The building looked nice and new but there's rooms were anything but... The staff was really nice. The beds were pretty small
the view the courtisy
We decided to stay one extra night and made the arrangements the night before directly with the hotel. However on the next day at about 4:40pm we had to leave, and asked the hotel manager if we could get charged only 50%. She said it was not possible. That was surprising considering check-in is usually at 4pm and they could have easily charged us 50% of the rate from the night before or 50% of the rate of the extra night that we did not end up staying, yet paying full rate.
The rooms are great, spacious, very comfortable beds and bedding. Location is right down the street from Universal. The breakfast is also top notch. Parking is kinda tough because a lot of folks don't adhere to the 1 car per room rule. But the front staff and security are very friendly and helpful in trying to help with this.
Excellent value !!
Nice staff Iffy restaurant
The toilet broke 3 times. Shouldn't have to worry about that when you pay almost $200 to stay there. Just wanted to relax.
I liked the location, and the price. This hotel is showing it's age. Elevators are slow, and noisy. My grandson wanted to swim in the pool, Monday morning, but it was dirty, full of duck feces, and I would not let him. I checked out at 10:00 am, in time to see the hotel's pool guy show up.
Close Access to all attractions The daily $4.50 charge should be more transparent. Was not on website and was not sure why it was mandatory. If everyone has to pay it then include it as part of the room price.
Room had a fridge n microwave which are always appreciated. Nice pool n nice staff. The place had a off odor. Not terrible but not good. I bought some febreeze n nuked the room n hallway a couple times while there.
Pretty environment Not a single breakfast.
I liked the that it was in a location where there were a lot of things to do close. Also, the manager jnesa was attentive and understanding to my not so good experience. One of the staff members, From the name he had on his badge was Orlando, but it also said Music under that name, was not the most pleasant when I arrived. Then, our room had the toilet broken so we had to call the office that same night we arrived twice and it still was broken because the toilet chain inside kept falling, the phone inside the room wasn't working, they brought another one and it still the connection wasn't working at all, there were roaches in the room, the walls had a couple of dents and cracks, when I went to press "sleep" on the tv's control, instead of setting up the sleep mode, it would take me to an adult channel which I did not want to even see that, the beds were small and the door in the bathroom would be so close to the toilet that would rub my legs when I had to close it.
The unlimited express passes, convenience, responsive, water taxi service.
Our stay was comfortable and the location was great. We were so happy that express passes for the parks were included with our stay -- they made a huge difference.
1,000 rooms hotel , difficult personal service, long phone waiting time for answering by operators, etc
Location is great. Short walk to Universal/City Walk. Staff was helpful. Beautiful hotel lobby and grounds. Room was unimpressive for the price, and not very clean. Found hair in the sheets. Service/food in restaurants was subpar.
Proximity to park Friendly and helpful frontline staff Found out the pool was closed for planned renovations only upon our check in. No previous notice. Kayak package didn't include park tickets; buying a cheaper package thru Kayak does not include everything that buying through Universal does TV in room didn't work. Had to complain twice and have twonvisit from engineering. After long day at parks (great days) disappointing to not be able to just relax by pool or in room
Service at the sushi bar very slow
I did not like that there was no real breakfast. I just went to Ihop with my daughter. I definitely won't be booking at the Ramada in the future.
really close to Universal and Wet and Wild only one shuttle to Universal
Dirty hotel room, mold in shower and bathroom ceiling, carpets were stained, half the light bulbs in room were out. Ice machine was empty.
Awesome location close to shops and restaurants, not very far from Disney either. Breakfast was bad, it was not a continental breakfast. It seems the only thing available were waffles. The room seem old and dirty. They don't change towels due to being "green"
The location was probably our favourite Wasting the bars of soap every time the staff came into clean our room
There's a nice new section and an old section of the hotel. We were unaware of the that; our room was in the old section. The old section was more like a midrange motel than a hotel. Still a great deal for the price we payed
Central location, beautiful lobby, cleaning staff was very friendly Chick in counter person was not at all friendly. Took him about 45 minutes to find our reservation, didn't acknoledge our long wait, didn't check back with us to tell us it was taking him long, and gave us an attitude as if it were our fault he couldn't find the reservation.
