Location - it's next door to a jail. There were some very *interesting* types of people running around the parking lot. Even with the deadbolt set, I still felt like I needed to sleep with one eye open. Cleanliness - Rooms were grungy and smelled of mildew. The entire place was run-down and dirty. Comfort - beds were OK, if a bit small. Facilities - coffee maker was full of water and clearly hadn't been cleaned in ages. Wi-Fi was slow to the point of unusability. There was a cabinet where a fridge and microwave clearly *used* to have been, but had been removed. Staff - not outright rude, as other reviewers reported, but definitely surly and sick of dealing with people. Value - I can't believe they had the gall to charge $100+/night for this. We cancelled our reservation after one night, and found a much nicer hotel for half as much money elsewhere.
The price is the only thing that felt reasonable for the experience!
but like all the guests at the hotel smoke weed, the handles on the furniture were broken, carpet was stained, the pool was freezing cold, the staff was unattentive, there were many things including the ice maker that were broken. And I would never suggest this place to anyone unless they were homeless and needed shelter!!! This is not an exaggeration!
There were ants in the bathroom and the room smelled musty!
The housekeeping stolen my money, the hotel didnt take care of me... i dont recomend this hotel to anybody.. the worst hotel i have ever seen... dont go to it!!!
It was close to universal studios
This hotel was out of the way. Near a prison and looked like it had permanent residents. Rooms were in disrepair and looked old. Staff were nice but were completely over whelmed by the line of customers and inexperienced. Lots of problems checking in. Giving rooms that were already occupied. Really a mess. I was very dissaponted. Would never go back there again.
Room was a reasonable rate for a last minute trip.
Ants all over the room. (Beds, tables, counters, walls)
i wasn't there long enough to enjoy it
