10.0 Excellent
Pros: Very friendly and helpful staff, elegant surroundings, good breakfast and good central location. Quiet and peaceful room.
Cons: We didn't like leaving.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Breakfast was good and location excellent! Also room was nice.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Great location. Great hosts
8.3 Excellent
Pros: The location is really good everything is within walking distance, we didn’t need to take any public transportation. The staff are very nice, friendly and accommodating. We came an hour earlier than our check in time and Roberta checked us in as soon as the room was ready. She helped us to book some tour as well so happy with the service.
Cons: There was an issue with our shower head, the water wasn’t coming from the head but the side. This happened Saturday evening and Sunday they didn’t have any maintenance in house. It was temporary fixed but not really convenient for the guest to have this problem summer time and not have any person in the property to fix the problem. The bathroom has a drainage issue as well. Regarding the breakfast don’t have big expectations.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Perfect location, nice and clean rooms, good communication :)
9.5 Excellent
Pros: The staff was really nice! We arrived early and were able to leave our bags at the hotel while we toured part of the city. While we were out, I sprained my foot and the lady who checked us in voluntarily brought me ice and an ice pack for my foot! The breakfast the next morning was very good also.
Cons: The signage is not easy to spot. If we had not been dropped off directly by a hired driver, I am not sure we would have found it. In fact after being out touring in the city when we walked back we passed by the now closed entry door. (There are several doors which look to same along this building/street.) When we back tracked, we finally found the name above the buzzer for entry. This is not a true criticism - just a warning for future customers.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Fabulous place to stay, very central location in an incredible old building. We got a great welcome from Roberta, who was very helpful with directions etc. The family room was spacious, clean and comfortable, and breakfast was served by 5 star chef Yolande!! Highly recommended.
9.5 Excellent
Pros: Very central and staff where so nice. Walking distance to also every where. Rooms where basic but has all you needed.
Cons: Only thing I didn’t like is you have to lock the door when you come in at night and after 8pm as there is no one available at reception.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Staff is lovely, helpful, fun, and very welcoming. Great location and the building is a typical Neapolitan one with a charming inner-court and staircase, I loved it. Breakfast is also good for a guesthouse and served very nicely.
Cons: Lights in the bathroom are quite cold which makes it something uncomfortable. A warmer shade of white for the LEDs would help.

Pros: The lovely caring staff, the stunning hotel & the Gluten Free Breakfast!
Cons: Absolutely nothing!
10.0 Excellent
Pros: This is a great hotel outside of Naples, and a great value for the price. I had a room on the ground level, just past the front desk. Accommodations were clean. The breakfast room in the garden was a absolute perfect way to start the day. The pool area is a great place to spend a few hours if you have some time to kill. There is a grocery store close by which makes stocking up on water and snacks very convenient. We had rented a vehicle which made the private parking very appreciated. It was reasonably close to Naples and other places of interest.
9.3 Excellent
Pros: Excellent
Cons: Very long way from car park to rooms because gates in access fence were locked at all times.
10.0 Excellent

Cons: Coffee not traditional Italian coffee as you would expect

10.0 Excellent
Pros: Location was ideal
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Excellent Location, lovely room, staff were very helpful. We would stay again.
Cons: Breakfast could have been slightly better - more variety of cooked items and nicer bread for toast.
8.3 Excellent
Pros: Location was stunning. Our room was spacious, comfortable, with a beautiful view.
Cons: Not applicable.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Our room was superb, fourth floor centre of the hotel looking directly out into the Bay of Naples. Small balcony, enough to stand on to admire the view. Massive double bed, comfortable, clean with fresh linen every day. Bathroom was outstanding, toiletries supplied in keeping with a top class hotel, brilliant shower. Air-conditioning in room was exactly right for the time of year (July), temperatures when we were out were around 32-34°C with little or no breeze so if you're doing the normal Naples experiences (Vesuvius, Pompeii, Sorrento, Rome etc) you need to come into a nice cool room. Breakfast was very good, wide choice - scrambled egg, bacon and hot dog sausage? Also pastries, yogurts, cereals, cheeses, meats, cakes and surprisingly carrots and green beans! They make the very best coffee, ask for coffee with warm milk. Fantastic location, there's a lot available within around a mile but the metro gives you great access to everything else - use the the metro on via Toledo, it's about 15 mins from the hotel. We used room service - ordered club sandwiches I'd recommend them.
Cons: There was no kettle in the room and the hotel charged for bottled water which was in a minibar. Given that a six pack of water is less than €2 surely the hotel could afford to give guests a free bottle of water every day?
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The room was small but very well equipped! The breakfast was delicious and the manager even prepared a breakfast box for us to take on an early morning outing!
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Comfortable rooms
Cons: Nothing exceptional stay
6.3 Good
Pros: Nice location near many small fish restaurants
Cons: No smiles anywhere in the hotel ! Hammering in the hall that lasted one hour despite 4 calls to complain... and no apologies Tiny tiny bathroom (505)
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Well located hotel on waterfront, newly decorated, very comfortable rooms, helpful staff
Cons: Nothing. We both liked everything
7.7 Good
Pros: Triple was a great size for 3. They gave us a boxed breakfast to go as we left very early in the morning for a flight. Only stayed 1 night, but it was in a great location. Near lots of restaurants.
Cons: They need magnifying mirror in bathroom
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Location was perfect