Front desk staff was not very friendly, and rooms were dirty, but the worst thing was the bedbugs we found in both of our beds our second night there. We were moved to another room a few doors down in the middle of the night without even an apology from the staff. I brought it up to the front desk staff the next day and was completely blown off. I sent an email and the response was "Guest complaint. Have a wonderful day!" This hotel clearly has no interest in the well-being or comfort of it's guests. With so many other hotel options in Orlando, stay far, far away from this one!!
Almost everything Elevators accessibility with the card
Ubicacion muy buena, buen servicio es recomendable para pasar vacaciones y visitarar los parques pq Queda cerca de los diferentes atracciones. Deben incluir en el desayuno más obciones.
Pool is nice, great location There are two buildings; one is new and the other is in desperate need of updating. Sink handle fell of whilr washing my hands. Maintenance came in and put it back on telling me not to move it so much. There is no fan in the bathroom and parts of the celing and starting to come off. The AC unit is also extremely loud and does not cool the room. Be sure to request the new building cause the old one is terrible.
The room smelled so bad and the sheets were not clean Bad hotel
good location breakfast good and fulfilling staff accommodating clean well kept right on international drive walk to restaurants and attractions nothing
Clean. No noise. Asked for towels and they were brought up in less than fifteen minutes. Decent beds. Completely updated. Friendly staff. Private parking with security. Nothing
Nice hotel friendly staff clean. good location. Quiet
facilities were good, food is good and rooms are well appointed. Cabs and Uber do not know the location and are often confused and can't find it.
MA Should have ale included in happy hour at bar
The whole family love it,super clean and closed of everything, look forward stay there again!!
customer service was excellent and very friendly
1. the location (close to Universal Parks and surrounded by many restaurants and shopping plazas) 2. all of the staffs (friendly yet professional) Sometimes housekeeping would forget to fill toilet paper/kleenex etc. Overall cleanliness was just okay, some spots didn't seem clean (inside and outside of the rooms) The layout of the room was not very comfortable.
The magazine article about Rosen. The bed wasn't the most comfortable..
They took our reservation and our payment and confirmed it only to be told they overbooked and we had no room when we arrived. Too bad, I had stayed at a Rosen before and really liked it. Will never take the chance again.
We walked to Universal Studios each day. We were close to restaurants and stores. We took the shuttle back to the hotel each day.
The Receptionist at the front desk were very nice and very knowledgeable about the area and the check in was very quick and painless.
Good staff, very helpfull. The suite is extremely comfortable Good for people with car, otherwise you need taxi to go everywhere as it seems to be kind of far away from many attractions (Hollywood Universal Studios, and Disney. If you need a cab, you should call the front desk 30 minutes in advance because it take them forever to do so. I used to wait 45 minutes every time to get a cab!!! The wireless was not that fast though I paid $50 for my whole stay (1 week).
EVERYTHING ABOUT MY STAY WAS PRFECT! I LOVED IT!!
The deluxe 2 bedroom condo was great for 4 guests. It had all the amenities we needed. The rooms are a bit dated, but very clean. We were on the 19th floor with an awesome view, and had very easy access to the universal theme parks. The catch with the lower price listing on this booking was having to sit through a 4 hour timeshare presentation of West Gate. This was a bit disappointing since we ended up loosing half of a day of a 5 day family trip on something we were adament on not purchasing. Once all was said and done we had to improvise to complete the rest of our day, since it was to late to get a start on the activities we had actually planned for.
location Was not impressed that we had to listen to timeshare options...also felt cheated that they couldnt offer us the 100 dollars off our park tickets as we residents of the hotel,
It's close to everything - i-drive stops, 15 min walk to Universal and has free shuttle to Disney. The rooms are perfect for a family with a tv in each bedroom and the living area. The staff are completely unhelpful and will not give you any information unless it involves you buying something from them like timeshares or park tickets. For example on my first day I asked about the shuttle to Epcot, I was told I had missed it and that was it. I asked for a schedule and found out there was another bus an hour later.
