The location was probably our favourite
Wasting the bars of soap every time the staff came into clean our room
Front desk staff was not very friendly, and rooms were dirty, but the worst thing was the bedbugs we found in both of our beds our second night there. We were moved to another room a few doors down in the middle of the night without even an apology from the staff. I brought it up to the front desk staff the next day and was completely blown off. I sent an email and the response was "Guest complaint. Have a wonderful day!" This hotel clearly has no interest in the well-being or comfort of it's guests. With so many other hotel options in Orlando, stay far, far away from this one!!
Dirty hotel room, mold in shower and bathroom ceiling, carpets were stained, half the light bulbs in room were out. Ice machine was empty.
There's a nice new section and an old section of the hotel. We were unaware of the that; our room was in the old section. The old section was more like a midrange motel than a hotel. Still a great deal for the price we payed
Central location, beautiful lobby, cleaning staff was very friendly
Chick in counter person was not at all friendly. Took him about 45 minutes to find our reservation, didn't acknoledge our long wait, didn't check back with us to tell us it was taking him long, and gave us an attitude as if it were our fault he couldn't find the reservation.
Awesome location close to shops and restaurants, not very far from Disney either.
Breakfast was bad, it was not a continental breakfast. It seems the only thing available were waffles. The room seem old and dirty. They don't change towels due to being "green"
My spouse felt something bite her while in bed. Yes it was a bed bug! I killed it and showed them pictures taken from my cell phone. I left it laying dead on the pillow. They denied that they saw it for two days , then said they would refund my credit card.
It needs More variety of food for breakfast
The price. The location and the environment (look of the hotel)
Breakfast did not include eggs and pancakes at all even staying in the suite rooms. Terrible! I paid more for the suite and got the same breakfast of standard rooms, because I was directed by the receptionist to that location. I never got the full amount of towels I requested for all the guests I had to call several times to get coffee refills and towels. They frequently forgot the rugs for the restrooms as well. And the staff treatment at the reception was terrible, cold and uninterested on the guests needs. I was best treated by the people who worked as custodians than the receptionists.
Rooms were clean and bed was comfortable. Cheap cab fare to universal studios and the Orange county convention center. Nice view from our room!
Continental breakfast was weak - consisted of toast, Cheerios, bad coffee, and bananas. Front desk was awkward - did not inform us about breakfast or even where our room was when we checked in.
The price we were able to get through Kayak. How close it was to the lark we were going to.
We were in the building that is being remodeled. The elevator was slow and made noises. The was construction material all around. There was a garbage bag of garbage outside our rooms. When we came back from the park, parking was full and we had to park in front of a tattoo shop in a strip mall. We had two rooms with only one car and didn't even have one parking spot. One of our rooms had th elight by the door blow out. The same room also had no shower curtain in the bathroom. We bad to share our shower with our friends because we tried to call the front desk and our room phones didn't work. We we waited until morning to let the front desk know because it was 2:30 am when we got back to the room and we all nust wanted a quick shower and to go to bed. No one felt like walking to the other building to complain. When I mentioned these things at the dmfront desk I was told ok we will send a maintenance man to check things out. I was a little shocked that no apologies or any kind of discount was offered for all of the inconveniences. Breakfast was a lot to be desired. We ended up leaving the hotel and going to a resturant for a hot breakfast. I think our experience could have been a lot better if we would of been In the front building with the nicer and newer rooms. Not sure that I would recommend this hotel or stay here again myself.
Everything the location and view were PERFECT...
It was close to Universal Studios.
The hair dryer blew up (and the whole room filled with smoke) while my GF was getting ready to go out, this delayed us a lot. No maintenance came until I went downstairs and made sure I did not came up without someone. (one of the guys did not have his radio, other was on break). There was only one elevator working in my tower, which was turned off for almost the entire wednesday for a contractor to work on. (I left on the wednesday morning, though). The maids and employees were using the same elevator as us, which would get full easily because of cleaning supplies and bags from guests. Also, styre foam would get inside the room through the door bottom from the construction. There was no butter for the waffles in the breakfast buffet. BUT, it was cheap, I had a great time and my wife too! Thanks!
The location is great, not two far from the theme parks and right by the commercial boulevard where all the restaurants and night time places are. There is nice and free parking space in the hotel. The free breakfast was simple but good. The rooms where clean.
The AC was old and did not work well. The place was half under construction, we stayed in the 11th floor with only one working elevator and it was terrible.
