Terrible hotel, carpet from the front desk makes me sneeze, elevators without air conditioner, room doors rusted, dirty carpet, broken furniture
One step above a Motel 6
Tiny room adjacent to the elevator meaning non-stop sound of whirring motors for the entire stay. Dark stains on walls, wall outlets exposed, loud cleaning staff yelling to each other outside the room in the early morning, cheap small-ish bath towels, luke warm max temp water in the shower. Should I go on?
Nice stay overall
breakfast was good and nice staff. Excellent location.
The room always smelled like it was holding humidity. Not enough towels and we were two.
It was a little cheaper than other options.
First room smelled like mildew. Tub looked like it had been painted with a roller and never cleaned. Air conditioner looked ancient with rust all over it.We asked to move and they did move us. Second room was better but had an underlying funky smell. Woke in the morning to take use the pool and found a dead rat floating in it. Next time I'll pay more money and stay without the mildew and rats.
Kinda gross/pretty good breakfast
Breakfast was surprisingly good, Location was nice,
There was a stain on my sheets, facilities looked quite unkempt,
Location, parking, service and price
Maybe you can work on a sensation of humidity when you enter your room, perhaps could be the rug. Other than that everything is just fine.
Bugs Bugs Bugs
The sheets looked white
Was bitten 6 times each night we stayed there. I believe they were bed bugs but my wife from Texas believes they were small roaches. All I know is that I was bitten multiple times in the same area each night. Do not stay here unless you like being bitten by bugs in your sleep. We also saw small roaches in the bathroom. Both nights. Even after removing the ones we saw on the first night. The first room they gave us smelled badly of wet dog. Then we complained and got bugs. Just stay somewhere else.
Worst hotel experience.
The guy at the front desk was really nice. That was the only thing that was good about this hotel actually.
Everything. Walked into the room and smelled like must and mold. Carpets were dirty I didn't even want to take my shoes off. The door had rust and corrosion on the inside (had holes from the rust). Went to shower and the "clean" towel had hair in it. Ended up checking out after an hour and getting a refund. I can't believe such a dump exists right next to the convention center on busy I-drive. I would never stay here again.
Worse ever came a few hours after check in and they already sold my room; tried to say I had to be there by check in because it's spring break and that I couldn't get my refund for no shows ..... Had to get a manager and that refund was done
two star value
Bed was comfortable room was clean but furniture was very old and had seen better days
Bathroom had very strong mold odor and it was very tiny with poor water pressure. The air conditioner made loud cranking noise every time it turned on and lasted for about 10 seconds so it would wake you up all night long
Solid nights sleep near our destination.
close to universal studios, friendly helpful staff, quick check in & out. Solid clean sleep, thank you.
It's all good! Pool may need cleaning, but we didn't swim. The water looked dark glancing over the fence.
Stay here if the price is right.
We got a really cheep deal so for the money worth it. Location was great lots to do, eat and enjoy in the area. Staff was friendly. Convient to Univerasal and SeaWorld. Breakfast was good included some hot options. Bedding clean and comfortable. All in all our stay was good.
The hotel really could use a remodel, a bit run down. The fridge was noisey. Transportation to parks only limited times. Best to have a car. This is not a top of the line hotel don't expect that.
