Pros: The owner, a young lady was very friendly, gave us many tips on what to do in the area. We did not pay for breakfast but she left us a kitchenette full of different drinks and coffee and treats. She even came to help us with system of opening door. She noticed that our Italian communication skills are not good, so she helped us a lot. Parking was available free just outside.
Pros: We came back for the second time and this place is always a happy place to spend time. Sweetyhome is so clean and cute, complete with all comforts and really nice and warm. Checking in is very simple as if the landlord is not there it can be done automatically, so we could be totally flexible with our time of arrival. Sabrina is an amazing host, super welcoming and sweet, she really cares for the property and is very helpful! She made us feel like being guests at your friend’s home. Thank you for another great stay, this place is super recommended!
Pros: Clean and simple. Room is small but didn’t spend much time there. Room had AC, shower, bathroom, safe for valuables, and a TV. Overall renjoyed
Cons: The outside area seems a little sketch but there is not indication of that once you step inside
Pros: Very close to the castle, big confortable room, there is a kitchen to cook whatever you need, Francesco is very welcoming and give a lot of informations
Cons: A little bit noisy, the walls are thin
Pros: Sabrina is very nice, and available to help you. The place is beautifully decorated.
Pros: Francesco and Sabrina very helpful. All rooms immaculate, spacious and private. Location a few mins walk from village centre where there are good range of cafes and restaurants. Highly recommend sweety home
Pros: Sabrina was friendly and helpful. The decor in the room was pretty and the house was very clean.

Pros: Staff, cleanliness, location, warmth of house.
Pros: The welcome was incredible with full fruit basket and own made wine (no chemicals!). The place is in the middle of the nature, few meters form the lush wood around the place. The Structure is really pretty and has everything you need. Strategic position even if you want to go to Rome or to the sea, but avoiding the traffic stress. The Family (owners) are all incredible: wholehearted, warm, caring and welcoming, they made me feel like a part of the Family during the whole stay, making my experience unforgettable and leaving the place as a friend and not a guest. Don't miss the opportunity to visit this place, structure and family there, ideal to recharge batteries and rediscover nature and farmer-cow boy life style, as we were used to live 100 years ago. I feel so blessed to have been there!
Cons: Everything was amazing! The owner is very kind. Really lovely, clean and modern rooms. On arrival we got salami and local wine. Very quiet countryside surrounded by orchards and vineyards. Excellent breakfast. Recommend this place
Pros: Very friendly and welcoming. Very clean and the pool was a delight.
Cons: Need to bring your own washing up liquid and close (though might be that I didn’t translate the notice properly!)
Pros: • Veerry nice welcome from the owner! Thanks for it! • Very cozy place in the middle of nowhere, fully surrounded by nature, quiet, “farm-style”. • I guess perfect from may to September! • Very good and various breakfast! Recommended!
Cons: • Sorry to admit, but our room was definitely too cold, even if theoretically air-conditioning always active at 30 degree (clearly not working properly) • Bathroom freezing and very small..
Pros: The bbq and fridge were available for the guests so that allowed us to have most of our suppers at the hotel. The breakfasts were very good and Vanina did more than everything to get you satisfied. Her and her husband Domenico welcomed and treated us tremendously well. We enjoyed the peace and tranquility that the place offered. Plus the swiming pool! But also the connections with Rome ( being 40km from Rome between Bracciano and Manziana) are good and we took the train and bus to visit the big city.
Cons: We liked everything

