The fact we requested an early check in and still had to wait until after three. Requested a tub plug. Didn't receive one until it was requested again the second day. The breakfast cafe was a joke. Over priced. I've had far better tasting food which were included and were actually hot.
The first room I entered smells so bad I turned around went back to the front desk Inn question another one! They said they would charge me a $50 deposit that would be refunded back to me it is been almost two weeks and still no refund everytime I try to call to give me the runaround I just want my $50 deposit back
The location and price.
They first booked me in a smoking room even thought I'm allergic to smoke. Then the booked me in a room with roaches. I decided to stay there, because I didn't feel like I had many options. On my way out a woman told me that there was blood on the sheets of her room. It was all pretty disgusting.
The location was slightly sketchy, but acceptable.
The bathtub faucet would not turn off completely, the phone and one of the light bulbs had been stolen or removed. When we called down (on our personal phones) to ask about the tub issue, they sent up someone 30 minutes later (it was then 11:00) who tightened the handle so much that we had trouble using the tub the next morning. The cleanliness of the room was questionable (at best). Overall, I'd say save your money and sleep in your car. You'll be more comfortable.
The receptionist was the only nice part about this dump
There were crumbs and a dead roach in my sister's bed, the room looked nothing like what was advertised, ceiling looked like it was going to come down, everything was filthy, especially the bathroom and beds. We ended up leaving after 1 hour, because It's very clear that they don't even change the sheets, and this place is disgusting, don't waist your money!
Close to venues
TV did not work, none of the lamps worked, no ice bucket, towels were so rough I believe they were dried on clothesline and shower/tub knob was so worn it fell off into tub when trying to turn water on.
Price was low, location was decent
When we got into the room, all the drawers were opened. The AC Unit had its cover opened as well, because it was broken and would not close. The comforter had lots of stains on it, as did the top sheet. The bottom sheet looked ok, so we just threw the rest on the floor. The carpet was stained all over. There was trash on the floor, some entertainment fliers. If they bed had not been made I honestly would have thought we were given the wrong room. I was uncomfortable all night, I kept feeling like something was crawling on me, but I just chalked it up to me being uncomfortable with the rest of the room. Nope. Turns out it was bed bugs. I'm now covered in super itchy bites. The whole reason I even booked this room is because I mistakenly thought it was another Days Inn that I had stayed in before that was quite nice. It turns out that one is off Orange Blossom Trail, not I-Drive like I mistakenly remembered. DO NOT STAY HERE
Staff was unfriendly and did not care one way or the other. Room is outdated and A/C didn't work well. Very disappointed.
Although I didn't go in the pool, it looked as though it was decent from a distance. The hotel's location is ok. There's a couple of restaurants within walking distance.
There is just too many things to list! Thank god we only had to stay for 12 hours. The carpets were damp, the tv looked like it was from the early 90's, no refrigerator, the ac unit knob was broken and I had to guess what setting it was on, and then adjust it to finally get the cool air. I hoped it would end there but not even close: the room keys didn't work at first( I have to go all the way back up front to speak with the front desk) the room safe was broken and did not close, whe I looked inside, there was a wet towel thag looked like it had been there for a while, the shower was filthy and I actually considered not getting a shower because of how dirty the bathroom looked. The room was a non-smoking room but all off the bed sheets and pillows smelled like cigarettes. Disgusting! The only thing good about this room was that it was only $60. You really get what you pay for!
This is good, clean hotel for the price you pay! Is right on International drive close to all the parks and restaurants. Very convenient :)
It was a little bit noisy in the morning but if you're a morning person that shouldn't be a problem :)
Nothing. I would give it 0 stars if I could.
The room was dirty. There was mold COVERING the walls of the bathroom. The frame to the door was about an inch wide. You could clearly hear people talking in their rooms as well as outside. I honestly wanted to leave the second we got in the room but decided it wasn't worth the hassle because we were only sleeping there. This is the second terrible experience I've had at a Days Inn so needless to say, I will not be booking any more rooms with them no matter where they're located.
