Rooms fine. Staff excellent and breakfast reasonable. Unfortunately the Manager of the restaurant attached to the hotel treated us very rudely when we wanted to eat only a small meal there.
Staff friendly No restaurant open, poor breakfast selection, hotel lacked character
Room is comfortable and has satellite TV. TV set is very small.
very good location, excellent restaurant no
Personal attitude and excelent service! Professional staff fluently speaking English and being able to find answers to different questions. The best service among 5 hotels during our staying in Italy.
We found this a convenient place to stay for our visit to Mantova and it was clean and modern. Staff was very helpful Noise from kitchen on interior rooms from street on exterior room we changed to.
everything was fine and the personnel thanks god was speaking english which is not very often met in a rural Italy maybe there should be some changes in the breakfast menu
good brekfast, hotel staff
Quiet, easy to find, spacious, modern The restaurant food was mediocre, but limited opportunities in the vicinity.
Clean, spacious modern rooms, good inhouse restaurant with broad menu, ample parking space. Swimming pool closed for maintenance, no information on the hotel and services in the rooms. Internet not for free.
Simply the best hotel by far from the whole of the Verona region. I have been traveling to this part of the world for buisness for the past year and I have tried many hotels. The staff are the friendliest bunch of people you are ever likely to meet and this hotel is topnotch on all fronts. Excellent restaurant, the hotel opened in March/April 2009, so very modern and very clean rooms, the only downside is its isolated location. But this is no problem if you have a hire car, as the road network in this area is good. I have stayed there quite a few times now, and I hope to return there quite a few times more! The Wifi internet was free in 2009, now you have to pay. What a shame!
