Convenient place to stay close to Universal Orlando. The air conditioner was loud (periodic rattling). Needs to be looked at.
We had NO microwave , shower curtain , king bed , mini fridge , and there was a huge crack through the bathroom mirror . There also was a gay man convention ( we have nothing against gays ) which they surrounded the pools and the bar area, it also made my boyfriend uncomfortable to walk around property without getting eyeballed so we never got to enjoy the pool after he went to go buy a suit because he forgot his at home !!! Also we called the front desk ( because we had no cellphone service ) to find out when Univerisal closed and she told us 10 so we taxied up there around 7:30 to hit the rides at night but Univerisal was closed so we spent $25 on a taxi for no reason !!! We have stayed here 4 or 5 times now and this was our favorite place to stay other than staying on property , after this weekend that has all changed !
Excellent location, very well kept ground with nice pool areas and greens.
Location, facilities were clean particularly for the price. Pleasant visit.
Location, environment old design, It is 1950's otel. Big holes on curtain and towels. And need refurbishment.
hotel is huge and has good facilities the hotel charged me for the full stay on my credit card the day the reservation was made on your website despite the booking stating that they would not. rooms were very stuffy and smelled moldy,
The room was well priced for the area. Very convenient to dining and tourist attractions. Rooms were hot! Air-conditioning did not keep room cool enough.
Its garden setting and we always love to stay facing lagoon as the ducks are so friendly!
The room' smell was not good.
I was highly disappointed by my quasi stay at the Wyndham Orlando. It was so terrible that I took it as a loss and had to find another hotel for the night. The final straw was a bug crawling across my shoulder while sitting on the bed. The first straw was passing the first room on our hallway with a large heart shaped sign that said "drop your panties here" with a black thing draped across it. Do not waste your time or money. Pretty much everything
Location to the convention center My room was musty smelling , like a closed up basement , triggered my allergies, I'm guessing mold, they were sold out that night so I had to stay in the room for the night , the next day I was able to get another room but not until after 2 pm , I told them I had no problem checking out and going somewhere else. You would think that if a customer had a problem with a room they would do everything they could to accommodate them. Plus really after you pay for the room they charge a 19.95 resort fee....Ive been to lots of resorts , that was not one of them. I debating writing the president of the company and asking for a refund...will not stay there again
I like how big the hot tub was. I booked on kayak when we go there we checked in and when to our room they gave us two doubles instead of a king like we booked. I called down to have them fix it but they didn't. My boyfriend went down to try to get a refund and we were going to go stay somewhere else. But they said they could not give a refund we would have to go through kayak. So I called them no body answered so I called to hotel again and asked to speak with a manager and ended up putting me on the phone with the same person we have been dealing with and he just said there is nothing they can do they don't have a room for us and they can't give us out money back. So we hung up. 2 minutes later I got a call from someone that was a lot higher up then Andrew. She said I hear that you are going to leave the hotel and I don't want that. She said I do have a king room available if you are willing to stay. So basically they wasted two hours of our vacation telling us they couldn't put us in the room we booked and in the end they put us in the correct room. The new room was nice and spacious the only two things wrong was that there was mold around the toilet and tub. Also the outlets next to the bed did not work other than that the rest of our stay was good.
We weren't there long as we were traveling thru Orlando but it was clean and comfortable for our overnight stay. The staff was friendly. We didn't catch the small print about the parking fee before booking. Also there are gas stations around the hotel gouging tourists at $5.99 per gallon. Be careful.
Convenient for Orlando Airport with large, very comfortable comfortable rooms to relax in before or after a flight.
Walk up paid less than I did by $39.00
It was close to airport, and very comforting. We would stay again. You need to have free WiFi in the rooms instead of having to go into lobby for free WiFi. I know it was available in the rooms, but guests having to pay that amount to stay at the hotel should have complimentary WiFi inside the rooms.
The Front desk staff were very friendly. The room was so nice and very clean. I didn't want to leave!
Big room, big bathroom, huge bed. Very clean They charge for parking
Clean but bathrooms are very outdated!
Very clean and nice people Parking fee of 10.00 and breakfast buffet was awful same stuff I have in a la Quinta for free
The area was beautiful. Staff was friendly. Pool was great. shuttle to and from airport was helpful.
Every thing friendly staff, comfortable bed None
I liked the room presentation for the price wr paid. It was a very nice hotel.