The hotel was in an excellent location!!
I liked the location, nice property and pool . Comfy beds. I didn't like the timeshare representatives, I told them when I arrived I wasn't interested. Then the next morning my phone is ringing at 8:30 a.m. asking me when I would want to do lunch or breakfast!? Wtf? what ignorant a**holes! I did visit them in person and made my self clear. Other than that, no coffee in the room, and the maid only came to clean once of my 3 nights.
With free parking and scheduled theme park transfers I didn't have to worry about the car. Also in walking distance to many eating choices on international drive. Late check in 16:00 and early check-out 10:00 feel like only have room for a short time.
I LIKE THE SETTING IN THE ROOMS, IT WAS NICE TO HAVE THE SECOND BATHROOM FOR THE FAMILY.
I loved our room. It made me feel like I was at my own house. Nice resort and things to do. Loved it!!! I loved the view of the water and attractions from my room on the 11th floor. In the second room, I'd suggest another size bed than the twin beds. Maybe a full or queen size if you can't do a king in there too.
Great price very close to Universal Studios
very clean and the staff was very nice and the room was very spacious. super close to wet n wild and about 15 min walk to universal. our toliet didnt flush corectly had to flush three times for anything to go down. told the clerk and it still wasn't fix. and the breakfast was all carbs not one protien was there, just donuts cearal and toast.
Eveyrthing was fine The problem with this hotel is the continental breakfast being way too early.
The location was good. Start with the resort fee. This "ain't" no resort. The rooms are small and the air is heavy. Our clothes never dried out because of the humidity in the room. We had exactly one hand towel to the room because that's all they gave us each day. Finding our room was a chore if you did not know that odd and even room numbers are on opposite sides of the building or where the room numbers began because of the two buildings joining not sure which building we were in. The breakfast was pathetic. There was one choice of cold cereal, the other was nearly empty. The "hot" breakfast was cold little waffles. That's about it. No yogurt, nothing healthy. The free shuttle had exactly one outbound time to Disney and Universal and one return time for each. If you did not want to leave the parks early, before the fireworks, you would not have a ride back to the hotel. So driving to the theme parks, esp. Disney's was the only option. Overall I would've been happy to spend more money had I known and have a nicer experience. I will not return to this stingy hotel.
My tv got stuck on one Channel and couldn't change it
Close to parks and places to eat. Most within walking distance . Checking staff was very nice and prompt. The free breakfast is a joke and ends at 8am
The sunsol hotel location is the best location. We can easy access the trolley ride. Its also near to universal studio. Platinum buses will take you at universal studio. Need to add more things in breakfast menu like omlet boled egg etc.
Great Place, I will say here once again, the location is great Breakfast could be better, but is OK for the money
I rented two rooms, both with queen-sized beds for our short 2 day stay in Orlando. The location was amazing, putting almost in the midst of the attractions on International drive, yet far enough away that we were able to get a good nights rest without car lights blaring in through the windows and car horns sounding at all times of the night. The staff were friendly and personable and the rooms were rather spacious. There was a small issue with ants in one of the rooms, but nothing that was major. The rooms did not initially have enough washcloths for all 8 of us in our two rooms, but after making a quick call to the front desk, they delivered them to us in less than two minutes. The mattresses were super soft, which was not a major problem for any of us. Overall, the price was great and I would have no problems with returning to this hotel for future Orlando stays, nor would I hesitate to recommend this hotel to others! There, unfortunately, was no laundry room for guests to use. Instead they provided us with the number to a laundry service that charged $2.50 a pound to do your laundry. I would have much preferred to clean my own clothes, but to each his own.