10.0 Excellent
Pros: Excellent breakfast and clean air conditioned room
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Well presented Boutique Hotel in a great location.
5.0 Okay
Cons: Breakfast could have been better. The eggs were dry. The knob on the door broke on my way out. There weren’t really many amenities. I could hear the entire road from my room. I could barely sleep with ambulances, people talking, and car horns outside my window every night. The room was very bare. The area isn’t the best. The cancelation policy is very restrictive. I was traveling for business and very sleep deprived. It exactly the best recipe for exceptional client service.

The hotel is very close to many places of interest and to visit; 1) 100 meters from the Maschio Angioino castle, Piazza Municipio. 2) 200 meters from the San Carlo Theater, Principe Umberto Gallery, Piazza Plebiscito, Toledo Station. 3) 300 meters from the mergellina waterfront, Piazza Del Gesù.
6.8 Good
Pros: It was a clean and nicely decorated room with a good location.
Cons: It’s not a hotel because not easy to find people at desk. We had to wait a lot before check in, despite our arrival time was communicated before. It’s rather a guest rooms, doesn’t give you facilites of an hotel. In the building you have to pay 10 cents each time for the elevator, it’s a bit stressfull.
7.0 Good
Pros: The staff are fantastic, extremely helpful, just excellent! The rooms very spacious, very comfortable and clean. The location of Barbarella Suits is excellent and in walking distance to all major sightseeing places and to the sea side!
Cons: I didn’t like the fact that Reception is in the corridor meaning that at 9 AM you will hear people arriving/checking-in/checking-out - it gets noisy - not in all rooms but in some.
9.3 Excellent
Pros: Very clean with great facilities and super helpful staff
Cons: The elevator requires €10c each time you use it during working hours - very strange and inconvenient if you don’t have change
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Good location close to shopping street, restaurants and fairly close to old town. The room was clean and spacious, with a balcony. No noise from any neighbors. Comfortable bed. Hotel provided coins for the elevator (only needed during working hours). Staff was very friendly and accommodating.
Cons: None of these are big negatives, just comments rather: I thought the 'king room' would have a king size bed, but it was an italian queen (ca. 160x190cm) rather, so I misunderstood that. Cleaning was pretty thorough, more than necessary: the cleaning staff moved some belongings into drawers or onto shelves, for which there was no need really. We were here when it was quite windy and there was a lot of noise from shutters on the building and opposite buildings; but I do not think the hotel would be able to do anything about that, and it is probably not so typical for Naples. There was also not a thick blanket/duvet, but there was room-controllable heating so it was not a big deal, just a thought for the hotel that they could save some energy/money by providing a blanket/duvet instead. Bathroom could benefit from a hook or two on the wall to hang used towels.
6.8 Good
Cons: It wasnt as advertised. This is more of a block of apartments with a floor of suites. Not the simplest to find and not a hotel or what you would usually expect for suites. The images arent exactly as shown. However the staff where extremely pleasant and where it not for that I would
8.8 Excellent
Pros: The property is located in an amazing spot to have a walk around through the shops and the city centre during the night. The staff was absolutely friendly and available to help us with the facilities in the room.
Cons: There isn’t any parking space. I understand the location but maybe the value of the actual room compared to the price is a bit excessive (maybe to include the mini bar in the price?)
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Perfect really
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Perfect hospitality!
Cons: Nothing!
8.3 Excellent
Pros: Luca was a terrific and responsive property owner. He made sure our stay went well. Everything was very clean inside.
Cons: We were unaware that the suites were part of a floor of a building that had other businesses and offices.
7.0 Good