Total Convenience to the airport There was some confusion over the bill. I had already paid using Booking.com, but they wanted to charge me again. They said they would sort the problem out....
I love the water park for the kids. The staff was not very interested in being there or helpful. Bartenders taking more than 15 mins to get orders other staff just plain rude. Did not defeather the room fully as O had requested and my son and I are allergic to feathers. Water park area lacked cleanliness.
The staff was nice and place was clean I agree the waterpark should have been closed due to the weather, but even the indoor pool?? Everything was closed the night I got there at ~4:30 PM. Even the restaurant which I was hoping to enjoy along with the bar. Thankfully I brought my own stuff!
Plenty to keep the kids busy. Could been a little cheaper, but this was on 4th of July Weekend.
Water park was excellent, except it doesn't open until 11 and closes at 7.
Location. Customer representative were very unfriendly, they are either 18 year old or low class ( I mean trashy) . Lack of customer care serice, did not provide a friendly enviroment. Rude or hostile, and I felt like they were short-staff all the time. I waited in line for 25 minutes trying to get 3 towels gor my room. "ON TOP, THEY HAVE HIDDEN FEES THEY ONLY TELL YOU WHEN YOU GET THERE" You are better off paying the extra elsewhere. Good luck to you. Thats the first and last time for me!!!. I told the staff I was going to report them with Corp, they laughed in my face!
Water park was great. But one of the rides was closed. Bar near the rides was good too. I think my room was haunted room 7230. Tv kept turning itself on after turning it off multiple times at 3:00am. I also didn't like that the water park closed so early especially since check in isn't until 4:00.
We have a 17 month old who LOVED the small slides at the water park. The adults had a wonderful time going down the large slides as well! The rooms are very spacious but outdated. I can certainly tell they have taken short-cuts on repairs. For example, the ceiling of our room had been patched and the towels were paper thin and over-bleached.
I liked everything What I didn't like was the a/c wasn't working which they were very prompt wit changing it out but other then that I really loved it aswell as the kids did
I liked the location right on international drive near all shops Toddler pool smelled like too much clorine and feet. Adult pool water was hot and kind of slimey. The room we stayed in by the slides the carpet smelled like an old mop. And the room smelled like clorine.
Resturants near by Breakfast at coco key is terrible and over priced. Drinks at wet rooster bar at coco key are in small plastic cups and way over priced.
Every thing Every thing was very nice
+Excellent location on the Internation Drive, close to the new Orlando Eye and Aquarium +Very good service from the receptionist, who called us to let us know our room was ready +Free parking +Great shuttle service to Univversal +On-site concierge for ticket booking -Slow elevators, in need of replacement (but management knows, which is why they are currently replacing them, one at the time) -Gaming room with arcade was smallish and offers no value -Gym is way too small -We needed to rent a car, management made us work with a company located miles from the hotel, when there is one next door (but probably not affiliated with them)
The location was perfect. I was there for a trade show at the Convention Center, so was in very close proximity to that and a number of restaurants. Given that it is right on International Drive, practically every type of cuisine that you'd ever want is represented nearby. I'm unsure if all of the rooms are the same, but I had a one-bedroom suite overlooking the pool. I liked the fact that the bedrooms were in the interior so you don't really hear any activity happening outside at the pool or the hot tub. The hotel pretty much had everything: pool, workout facility, bar, continental breakfast, small sundry store - and if you need anything else, there's a Walgreen's within a 5 minute walk. The room was very clean on arrival, and bed made up on a daily basis. Also two flat-screen TVs are nice: one in the living area, and one in the bedroom. Nothing that I didn't like - but the room was fairly straightforward. It's not plush by any means, but has everything you need. Only thing that was a minor inconvenience was that the nightstand has outlets built-in, but then it wasn't plugged into the wall outlet, and upon trying couldn't get it to plug in. Unsure why.
Clean, Friendly good location on I Drive
The chocolate chip the give us is delicious and location is good The room was not good. High prices por breakfast and parking lot. Staff not really excited about working.
The staff were great and quick to help out. The hospitality staff were great and cleaned and replenished towels. The hotel was right across from the entrance to universal and the shuttle bus was great and dropped you off right inside the park. The blankets on the bed were thin and there was no complimentary breakfast.