The security For some reason, even though we had a room with 2 queen beds, and reserved it for two people, the hotel service insisted on leaving us only one wash cloth. Day 1 I had to go to the front desk to get more wash cloths. They were out of them so I had to get hand towels. Day 2, they had taken my extra hand towels that were neatly folded on the counter, and Day 3 I had to go back to the front desk. This was extremely frustrating to me. When you pay for a stay, towels and wash cloths should be supplied. We also needed to check out a day early. There are no early cancellations. We were giving plenty of notice, but we didn't get a refund at all. I didn't like that!!!
The view from the hotel to the city was nice. Pool was heated and clean and fun for kids. Bar located right next to pool and they bring it right to you. Clean towels at the pool area too. Check in lobby looks nice and clean. Room was modern and nice. Breakfast was not the best, microwaveable pancakes, toast, and cereal. My pillows smelled like someone had slept on them already.
well located. service is very bad, not recommend well located. service is very bad, not recommend
They didnt clean the rooms for three days, not even when requested. Front desk didn't care
Convinient location Quality of room, beds are too small for 2 people to sleep.listed on website for two beds for 4 people to stay, but uncomfortable twin size beds. Bathroom condition poor smells like molds in bathrooms. Insufficient supply of bath towels.
The hotel is good for the price and it's in a good location. The beds are comfortable. The shower is decent. The pool looks nice. The hotel needs some renovation. The carpet is worn and wasn't vacuumed before my stay. It has a slightly musty smell and they had a dehumidifier in my room. They charged an extra "facilities" fee when I checked in even though I wasn't planning to, and didn't, use any of the facilities.
Ok for the price. Needed to pay a $100.00 refundable deposit that would take more than two weeks before it will bet credited back to my account. In my opinion too long for the credit and that's was no information or notice about this charge.
It was clean, very close to Universal and an excellent value for the price The $100 dollar deposit was weird, but it dropped off of my bank account in a few days
The restaurant is great. There was roaches on the bed I couldn't sleep my last night there.
Bed was comfortable, Great location Plenty of parking Pool area is nice and clean Old and carpet was gross looking, lots of mystery stains Bathroom needs a facelift Bed blankets were old and ripped
The Staff weren't terribly rude when I made it clear I was not happy This was listed as a 3 star hotel. It clearly is not. I actually left and went to a Ramada that cost just about as much, and was way better. The place is really run down. They try to mask water damage or smoke smell with shampoo that makes the whole place smell really strongly, in a very bad way. I pulled back the covers on the bed and there was dirt on the sheets - not stains, actual pieces of dirt on the bed. Grout was filthy, things run down, it was just a really trashy place. The beds were terribly worn and uncomfortable.
Dirty hotel with a bunch of live and dead cockroaches. Unlivable condition.
For a Movie theme hotel. Their wasn't no movie channels. At least offer movies. Make no sense. They need to change their name.
close to parks price cheap rooms are just OK
There was mold everywhere, the mirrors had black streaks all over them. The ice machine did not work and the room smelled disgusting. The pictures of the "resort" online were nothing like what we stayed in. I would advise to never ever here. it is disgusting. Old, dingy and not worth the money.
The outside scenery Dirty hotel. (Blood stained bath tubs) (Motel 6 quality room) No shuttle to the airport.
Pool was big and nice Jacuzzi was awesome but needs more bubble jets Lots of things to do in walking distance Coffee Maker was missing parts and unusable Air conditioner was very loud but worked ok
The pool was really amazing, beds were nice, tvs were HD. Rooms were clean. The jacuzzi seemed kind of dirty and was extremely hot. The fitness center was nice to have. Just wish it was a little larger.
Great location, great rooms for the price
Location Beds and AC unit are terrible. Worst bed I have ever slept in.
We will definitely come back.