Pros: Every moment was special. for example, there was a generous Continental breakfast with a special warming oven for the croissants! I mean who can resist that? The staff were unfailingly helpful and went out of their way to make this an easy stay for us. They even drove us to the wedding when no taxi would come between 1 and 4 to collect us! They also offered to collect us in the event of no taxi after the wedding in the local Castle. The pool, environs, tennis court, facilities were superb. Our room was nearly a suite. We hosted a family lunch there on the day after the wedding and Diane, Manager there was very accommodating as we changed the time twice, due to a sick baby. The food and desserts were outstanding. I would highly recommend this tranquil and peaceful location after the hectic life of Rome!
Cons: nothing could have been improved but best of all have your own car.
Pros: The room is really quiet.
Cons: even it is near the lake, you still need to walk 15 minutes to reach the lake.
Pros: Very relaxed environment. Very peaceful.
Cons: Bar could have been open a bit later.
Cons: not sure it fit to small (2-3 y) kids because of stairs in the place
Pros: Great place to relax for a short stay, very comfortable with excellent facilities for such a small place, and staff very welcoming and helpful. Bracciano and the lake have beautiful views, and locations to visit.
Pros: Good location near the castle, Lidl supermarket and lake.
Cons: Air conditioner is noisy. The second bed is not comfortable.
Pros: Great reception, nice people. Room was preheated, breakfast normal italian, great coffee machine, very quiet en nice terrace, too cold for the garden but looked great! Easy accessible from Bracciano and surroundings
Pros: Beautiful place, friendly attendant, tidy rooms, delicious breakfast! parking available, near the center by car!
Located in Bracciano (Lake Bracciano), this apartment is within a 5-minute drive of Lungolago Beach and Lake Bracciano. Featured amenities include express check-in, luggage storage, and coffee/tea in a common area. A roundtrip airport shuttle is provided for a surcharge (available 24 hours), and free self parking is available onsite.
Pros: Money per value. Good location.
Pros: Breakfast is simple, do-it-yourself. Italia just isn't the best country for large, warm breakfasts. But there are shops close by, so there you can buy additional stuff easily.
Pros: Nicola is a very nice person, knows everything around and wants to help. He has a ncie kitchen stocked with everything but do it yourself breakfast does not offer much other biscuits and coffee and cereal with no milk, no tea. There was oatmeal and pasta and we used pasta because my kids eat it plain and anyways you don't want to go to Bracciano and cook your own meal. The room was very large and comfy and very clean. The bathroom was also very clean. The place is across from a train station you can hear trains but we were too tired to be bothered and we stayed only one night. Its cheaper than any other place in Bracciano but if you are going to there for business its a best place to stay, otherwise stay closer to nature.
Pros: Cozy, spacious and clean flat. Very close to the train station - its in the name (handy if you come by train), but also with good (free) parking nearby. 5 minutes walk to the castle and the historic center with restaurants around. 3 minutes walk to carrefour express. Nicola is a very welcoming and nice host!
Cons: We stayed on a very hot weekend and not being used to these temperatures, it took some time to fall asleep without aircon. The flat is right next to the station, which is a great travel plus, but if you are noise sensitive (we are not) this might not be the right place for you.
Pros: Very close to the station and town. A spacious and very clean apartment.
Cons: I booked in a hurry, so perhaps didn't notice this detail - it is up 2 flights of stairs, without a lift. Nicola was kind enough to carry my suitcase up for me.
Pros: This is the best accommodation i've been in all my trips around the world. Nicola is a super host, you need to tell him the time you will be there and he is gonna be at his place waiting for you. About the apartment: you can find everything you need there. Warm bedroom (even on winter), fully equiped bathroom, washing machine, complete kitchen. It's gonna be like home (or even better). It's 100m far from the station, around 20minutes walking to the castle, and 5min walking to the bus point (to both Anguillara and Trevignano). There is a supermarket on the other side of the railway, and you have a really good and spacious kitchen to cook. I would visit Bracciano again just to be here. No doubts it's the perfecet place to be
Pros: Great organisation when you arrive. Super clean. Big appartment. Cannot get better value for money!
Cons: Honestly nothing was bad
Pros: Lovely old house, beautifully restored. Complete appartement. Good walking in nature reserve, lake and beautiful villages in the surroundings not to far away. Plus great hosts and good breakfast!
Pros: So many little extras which we appeciated and made our stay comfortable eg. bottle of water in the fridge on our arrival. Toiletries in the bathroom. Lovely towels. Very clean and spacious. Lovely breakfast and coffee. Beautiful garden.
Cons: There is nothing about this stay that my famility and I did not like. To note, there are several steep steps to the apartment. Not an issue for average mobility person but could be a challenge for those with limited mobility.
Pros: Termal water and nature
Cons: Beautiful healing water and nice service
Pros: Bed very comfy and i loved the silence and the quiet
Cons: Wifi connection doesn't work , only very close to reception.....
Pros: Really friendly staff, a sparkling clean room and really lovely grounds to walk in and healing waters. Be sure to visit the bamboo grove!
Cons: everything was perfect
Pros: Probably the nicest hotel we stayed at during our trip. We loved the Spa area! Especially the view from the outside pool during sunset was awesome! Anytime again and would totally recommend it!
Pros: The location, the hotel, the thermal water, the grounds, the bambu' forest, the ruins of the temple of Apollo and of the ancient Roman baths!
Cons: There was a little lack of information or in complete information The outdoor lights were too strong, I would have loved to see the stars at night since we were in the middle of the woods
Pros: The hotel is an easy drive from Rome, located in the lovely, peaceful Italian countryside. The property is very elegant and romantic for couples—with a restaurant on-site and some other eateries located within 15-20 minutes drive. There are several options for natural thermal baths—both outdoor and semi-indoor—as well as a wet and a dry sauna, ice bucket showers, and a regular swimming pool. It’s very luxurious and soothing to spend a few days relaxing here. The staff are fantastically friendly and helpful. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.
Cons: Would prefer one large bed instead of 2 small ones pushed together. Restaurant is a bit pricey for the quality of food.
Pros: the place of the hotel amazing the rooms nice but isolation problem the stuff good speisel thank to robertu for his kidness helpfull tipes