We chose this hotel because it said "at entrance of Universal Studios". .. And it really was! We were able to walk straight on Major Blvd and turn left on Universal Blvd and joined the throng of ppl walking on City Walk. That was the best part! It was clean and not dusty, and the two queen beds were so comfortable. The only downside were the thin walls. We could hear what was going on in the hallway and our neighbors on either side (most unnerving was the couple getting it on against the wall where the heads of our beds were at 6AM!). Thin walls - could hear everything going on outside and either side of our room.
I've stayed at this Doubletree before and always seek it out when possible. It is literally across the street from Universal Studios, and the staff and Collinas have always been on point. Cathy greeted me at the desk with warm cookies and better customer service than I expect these days. She was very sweet. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The view from the room is never very good. It is definitely a place to sleep, but with all of the goings-on in Orlando, there is no reason to stay in a hotel room for anything else.
location No microwave
Staff friendliness Restaurant has very limited options and is more expensive than the value provided
The buffet and staff at the restaurant was great. The rooms were clean. The location is phenomenal: right at the entrance to Universal Orlando.. Construction is still occurring within the hotel. Seems like there has been construction going on for years.. the parking is expensive ($17 for self parking, $21 for Valet), so factor that into the price when looks for hotels.
closeness to universal. pool was nice & food was good & waiters were great. Our room was not cleaned for 2 days. First day has to call for bottled water, 2nd day had to ask for room to be cleaned and clean towels, bed was not made. Third day only bed was made.
Easy walk to the park. Nice pool and hot tub. Breakfast buffet is expensive at $18.95 per adult but only $6.95 per child. Also, you have to pay for parking.
Close proximity to Universal The facility looks old and need some new paints and touching up.
Location The smell of mildew
Too expensive for the cost
Terrible, Absolutely terrfying with bugs!
We opted for the 1 Bedroom, for 3 adults and 1 toddler. We're very glad we did. It was great having a bedroom to put the little one down in for naps and bedtime when the grown-ups wanted to stay up. The staff is friendly, the property and rooms are immaculate. It was really nice to be able to hop back on the boat from Magic Kingdom for an afternoon nap so the 2 year old could be happy and raring to go for another round of disney magic in the evening. Staying in a villa has absolutely ruined me for staying in any other type of accommodation.
We rented the two room suite in the villas and it was absolutely perfect for a family stay. The hotel itself is immaculate staff is wonderfully helpful as you would expect anything Disney to be and getting to and from the Parks was as easy.
The hotel was clean, the service was great, the food was good, the pools and sandy areas were great. It was perfect for the kids and the boat service to the Magic Kingdom was outstanding. The optional boat rentals on site were also a nice touch. The only thing that would be nice is an optional restraint in the villas.
Beautiful setting and fantastic lobby and pool area - close to magic kingdom and very comfortable the view could have been better but overall very nice
WHAT MORE CAN YOU SAY IT WAS THE BEST ,YES THERE WAS BUGS ,BUT ITS FLORIDA AND THE WHOLE PARK HAS BUGS ! BIG DEAL! IT'S DISNEYWORLD
Pretty much every thing was good Two things, parking is a hassle, when coming back at night most of the spots are filled so you may need to park fat, and the pillows are hard.
This location is VERY close to Disney. It has a nice lobby, excellent staff. The pool is unique with it's 1/2 concrete enclosure. Pool even had a chair lift for the handicap. Game room has old games but several to choose from including two air hockey tables. Only complaint is minor. Just that the games in the game room are very outdated.
Stayed here for a relaxing weekend by the pool and they had it closed for the weekend (for renovations) with no notice.
Location Did not get the room i was promised, smoke alarm started beeping at 4 in the morning. Thought staff was a little indifferant to me
Hotel localization is super in excellent connection with adventure parks. All staff was very helpful but girl Margaret (Malgosia) who works in reception is absolutely perfect. Free car parking is a pleasant surprise.
The lobby and pool area were okay but the rooms/hallways were in need of some renovations. The Starbucks was good and proximity to Disney shuttle was nice. Only stayed one night but would not stay again. Rooms, decor
Free wifi, free parking, included breakfast, happy hour, free shuttle to theme parks, friendly staff. The bedding, comforter, and pillows are ok for the price.