The price was the only good part but you get what you paid for. The website is deceiving because it shows the renovated tower and the rooms there. Carpet was dirty. Hallways had trash and filth. Room service only left 1 towel and no soap or shampoo after 1st night. Hotel is located close to resorts but is in the ghetto. Police had someone pulled over in the parking lot. Pool area was not cleaned with trash, plastic bags, teeth flossers, you name it--- it was there. Pay more money and stay somewhere else
We had cancelled flt booked room at the airport took cab over to the hotel which took 30mins, reservations were not received girl at the front desk said we had to come back in 2hrs didn't understand why and this was like 9pm on a Sunday nt??
Nothing would never stay here again No parking half parking lot under construction or used as storage, quest were parking on the lawn and medians. I reserved a single king size room got a double with queens, complained and was told we are all booked up and I could always come back the next afternoon and request a room change which I didn't have time to do. Shower had little to no pressure. Hallways and balconies were cluttered and dirty. Elevators slow. Just overall would ave had better service and time and value for my money if I had stayed at a motel 6
Staff made sure to get me a new room after the A/C didnt work. All the pictures of it online are bs. Everything is very outdated
A short distance from Universal Park, and only a few miles from Disney. The breakfast was very good and the room was very comfortable. The property was a little older for a Hampton, but still well kept and comfortable.
Confy beds, excellent Breakfast, nice clean rooms
I love their beds. Good breakfast. Nice staff. Tub was slow to drain.
nothing It is not what I have experienced at other Hampton inn
Great pool and free shuttle to major theme parks very handy Use of plastic cutlery & polystyrene plates in the breakfast area is not environmentally friendly! Bathroom fan extremely noisy and centrally controlled at odd hours. Advertised safety deposit box was not available during our entire stay - very small number of boxes available given the size of the hotel.
I really enjoyed the free shuttle bus to Universal Studios and that there were multiple times to choose from to leave and to return. I loved the choices of breakfasts I had each morning, and how the meat option was different each day. The staff was exceptional! I did not like that the shuttle bus showed up in a different location each day we were there. If there was a more designated area for the bus to stop at that would make it a little easier, especially since they only stay parked for a minute or two. I did not like the taste of the orange juice. It seemed very watered down.
Hidden fees!! Outdated rooms with torn up carpet and a broken shower with blood in it!! One washcloth!!
We came in late on Thursday before New Years. The lobby looked clean to me and I was tired so I just got our room key. We had a 2nd floor room all the way around which was fine. Once opening the door it was all gown hill from there. There was a smell when we walked in. The ceiling was peeling. The towels had been washed so many times they felt like sand paper. The sheets had staines so we slept in out clothes. The next morning I asked for more towels as we only got 2. We were left with the same dirty sheets. The TV did not work at all. The mattress springs were so cheap you heard them when turning in bed. But it was with in 5 to 6 minutes or universal and about 10 to Disney. Stay away from this hotel. To top it off got some kind of Bug bit that is spreading.
The staff assigned my room to someone else then somebody walked in my room while i waa watching tv
Nothing. Left after less than two hours. The room was absolutely disgusting and shady. The property is not safe. The bed sheets and blankets were covered with stains and I'm pretty sure there were probably bed bugs. The locks/doors were sketchy, the lighting flickered on and off the entire time I was there. Staff was rude, unfriendly and slow. After an hour, the bathroom ceiling started leaking so badly that we filled three trash bins with the water. Called maintenance/front desk multiple times and didn't get any help. Finally we just grabbed all our things, went to the front desk and checked out. TLDR; gross. Stains. Rain from the shower above. Lazy/unhelpful staff.
I felt unsafe in this area. Loud music and cars. Strangers that were not hotel guests were wandering around the facility late at night. It was a terrible experience, and I canceled my reservation the next day.
