.7 Good
Pros: Location and view
Cons: A sofa bed was provided instead of a real bed, 2 rooms booked and they were at opposite ends of the property
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Although we were only there for one night, we were very impressed with the size and cleanliness of the room. The staff were very friendly and helpful with organise additional items such as a cot and highchair for our toddler.
Cons: Perhaps the addition of small signs with numbers on the road up the hill would assist with finding the units in the dark.
3.8 Mediocre
Pros: The view was the only good thing and the size of the room. The parking was easy.
Cons: It was tired, decor was out of date the bedspread was heavy for sleeping being used to a doona. The breakfast was basic and even though we had paid for it we didnt stay as it was only continental which did not meet our requirements. It was also a bit far out of town and the photos of the website were a little misleading. I also rang in 2 days time to ask if anyone had found something that I thought I had left behind. Whilst I was told the reception would leave a note for housekeeping and left my mobile number no one had rung me to follow up. I subsequently sent an email.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Great spa and room
Cons: No bacon and eggs
7.5 Good
Pros: Its location away from the Hwy makes it quiet for sleeping. Room is a good size and comfortable. Suite my work and would stay again.
Cons: Dinner menu is very limited and basic. and in saying this it still was not very nice. Would not dine there again unless things change

Pros: Easy access, adequate accomodation for cheaper price bracket. Forfilled our needs.
Cons: Room somewhat worn & tired. Could do with a revamp.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: We had a great stay. We weren’t expecting a great deal as this was the only accommodation left that wasn’t ridiculously priced. However we couldn’t be happier and will definitely stay again. Our room was clean and comfortable with enough room to prep for the sports carnival we were attending. We ate in the Tavern each night. The lamb cutlets were Devine. I had them twice. Our friends who were staying in town caught the Ophir courtesy bus (we told them about it) in and out each night to have dinner with us. The bus driver could not be more accommodating and a lovely bloke. The Tavern was clean had all the facilities you could ask for. The manager came and had a chat too which was great. When everything is finished you’re going to have a crackin’ place. Linda Yeo

Pros: I did not have breakfest there, only dinner, top dinner.
Cons: doors where noisy to shut.
2.0 Mediocre
Pros: Nothing really. The ideal was that they were close to McDonalds with WiFi, something that they were too cheap to have.
Cons: No internet, not close to anything, it reminded me of a 70s brothel--it seemed like there were bed bugs and the place felt dirty. Plus the people were not friendly at all. Plus they were a bar and they closed at 8pm! No warning about that. If your strength is adult only and a bar--don't close the bar at 8pm.
8.3 Excellent
Pros: Great value room with 3 beds got to split cost with mates. Cheap as and at a higher standard than expected. Secure parking
Cons: Cleaners looking to clean room at 9am

Pros: Basic & complementary facilities.
Cons: Reception is far way from the original place. It would be much better if prior booking the room this information are available on the details of the property. So most of the first time visitor won’t be confused. Specially when late check in happened with the family or kids or elders.

Cons: Breakfast not provided
8.5 Excellent
Pros: Very good staff and food
Cons: Our room on the back lane was noisy
9.6 Excellent
Pros: There is no breakfast service but there are plenty of really good cafes nearby that open early. Good to have a list of theme and a map with them marked in the room - very useful. Location of the hotel for a train traveller was excellent and the location was quiet even though the hotel is on the main street. Also it's opposite a park which is very pleasant. Great hotel food downstairs iin the large restaurant area, good food at reasonable prices and excellent service.
Cons: Expected a kettle and coffee/tea making in my room although there was a free coffee dispensing machine at the end of the hallway. Otherwise as expected and good value.
7.1 Good
Pros: The hotel environs were busy but not a problem. Many local families with young children were using the several restaurant facilities as well as other guests. Nearby Parking gave easy access.
Cons: No-one on Reception at Check-out.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: The food was absolutely fantastic. Had a great time hanging out in the bar, there was some trivia competition on. The room was warm and cozy.
Cons: The tv was difficult to work out.
5.4 Okay
Pros: Close to Centre if town. Could park the car at the back. The room was clean and you could open one window.
Cons: The room faced the back which was ok as it was quiet However the room was painted grey which contributed to a sense of being in a cell. There was one chair and one bedside table for a double room. The television was to the side of the bed not directly in front so it made it very difficult to watch TV. There was no jug or cups or glasses for a coffee, tea or water. If there was an emergency there was no phone to reception.Disappointi
4.2 Okay
Pros: The pub downstairs served good food and had a few eating options. Good location.
Cons: What we saw in the photos online and on the website were nothing like the room we actually got. The bathroom was very old and dirty with tiles falling off the walls and there were cigarette butts on the floor. After complaining about the strong smell of smoke in the room the desk attendant didn't acknowledge it and it wasn't until we showered we worked out the shower curtain was the source of the smell. It was replaced after we complained a second time but the room was still very dark, extremely noisy as you could hear everything going on outside, in the hall and even hear people in other rooms. We were woken each morning by bottles being thrown around outside our window and the lights didn't work sufficiently enough to brighten the dark rooms. Seriously needs a good renovation.

Cons: There weren't any facilities except the pub in the first floor.