The hotel was clean and conveniently located near I-4 and back road to Universal Orlando. The breakfast was well stocked (though it always had the same menu, day after day) and the staff was pleasant. The only drawback that we experienced was with the housekeeping service. We were in a room that fit 4 individuals and we used 4 towels and washcloths each day--however, housekeeping would only restock 1-2 washcloths. We mentioned to front desk, who quickly gave me more washcloths, but the same thing happened for the rest of our stay.
The location is perfect. You take 3 turns and you Are at Universal and 10 minutes and you are at Disney. We were on the 5th floor and there was no traffic noise that we could hear. The complementary free breakfast was very good. We had a vegan friend come meet us before going to the parks we were able to purchase her breakfast for under 7 dollars and she was able to eat many of the food items offered. The pool is very nice, you will have a lot of kids and families on the pool but they were not overwhelming. You do also get 2 passes for the adults in your party for free alcohol. We did not take advantage of that this time. The parking lot was also well lit and safe. You can also bring your dog or cat.
free buffet dinner , place is beautiful , modern , beds are comfortable, very clean spotless place, kind stuff , quiet , great breakfast ,great location, i loved it , i didnt like that it was only 1 night. and i wanted to stay 10 nights more... :)
The sunsol hotel location is the best location. We can easy access the trolley ride. Its also near to universal studio. Platinum buses will take you at universal studio. Need to add more things in breakfast menu like omlet boled egg etc.
Close to parks and places to eat. Most within walking distance . Checking staff was very nice and prompt. The free breakfast is a joke and ends at 8am
Great price very close to Universal Studios
Great Place, I will say here once again, the location is great Breakfast could be better, but is OK for the money
I rented two rooms, both with queen-sized beds for our short 2 day stay in Orlando. The location was amazing, putting almost in the midst of the attractions on International drive, yet far enough away that we were able to get a good nights rest without car lights blaring in through the windows and car horns sounding at all times of the night. The staff were friendly and personable and the rooms were rather spacious. There was a small issue with ants in one of the rooms, but nothing that was major. The rooms did not initially have enough washcloths for all 8 of us in our two rooms, but after making a quick call to the front desk, they delivered them to us in less than two minutes. The mattresses were super soft, which was not a major problem for any of us. Overall, the price was great and I would have no problems with returning to this hotel for future Orlando stays, nor would I hesitate to recommend this hotel to others! There, unfortunately, was no laundry room for guests to use. Instead they provided us with the number to a laundry service that charged $2.50 a pound to do your laundry. I would have much preferred to clean my own clothes, but to each his own.
My tv got stuck on one Channel and couldn't change it
The security For some reason, even though we had a room with 2 queen beds, and reserved it for two people, the hotel service insisted on leaving us only one wash cloth. Day 1 I had to go to the front desk to get more wash cloths. They were out of them so I had to get hand towels. Day 2, they had taken my extra hand towels that were neatly folded on the counter, and Day 3 I had to go back to the front desk. This was extremely frustrating to me. When you pay for a stay, towels and wash cloths should be supplied. We also needed to check out a day early. There are no early cancellations. We were giving plenty of notice, but we didn't get a refund at all. I didn't like that!!!
The location was good. Start with the resort fee. This "ain't" no resort. The rooms are small and the air is heavy. Our clothes never dried out because of the humidity in the room. We had exactly one hand towel to the room because that's all they gave us each day. Finding our room was a chore if you did not know that odd and even room numbers are on opposite sides of the building or where the room numbers began because of the two buildings joining not sure which building we were in. The breakfast was pathetic. There was one choice of cold cereal, the other was nearly empty. The "hot" breakfast was cold little waffles. That's about it. No yogurt, nothing healthy. The free shuttle had exactly one outbound time to Disney and Universal and one return time for each. If you did not want to leave the parks early, before the fireworks, you would not have a ride back to the hotel. So driving to the theme parks, esp. Disney's was the only option. Overall I would've been happy to spend more money had I known and have a nicer experience. I will not return to this stingy hotel.
Eveyrthing was fine The problem with this hotel is the continental breakfast being way too early.
very clean and the staff was very nice and the room was very spacious. super close to wet n wild and about 15 min walk to universal. our toliet didnt flush corectly had to flush three times for anything to go down. told the clerk and it still wasn't fix. and the breakfast was all carbs not one protien was there, just donuts cearal and toast.