Closeness to attractions no Nothing
The first room they gave us smelled like someone had thrown up in the room and the floor hadn't been vacuumed. We asked for another room. It was clean, but both double beds were sagging and old. Towel rack was rusty and barely hanging onto the wall. The hotel was older and not well kept. Worst shower head I've ever seen! My daughter found a deal on for $41 per night. We would have rather paid more and been somewhere else.
Nothing at all The carpets were ripped and dusty and stains all over the place. The ceilings were also stained and basically falling apart. The entire room had a rancid odor of urine that could not be ignored and the bathroom was basically a dungeon. I have stayed in hotels that were not rated the best before and they have been manageable but this rooom was so bad that me and my girlfriend had to look at the room for five minutes and then immediately check out and cancel our reservation. DO NOT STAY HERE!!!!!
Bathroom was clean Bathroom was clean but when you come out just felt like taking another bath because the room wasn't nice at all
This place was absolute trash and so was the staff
In fact if there is lower than this rate I will give it . It is dirty, stinky, bed and towels have stains. The air-condition has a bad smell. They charge extra money for service!!! it overall not recommended for single or family. The service is bad. The room paint has stains. The bed is not comfortable. The bath if dirty. No soup in the bath, and when I ask they said that there is ???
Dirty outsite the building. Did not like anything
Nothing Everything it was not clean or nice or updated
I really loved the location! It is the absolute best! I have to say that even when I was skeptical, scared actually, because of all the horrifying reviews, I was gladly surprised with a very nice room, a spotless clean bathroom, and very fresh towels. As a person who has stayed in all types of hotels, this wasn't bad at all. But again, I wasn't going to sleep in or stay there all day or leave later because I wanted to be early for each park (which is highly recommended). The shuttle worked as a charm for the Disney and Sea World parks, because it leaves early if you, again, want to be there early before the parks open. If not, it's not convenient at all. I used it on the way to Disney and then hired someone to pick me up on the way back (otherwise you'll miss the fireworks/night shows). It's a matter of playing with it, being a complementary service I have absolutely no complains. Use something else if you want to go to the parks later, or at different times. For universal, the service is too late, just a heads up on that. Have a little budget for transportation. Don't believe those bad reviews, this place has everything you need when you spend the whole day out, it has restaurants all over, and a very convenient grocery store around the corner for whatever you need. They seem to be repairing all rooms little by little or at least that's what I saw, so good for them! Breakfast was OK. Get it early. The pool area is cute, seemed clean, never really used it. I saw one roach, no big deal. But they should take care of that because when there's one... Check in and check out was very quick and easy. I think the Breakfast can be improved, I don't think adding some fruit or eggs can increase their costs. I was OK with the breakfast, but it can be better. The breakfast room can be a little nicer, even when the lady who organizes it was very nice and polite (contrary to some bad things people said on reviews). The carpet of my room did smell somewhat funny and maybe because of the color, I wasn't very comfortable stepping on it on my bare feet. Maybe it was just my impression. It didn't seem dirty though. When it comes to cleanliness, it was clean overall, but they need to work on their smells, I'm pretty sure some maintenance on the carpets can help considerably. Being a low cost hotel, you will see some strange people and interesting characters, but I didn't feel in danger or at risk at any time. No need to worry. I also don't believe this is a hotel for small children or babies. WiFi can be better also, the speed varied during my days there, but it works if you want to keep in touch with your loved ones, for faster things/connection, go to the lobby, but it shouldn't be like that.
Nothing Hotel had no heat. They told me no hotels in Florida had heat. That of course was a lie. Rooms were dirty. Other guests made it unsafe. Terrible place to stay. I had to change hotels at midnight it was so bad.
It was cheap Very bad smell in the room, TV was really fuzzy
I appreciated the friendly customer service. They let us store our bags after check out while we had a few hours to explore. The actual room was clean and comfortable. It was a great place to stay when you are planning on adventuring around the area. I did not like that the room keys only ever seemed to work one time. The bathroom was leaking and a mess. The tub took forever to drain which is a bummer when multiple people wanted to shower before leaving. We made it work but at least there was hot water.