DO NOT STAY HERE! me and my boyfriend were looking for a relatively cheap hotel in the area of universal for a couple days but this place is a dump!!! We walked into the room and had an over whelming smell of mold and dust. The carpets were soaking wet by the door and the whole place was run down. Inside our room the walls were all cracked and patched over from holes and the beds did not look clean by any means. There were people passed out sleeping in the lobby and the hallways I tried multiple times to switch rooms and they repeatedly told me they were sold out But I'm not even sure that would help because there were multiple people in the lobby complaining of broken and dirty details. Their "shuttle" was at 11 and dropped back off at 7 or 10.. IF you could find a spot on it. the whole experience was Terrible. The room was gross the front desk staff was rude and didn't help us at all.. I would never stay here again! DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND GO TO ANY OF THE SURROUNDING HOTELS.. AVOID THIS ONE AT ALL COSTS!!!
It was closed to the parks and other attractions
The bedroom had a horrible smell, the bed was awful, mattress was cover with plastic and was not a good mattress. Besides booking on Kayak.com, they made me pay another $7.00 at the hotel for registration fees (never heard of that one before)- If you are looking for a place to sleep and get out first things AM? this is your place.. if you have kids? do not take them here. If you hate the smelly places? Do not go here.
Appropriate for what I needed. Somewhere to lay my head after 12 hours of work.
yeah what did i like? the bedbug and the shity service at all. they say nothing and never send anyone to check the bugs. wtf
piece of shit
TV did not work beds horrid door ajar not seal out can see thru crack in door jam towel 2 only handle on shower not work leaked all night drip noise Looked like a hooker hang out for hourly use
I booked 2 rooms for 2 nights. (8 people) Loved we were Walking distance to Universal Studios Resort (Halloween Horror Nights), Wet and Wild, and plenty of restaurants. The staff was friendly. The property was fairly clean.
No fridge, microwave or jacuzzi, not enough towels for 4 people per room to take baths and go swimming! 1 of our rooms had no remote for TV and our other room the cable was fuzzy and fading in and out. The TVs are really out dated and the wall safe had no lock. Some young woman was sitting down by the pool after 10 pm throwing up in the trash can while her friends held the can and her hair. So that kind of made us not wanna swim.
Everything was beautiful and clean..
Everything was nice! Had a great time!
Phone didn't work at all! Glad I didn't need to call 911! And when I was at the desk checking on my linens (i needed more) two reps just continued talking while I stood and waited! Finally finishing their so versatile and then attending to my needs. Just wasn't very professional or appropriate.
Great price for a great location right next to wet N wild water park
It was very convenient to go Universal Studio. There's free shuttle bus every day to go Disney World and Universal and pick up from there so it is good for the people who want to go theme parks in Orlando. I even walked Universal studio two times, and it took 15 minutes. You can take a bus to go Premium outlets in front of Days Inn and it takes 10 to 15 minutes.
Place smells, the carpets are dirty and bathrooms are disgusting! The whole place is a mess.
The hotel was conveniently close to a lot of different restaurants and parks ... For the further away parks the shuttle bus stop was conveniently right in front of the hotel ... It was a great budget option
When I verified my account they charge $7.88 and I don't know why. I know that is just a little bit but I want to know why
Rooms need to be upgraded. Light over vanity sink not working. Bathtub faucet continued to leak after use. Curtains were old and dingy. Would not have stayed more than the one night.
The restroom stinks but the shower is ok. I think there might be something room with the plumbing system.
Horrible road work, walked in and front desk person was eating, not very easy to find the room, mirror was too short, only had 1 wash cloth, shower curtain didn't close all of the way, shower curtain rod was loose, head board moved every time we moved in bed, TV channels weren't clear, air condition took hours to cool down the room, mold on ice container cover... all together would never stay there again...