The view from the hotel to the city was nice. Pool was heated and clean and fun for kids. Bar located right next to pool and they bring it right to you. Clean towels at the pool area too. Check in lobby looks nice and clean. Room was modern and nice. Breakfast was not the best, microwaveable pancakes, toast, and cereal. My pillows smelled like someone had slept on them already.
We really liked the Location, the staff, and the Villa. It was very close to Disney, SeaWorld, Univeral, and the International Blvd, where all of the food and some shows are. It was easy as pie from the Airport to this Villa as well, and the people are all very nice. We did not have children with us, but saw activities planned for children on some of our days there. I thought that was very nice. They have room service from restaurants that offer carry out listed near the phone, where they add their tip ( I think it said five dollars), and where you must order fifteen dollars worth for delivery. They have almost everything you need in the Villa. CD player, TV, dishes, cleaning supplies for the counter, and paper towels, plenty of towels, and pillows. A dish washer, garbage disposal, refrigerator, stove, microwave, toaster, coffee maker. Oh and they have a service where they will find anything you need, or a service for free. Example: My friend wanted me to bring back some Mango leaves to dry out, and make tea. I called downstairs to this free service and asked do they know a place that would sell real tea from Mangos, and they called me back with an address, phone number of a place. I heard where people wanted to arrive somewhere in a Limo, and with a person dressed like a clown for someones birthday, and they arranged it all for them. It was nice. You can like call, and say my wife enjoys jazz, and was wondering where can I take her where they have Jazz music, show, or a dinner. They will help you.\nI really liked this Villa, and as I said before the location was the best.
The staff was extremely helpful and courteous. The hot tub in the room did not work.
The property is right next to the premium outlet, and that's what my girl friend needs. Building 7
Spaciousness, grounds, convenient location to shopping outlet and nearby location to local transportation. Room was excellent with large bedroom with jacuzzi bath, well stocked kitchen and large balcony overlooking lake in the centre of the resort. Plenty of sunloungers available around the large pool and also the smaller pool with plenty of towels awailable. Excellent value for the money. Early checkout of 10 o'clock was unusual for a large hotel but they will store your luggage for you and let you continue to use the facilities of the hotel until you leave.
Hello my name is veronica rubio; i liked everything during my stay at this hotel, it was so luxurious confortable is 5 stars hotel!
The room was incredibly nice, spacious, and clean. Has everything you need. I would live in this type of kondo style format. Kitchen, screened in patio, jacuzzi tub, up to date, and modern. I couldn't of a better place for the price. I took my fiancee for her Birthday and it wowed her. Almost all the staff know the Hilton way of hospitality, we were treated with respect and like we were important to them. On the way out after the time share presentation around 1:00 pm we walked over to grab a bite at the Parc Soleil and the gentleman working behind the bar, may have been the bar tender, seemed a bit rude as if we interupted his work duties. When we approached him to order to go he didn't say hello or how can I help you, he just looked at us like we were ghost until I asked if we could put in an order. He didn't seem focused on the Hilton way of hospitality, but we didn't let one ruin all the wonderfulness of everyone else we encountered. 1 out of 50 is not bad, thank you Hilton.
Pool and bar very good but prices very high for drinks Its very big and a lot of walking from room to pool etc but expectable for this size hotel
The visa & master card of mine can not use while check in (even I paid the reservation using the master card) & I have to pay cash. I am not understand why the hotel required such payment. It cause lots of inconvenience to me.
The hotel met all my expectations of comfort, space, amenities, and location.
Nothing best in this hotel. -Late house keeping even at evening - No indoor health club activities No indoor swimmig pool -It takes min.30 minutes to come any request -There were 2 elevators but just one works properly -No slippers in room -there was a door between two rooms so that so much noise in room. -
Our family of adult children traveled to orlando for New Years. We needed a three bedroom condominium. The Imperial Palms Villas were spacious and very clean. Location next to the Marriott World Center resort allowed walking to restaurants, bars and a giant pool. Very nice golf course on the property. Less then $* for 18 holes including range balls and GPS on golf cart. 15 minutes from Orlando International airport. Leave airport via south exit and take 417 toll road. 2 miles to Disney via route 536, 2 miles from discount mall and 10 to 15 minutes from Universal theme park via US 4. We would make this our number one choice in Orlando when we return.