Loved the price and location. Walking distance to everything. Free shuttles to parks. No shuttle to airport. Cab cost almost $50.
Location the hair dryer didn't work, the toilet had a very loud and annoying noise , poor cleaning, simple breakfast but for the price you pay it was good.
The keys didn't work, despite three re-keyings by the front desk. And, the locked gate near the back didn't work, so we could not get to our room right next to that gate and had to walk all the way around to the front, and then go back to open it from the inside and prop it open. But someone removed the prop, so it remained locked. The front desk was aware of this lock not working, but had no solutions for us and didn't mention it when they first suggested we go park there and use the gate to get to our room. The breakfast in the courtyard required walking outside to get to it, so we got wet in the rain.
The one thing that I appreciated about the hotel was the location. Is 5 min away from Universal Orlando. We had to keep unplugging the toilet because it wouldn't feel out again once you flushed. The bathtub was not completely clean. We stayed for two nights and the bed was only half done when we came back on our second day. You either do it or don't.
Good area, easy to find and to get to. Beds are of nice size, and there is a dorm room sized fridge in the room that does work well. And it was nice and quiet in the rooms. The most annoying part is the bad wi-fi most of the time I couldn't watch youtube and sites would be very slow to load, plus I only got one or two bars at best in my room. I also did do their "speed boost" thing and then I could sometimes get it so I could let YouTube buffer for a bit then watch something but it was still a pain. Parking was a nightmare if arriving late in the day. My room view was only of another wall a few feet away from the window, but I can give it a pass on that as didn't pick this place for the view and it did bring in plenty of natural light during the day. Also bar/restaurant thing in the middle always looked closed, the free breakfast ended way to early, also had to walk outside through the courtyard not even any overhang and eat outside. Which was fine on dry warm days. but when it's a cold morning or especially if it's raining it makes it hard to get the breakfast.
Nothing at all like the pics. I asked about their indoor/outdoor bar seen in the pics and she had no idea what I was talking about.
The location was excellent, Within walking distance to Universal Studios and a short drive to nearby outlet malls Cleaning staff does not do a very thorough job. Upon checking in we found an old bottle under the sofa and old opened pieces of candy in the floor. Suites was a little on the small side for a family of four with a 16 and 18 year old.
Overall I truly enjoyed my stay. I was there for 20 nights and the staff was friendly, the room very clean and it was nice and quiet inside the room. This is great value for money and I will be back.
Front desk staff were top notch -- very friendly, accommodating, and funny!
The hotel was very nice with a bar and swimming pool outside, where we could have a beer and relax after a long day in any of the theme parks. It's a 5 minute drive from the gates of Universal Studios, and the Wet 'N' Wild theme park is within walking distance. If we're coming back to Orlando we will stay at this hotel again.
good breakfast, not far from universal park nothing
The staff was very accomadating, I always try to stay at Hilton properties because I feel comfortable that I will have no problems: best accomadations ( the beds). None
Customer service was outstanding! the rooms was Very nice!
Location and staff were the best The bed, the exact bad you wouldn't want with a bad back
good Location, quiet hotel, near Ihop and denny's clean room, staff helpful, complimentary internet, also possibilities to fax or print, small convenience possibilities, during week newspaper, enough parking lots, can enter hotel in different ways with key, so secure. walking distance wet and wild, near to interstate 4. breakfast can be included
Service Colin and Libby rock that tiki bar every night, great service, great times!
Location and rooms were ok. Breakfast was not very good, just a couple of items.
Friendly personell, breakfast sufficient, big pool Rooms smell of smoke, even the nonsmoker-rooms. I assume, guests didn't pay attention to the rules of nonsmoking.
Clean confort location Breakfast
Not just value for money but far more comfortable than expected. I will surely come again and recommend to friends.
