Very helpful and obliging receptionist.
Our hotel was such a bargain - very clean (if basic) room, great location and lovely helpful staff. Too hot - even though there was snow on the ground outside, we had to have the window wide open constantly!
A good overnight stay when travelling. The room was adequate and very clean. The receptionist (who did everything...cleaned rooms etc) was extremely pleasant. Good value! The mattress was rather uncomfortable and has seen better days! The breakfast was disappointing although the croissants were delicious.
The hotel is in a very scenic mountain town and is centrally located. The hotel is divided into two parts. One part has a dining room, cafe and reliabe wifi. The other has a pool but no wifi. I would have preferred staying the first part but they put us in the second and due to our late arrival and inability to communicate with the staff that only spoke French, I couldn't facilitate a swtich.
it could be 3star hotel, not only 2star! really nice. I'd recommend it for families with child too!!
Very friendly and efficient staff. Dinner at the restaurant was excellent, and the breakfast was fine. The rooms are somewhat "worn" and basic, but the cafe, restaurant and family run atmosphere helped make out stay very pleasant indeed.
the service was amazing. from the front desk staff to the waiters they were all super friendly, polite and efficient. i also really liked the decor of the hotel we booked 2 double, non-smoking rooms. we got 1 double room and room with 2 single beds. one of the rooms smelled like an ashtray.
Rooms were well heated, plenty of hot water, restaurant excellent, quiet. Only 5 channels on the tv
Friendly staff. Good location. Very pleasent use of sister hotel's swimming pool and sauna. Excellent dining at the hotel. Very good value. Room could possibly have done with redecorating.
The restaurant and style of room . No
Excellent value all round, good service and great value meals in Brasserie in the evening.
Helpful & welcoming. Good interesting food. Convenient if you have a car. We wanted to go on Le petit train jeun (not working that day) so had to walk 1,5 km from the station, not too bad in the sun with rolling cases.
We enjoyed the owners who were incredibly helpful booking our next two nights on the road. The husband is an excellent chef and our dinner there was out of this world!
The owners were extremely hospitable - service and food were excellent; however, the gourmet menu (evenings), did not cater for 'light' meals or for vegetarians. Menu was fine for one night stay, wine was very reasonably priced - nowhere else to eat within walking distance.