I find the resort a great combination from the quiet and peacefulness of the Palms to the bustle of the Convention center and the ability to go back and forth quickly. We spend many quiet days around the palms using the fitness center the pool and the running trail and then a short walk at night to the convention center for the restaurants allow us to stay on campus completely if we choose to. It is a short drive to the new Disney springs so all in all a great 10 day stay for us
Advertised shuttle to Univeral but only ran once per day. Not very flexible for families. Only a few miles away so would expect a better schedule.
Very comfortable for the price. Separate shower and toilet rooms made very useful for our large group. Breakfast was delicious, great for recovering from an all day music festival. Would stay again for EDC next year! No available smoking rooms.
Very nice place every staff member I spoke with was so very nice at breakfast the family next to us had a sick toddler they got her cold rags for her fever got her disposable thermometers to keep up with baby temperature did everything they could to help this family that was not from USA great place to stay clean food was good staff was great. Shuttle to sea world was easy we will be back here
Loved the fact that the shower was in a seperate room from the toliet. The breakfast was great. The staff was super wonderful - extremely helpful with directions and suggestions.
The staff was nice but very unprofessional. Furniture was torn up, cabinets were torn up, bedsheets were stained, and at the final moment before we just packed up and left, we found bed bugs in our bed.
comfy bed, good shower, happy hour/free drinks poor breakfast
The suite room had a nice layout and the bed was very comfortable. No air vent in bathroom to remove moisture during showers
I liked most the room structure, with microwave oven, freezer and a nice space to rest. I strongly recommend it to other people who are looking for good hotels with comfortable stay...
Basketball Court Aweful cleaning
Me and my family were very happy staying at Hawthorn suites. Excellent location, good beds and nice apartment. The breakfast was good and the staff excellent. We will come back to stay if we get if we can.
Friendly stuff, proximity to some shopping malls, ripley's museum, universal studio, local buget shopping, guest services, shuttle services The breakfast has limited variety...
The suite we stayed in was very roomy with a mini kitchen. The location was very close to Universal where we were spending the day. The room had an unusual smell that was not very nice.
n/a Reservations were made well in advance. Changes due to vacation/airline schedule resulted in upcharges. Front desk very rude upon late night check in.
Staff friendly, bar waitress great Bedroom strong smell of stale smoke
The facility, location, staff is all fantastic. This was my 4th time staying there and each and every time has not been one issue. I would highly recommend this to anyone. I always use a King Suite room.
Price, convenience to Universal, staff and breakfast service The final check off the cleanliness of the room, this should have been check before rented, our room had chocolate on the bathroom floor and you can imagine what we thought it was at first!!!
Small, but clean. Very friendly staff and cleaning crew. Breakfast decent and well stocked.
The staff is very friendly, they repeatedly apologized for our fridge problem and offered us to keep our food in their private fridge. Free breakfast! They have a variety of foods for both adults and young kids. Cereals, granolas, eggs, bacon, pancakes, mickey waffles (you make them yourself but its fairly simple), bagels, fruits, apple juice, orange juice, coffee, and anything else I might've forgotten. My main reason for booking at Best Western Plus by the Convention Center was for the decent driving distance from Magic Kingdom (20 minutes away) while having a good price and free breakfast. They also have a pool and gym equipment, I didn't use either of them but it's a nice option for other hotel guests. Overall I would stay here again, if there' s any problem the staff is so friendly and tries their best in finding a solution. Really enjoyed my stay here! Our fridge wasn't working when we arrived but the staff sent a maintenance guy the next morning and we had no issues with it afterward. There was a slight damp smell in our room when we arrived but leaving the air conditioning running the whole day got rid of the smell.
The staff was wonderful. They helped us in every way possible.
Location to my event The parking was horrible
No complaints. Staff were All great.
Comfy bed and free breakfast great for a short stay, location isn't too shabby either
Room was great and the staff were exceptional! Great location and plenty of parking. I will definately go back.
Good price Good location for conference center Super friendly staff Free Breakfast Free wifi Free shuttles to Disney The room smelled weird and musty Loud (I was on the 1st floor)
Staff and rooms were nice. Beds were a little small.
Facility and staff are awesome! I was asked to move my car both days due to bus parking.
The room was very clean. Staff was great
Location - perfect. . Bed comfy. Carpet seemed to be new. Furniture very nice. Lobby and staff 5 star. Staff loves Mr Rosen. I've stayed at three Rosen properties for a total of four stays. I'm hooked...Mr Rosen helps the community and respects his staff. Bath tub was dated didn't seem to be upgraded with the rest of the room
The maintenance not so good I had called them three times to come and check the AC unit that was acting wierd and no one showed up
Cuarto limpio, buen TV y economico. Pobre area de lavanderia y maquinas de refresco feas. Alrededores dan un poco de inseguridad.
