Close to universal. Big TV inside.
Front desk not friendly. Sleep # mattress didn't work so has a big hump in bed. Poor room upkeep.
Cheap and location; starbucks on property
Poor service, non-secure luggage storage, elevators didn't work properly, bathroom leaked
When we checked in the room had pizza crumbs all over the place, the trash was full and there was a wet spot on one of the beds. We went down to the front desk and the only room left was 1 queen instead of 2 doubles. They said they'd bring a roll away but never did. We called down to the desk twice, the first time they said they'd bring the bed and the second time they never answered. The bed never came. There was not towels or wash clothes of any kind in the room. They did not offer us any money back. The breakfast was not included in the hotel and you had to pay cash at the front desk since you could not pay in the restaurant. The pipes screeched when you took a hot shower. The phone in the original room was broken.
no towels in the room when I arrived restaurant was closed A/C not very good no wifi in the room
It's a 3star hotel don't expect 5star experience Room was clean, fresh towels everyday Staf was helpful and nice Had my Starbucks coffee in the lobby every morning
Elevator needs repair Sleepnumber beds need service
THEY SAID ONE THING AND DID THE OPPOSITE. THEY WERE RUDE, AND UNPROFESSIONAL.
Cockroaches, dirty pool, dirty rooms, lazy staff, broken elevators, closed facilities, and a manager who hides instead of dealing with the endless line of people complaining on how bad the hotel is. Save your money and do not stay, you would have a better time pitching a tent in the swamp. Kayak will sell you this trip,as a 6.3!star, this place is a -5
Close to everything
Fire alarm going off early in the morning. One elevator for the whole building the other one not working and my family and I was placed in a room on the 7th floor
Did not like the beds. Very uncomfortable.
The AC didn't work so it was 82° in the room, the refrigerator didn't work, the sleep number mattress didn't work so it was hard as a board. They switched our room and that only accomplished fixing the refrigerator. We had to sleep with 2 loud industrial fans in the room for ac. And they were rude to us about the fact that they couldn't do anything about it
Room was clean and comfortable.
When housekeeping cleaned our room, she took our sorry towels but didn't leave clean ones to replace what we used.
Good value for money and well located.
Sort out the rooms located close to the lifts.. Noisy all night. Staff need to be less pushy and more forth coming with information.
We had to change rooms several times because they kept giving us rooms next to the guest laundry, which was very loud. The concierge was worthless, and we got more helpful information from bus drivers. The "shuttle" was a bus shared by other hotels which arrived either way too early or way too late to get to the theme parks on time and was a real pain getting back. We ended up taking the city buses and walking several extra miles per day, as well as a lot of money on cabs because the hotel was so misleading about their shuttle service. The pool and spa are not actually at the hotel, but at the YMCA behind it, which meant it can't be used in the evening. We didn't even bother with the $10 breakfast buffet, and none of the staff was very friendly or helpful. All in all, I would not recommend it. Certainly not deserving of your money or the word "resort" in the title.
When we got there, we were told there was a maintenance problem with about 25% of the rooms. We we're put up for free in the crappy hotel next door that was one star at best. I'm still waiting on a refund for that one evening.
Couldn't say , they pulled a bait n switch. I
I was booked for a luxury suite and when I got there they claimed a water line burst and I had to stay next door at their equivalent sister property, Metroplitan Resort. Metropolitan is not a resort and it was delapitated and run down and I had a renovated room. No security at either resort so loud music and parking lot partying took place all night. Worst stay ever, managers don't return phone calls either. Avoid these two properties at all cost.
Front deck Emily was very nice, and helpful
The Place was out of Date, Very Dirty, the pool the rooms, and the Hotel it self. Never go here again.
We arrived at 7:00 pm on Sunday tired and hungry. The hotel restaurant was said to be open until 11:00. They were out of the first three things we tried to order-Sprite, French fries, and mozzarella sticks. We decided to leave only to be told that it was ok because she wanted to go home anyway. That set the tone for the entire stay. The elevator was broke, you had to go up before you could go down. I reported that on the first day and it was still broke when we left. We used up our plastic cups on the third day never to see them replaced. Carpeting in room was badly stained. The pool was located in a place where you either had to walk through the main lobby in your swimwear (wet) or past the loading dock/ garbage dumpster (stinky). I can see that this hotel may have or could have been a five star hotel at one time. I could have stayed at a less expensive hotel and had a better experience. I rate this hotel generously at two stars.
Rooms are spacious, beds are comfortable, well appointed.
Cheap bedding and Front Desk staff is clueless
The access to the YMCA facilities next door
The wi-fi was lousy
I liked the location, huge rooms, comfortable Sleep Number beds, ample bathroom, value for money, the availability of early checkin
The hot tub/spa tub at the pool was not working
House keeping kept out of the way and the environment was quite and courteous
My coffee maker was broken I waited to see if housekeeping would fix the problem the flask was missing