There is a good bar around the corner. Good and cheap food in the Dennys next door The room had a funny smell. The heater smoked and set off the fire alarm. The preferred partner pizza delivery company had never heard of the hotel despite taking our order. 90 minute wait for the delivery resulting in a canceled order and a quick visit to the aforementioned Dennys for take away.
staff were very polite. Note 100% for the cleaners. They are very polite The smell. I know it is hard but that was the first impression while walking to my room. The hallways and the rooms smell very old. Other than this, everything is terrific
Good room,nice view,good services Nothing
Close to all facilities
The location is good. The room are well appointed and the bed is comfortable and welcoming. It was a good value and the visual appeal of the room was fine but could not cover an overall dampness and unappealing aroma.
The comfort of the beds. Location to International Drive.
Nice, clean, great location, breakfast is really good, rooms clean and comfortable
It's your basic hotel. Great location to get to Orlando studios and plenty of cute things to do close to the hotel. Hotel needs to be updated as well as the rooms. No games room.
The location is great if you're going to universal or want to do things on international drive. The free shuttle to universal is helpful. Mini golf right next to hotel was fun. The place listed they had a pool bar which wasn't even open or in use the whole week we stayed. The room is not what the pictures look like. We booked a king size bed and got two queens. Just a blah hotel. If you're going on a vacation I wouldn't recommend this hotel. Breakfast not included also. Basically my boyfriend and I were a little disappointed. The pictures online and description don't even measure up to what we stayed in. Unfortunately, probably never going back.
STAFF THE ROOM CABINET DOOR HAD SOME PROBLEM.ACTUALL IT CAME OUT OF THE SLOT. WAS NOT PUT IN PLACE DURING OUR 5 DAY STAY.
Very out dated.
Nothing Customer service, cleanliness, and smell was terrible
Breakfast was good. Staff was helpful Out dated bathroom. In dire need of remodeling. Needs a little more maintenance
Free parking was nice and it was about a 20 minute leisurely walk to Universal Studios. You can purchase Universal tickets from the desk in the lobby which will save some time at the gate. It had a mini fridge & microwave which would probably be very convenient if you were staying more than a night unlike we were. Breakfast was reasonably priced, but the food was just ok, nothing special. IHOP & Denny's are both next door if you need a late night fix or some cheaper eats. Not sure how they can get away with charging a resort fee as this is not a resort hotel. As a SPG Gold member, I was given a room that faced southwest overlooking a grand parking lot. Lobby was always packed with people and only had one person working the front desk. Our room had no shampoo or conditioner in the dispensers... called down to the front desk a half dozen times and nobody ever answered... the phone calls just went into a queue and eventually disconnected. There was no way to call housekeeping directly. Luckily one of my friends had a sample sized shampoo which we all shared. Glad we were only staying one night here as I probably wouldn't stay here again.
Dirty, smelly (no ventilation), large dead insect on floor, sticky carpet, old bed. Four Points should be ashamed... this is at best a bad motel.
The location is great if you're going to universal. The staff was friendly as well but other than that nothing was impressive about the hotel. The hotel at least in the photos appears much brighter and more modern than it actually is. The room reminded me of something you'd see in any old motel and the beds were noisy and cheap feeling. Our room was not very clean, there were spots on some of the linens, hairs stuck to the shower wall (from before we arrived) that never got cleaned in the 4 days that housekeeping supposedly cleaned the room while we were out. They charge you a convenience fee for the water/coffee in the room, parking, wifi etc, which would have been fine with us but they failed to replenish the water or coffee after the first day as the card in the room promised. Lastly the elevators were in poor repair, once I had to pry the door open to get out, the key card stopped working twice in the first 2 days for the room door, and the hotel "restaurant" isn't really more than a simple buffet. Luckily Hash House is just down the street, go there for breakfast. I was pretty disappointed in this Four Points as I've stayed at some in the past I really liked. As you can see there was a lot that went wrong, I'm not a picky person but it adds up.