Very Clean, Hot Shower and air worked great! Housekeeping knocked on our door at 9:30am wanting to clean the room, when checkout wasn't until 11:00am.
My family and i stayed here for 5 nights. Location to all the theme parks we visited was great, staff was friendly, rooms and hotel was clean. I would definietly stay here again with my Family. We enjoyed the pools, when we were not at a theme park. Plenty of parking and close to restaraunts and shopping, this hotel is a great value for any traveler. Beds are a little on the lumpy side and clothes dryers do not dry to well.
Location and cleanliness Not all the staff was friendly and helpful
The location was the best of the stay. It exists among various theme and water parks. Always consider location.
Location, room comfort and safe. All three 5 stars plus a free shuttle to universal studios, a bonus.
Close to high way and Universal studio, Seaworld. A little far away from Disney World, it looks like a motel, service desk and lobby are miles away from our room.
Rooms were clean. Beds were nice. Close to gas station, grocery store. Needed a place for a quick sleep then on the road. Was perfect for us. No one helped me with my bags to the room and I had two small children by myself.
We enjoyed our stay in Rosen Inn. It's my second time staying here and it doesn't feel like a 2 star hotel. Oberall its a convenient place to stay if you are going to theme parks.
Comfort and cleanliness. It is nearly a 4 mile drive to restaurants. No restaurants within walking distance.
Really liked the suite set up. It was located 1 exit too far and you traveled through an extra toll plaza. The traffic light at the corner of the entrance took forever to change. None of this was the hotel's fault.
Location. Very close to the airport although you had to pay a toll both ways. Extremely rude front desk. Guest services manager embarassed me in front of all other guests in the lobby at that time by asking me if I had one dollar on any of my 3 cards because his card swiper wasn't working properly. Also staff giggled and made personal calls at the front desk during breakfast. Extremely unprofessional. Beds were uncomfortable and breakfast was not appetizing at all.
morning coffee cleanliness of room, sheets had hairs on them, two different rooms
Stayed there to catch shuttle for early flight. Hotel and staff, shuttle just fine. No restaurants in walking distance like I hoped. Ate at wafflehouse, pretty good!
NOTHING! We arrived at 12:30am after a long drive. I had booked my reservation in advance AND CONFIRMED it on Thursday advising of a late arrival and coming with young children as they had a 6am wake up call for a dance competition. I unloaded everyone out of car and when I went to the front desk a very rude attendant confirmed that I did not have a confirmation and of course there were no rooms available (no big surprise which is why people make and confirm reservations). I gave her my name and nothing. I explained I booked it through KAYAK and she looked at me like I was speaking marcian. Just continued to tell me there was no reservation in my name. I showed her my phone with my confirmation and she shrugged her shoulders. I calmly decided to call KAYAK and I was put with a Kristine who called the hotel immediately and all of the sudden there was a reservation, but it had been cancelled but she didn't know who cancelled it... apparently someone at Comfort Suites decided to unilaterally cancel the booking. Kayak was attentive enough to look for an alternative in the area which she found and by the time we got there, everything was set and done and my family was able to go to sleep... at 2AM!!! Thanks to Kayak for taking care of a terrible situation but shame on Confort Suites for screwing this up... My take is that they gave our reservations away when we didn't check in by 3pm as they knew they were overbooked... shame on them!!! And shame on that rude front desk person. This all happened the night/early morning of January 31.
I enjoyed having a suite that features a living area complete with microwave and refrigerator. It was comfortable and well appointed. It was also nice to have an updated clean room. My reservation was not in their system and they were unable to find it when I checked in, but they did have a room for me. The breakfast area was quite busy on Sunday morning and the staff was a bit slow in keeping up.
close to airport could have had breakfast out earlier
Comfort My reservation was not correct
Staff was friendly. Shower was clogged, but fixed promptly. Hot tub closes at 10 p.m. For vacation, that's too early. We could never make it there in time.
Super friendly staff went out of their way to take care of me.
People were extremely nice and friendly. Breakfast was great- especially since it's free (who would've thought!) the suit was the perfect size and I had no complaints.