Pros: Spacious bedroom at the back of the house, away from the busy main street. Secure off-street parking. Both bedroom and bathroom immaculately clean. Charming owners, who spoke little English but tolerated my limited Italian very patiently. Provided us with a map of Oriolo Romano and restaurant recommendations. Juice and water available downstairs. For breakfast, were given a voucher for a nearby cafe/bakery, where we had cappucinos and delicious croissants filled with cherry jam. Would gladly stay here again!

Pros: Fantastic food and very nice and helpful staff.
Cons: Bad road to get to the property.

Pros: Comfy bed, very clean, good size room, air con. Close to shops & rail station with easy access to Rome. The pool was brilliant to come back to after a day out. Bracciano lake and castle worth a visit.

Pros: Fantastic atmosphere Absolute Relaxation Breakfast Sublime especially the apple pie
Pros: Fabulous stay. The host upgraded our room. Although we couldn't use their pool on the first day we had it all to ourselves the following. Great breakfast (all included). Bedroom was impeccable. Decor was very elegant Grazie mille;)
Pros: Great location and premises
Cons: The breakfast was a bit limited in choice
Pros: The location is stunning and the villa is superb. In all honesty the place should be run by Charlotte, one of the employees, she is amazing! I honestly believe that without her my review would not be so good ... Thanks Charlotte!
Cons: The management: mostly unhelpful!
Pros: Fantastic pool and terrace with sunbeds, lovely view, peaceful and quiet, beautiful interior decoration, very sweet and friendly breakfast-lady, welcoming family and atmosphere.
Cons: The air-condition in our rooms did not work during our first night. Luckily, it was fixed for the second night. The breakfast lacked fresh bread, but apart from that it was fine.
Pros: Excellent location, wonderful view, friendly staff. The building had a nice historic atmosphere. We were surprised that there were not more guests staying here. I would gladly stay here again.
Cons: There was no real restaurant at the place but dinner could be arranged on request and there are other restaurants within short walking distance.
