Staff was great and very helpful. Had no issues with my stay.
They sell tickets for Universal there but you can get the cheaper price from universal itself. Besides that it was a comfortable stay.
Easy check in service, clean and convenient to Universal Dtudios
No complaints for one night. Room was clean, staff was helpful. We took a smoking room for the better rate even though we are non-smoking. Did not really smell anything. They claimed to have a shuttle to Universal but did not service the Halloween Horror night and we had to get a cab. That made their "close" location somewhat moot. It's a long walk to Universal; not advised late at night after walking the park for five hours. For a night I would definitely stay there again.