Pros: Location was near the subway station.staff was very polite and friendly. I guess this was formally apartment renovated to the hotel.
Cons: Shower was in the toilet room without any partition. I’ve never seen such a design.
Eurostars Excelsior - Naples - Building
7
8.8 Excellent (3,073 reviews)
Overview Reviews
The Excelsior Hotel is the historical luxury hotel on the seafront of Naples, facing Castel Dell'Ovo. It offers splendid rooms with panoramic views of the Gulf of Naples. The roof-garden restaurant "La Terrazza" offers an excelent cuisine with breathtaking views.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: The bed was a bit hard for me but the room and bathroom were very roomy. The shower water temperature was way too hot for me. After being out and about all day in the July heat and humidity I would have liked to have a cooler shower. The hotel staff tried to adjust it but it was still too hot. Took a cool bath instead.
Cons: Beautiful terrace for dining and drinks but was closed some evenings for private events. Another terrace, Sky Terrace, is only opened when the other one is closed but there were a couple of nights when both were closed. As a paying guest I did not like having to leave the hotel for a drink or food.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Location
Cons: Check in y check out un poco lento
9.3 Excellent
Pros: Ancient but extremely well kept to shape... All details are from legacy times. You really feel you are staying in a small palace from the mid 1900...all brass and wood works are amazing
Cons: That the lobby is not live and no service...may be it is because we are in August
7.0 Good
Pros: Extremely expensive and not worthy. Better go have breakfast a few blocks away. More then 30 euros per person.
Cons: Breakfast included.
9.5 Excellent
Pros: Very enjoyable stay in this hotel with an excellent rooftop restaurant/bar, large rooms and beautiful views. The location on the seaside near the centre of Naples is ideal. This hotel is really a 5 star establishment.
Cons: The only little issue is the traffic in Naples is terrible this year and you have certainly to deal with traffic jams to arrive at the hotel.
9.5 Excellent
Pros: Great location, elegant hotel, clean and very comfy rooms, amazing view from the rooftop plus a special bonus - The Sopranos filmed one of their chapters there :)
Cons: Not that modern
6.2 Good
Cons: They implied that breakfast was included then we got whacked for 27 a head on breakfast. Most expensive muffin I ever ate
9.3 Excellent
Pros: Great location, good pricing
Cons: That’s a shame that the day we arrive the rooftop was privatised for a wedding (it would have been great that the hotel let us know before)
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Sacrifice small accommodations for central location than this hotel is OK. Great breakfast buffet
Cons: Shower was really small
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The hotel was in a fantastic location. Stunning view and elegant hotel and we loved the rooftop garden.
9.7 Excellent
Cons: The bed was not comfortable and the walls were thin. A lot of noise at midnight

Cons: The whole experience of staying. Absolutely prime location

8.8 Excellent
Pros: Great location, just off via toledo. Very close to all the shops and many restaurants. Breakfast buffet was lovely and they even had gluten free options! The breakfast was on the ninth floor with great views of Naples! Room was clean and nicely decorated and staff were very helpful. Restaurant food was nice but very limited options. I would definitely stay here again if I come back to Naples!
Cons: We booked a triple room and when we checked in, there was only one double bed and a sofa, which wasn’t made up. We had to ask reception to send someone up to make up a third bed. We then realised they had not left any pillows for the third bed! It was sorted quite quickly and they sent us some pastries for the inconvenience. However, it would have been better to arrive with the bed already made given that we booked a triple room!
9.3 Excellent
Pros: Lovely room the bed was huge, really good choice for breakfast, staff very helpful.

For a surcharge, guests may use a roundtrip airport shuttle (available 24 hours) and a cruise ship terminal shuttle.
7.5 Good
Pros: The host and her staff were absolutely wonderful people willing to try their best to make our four day stay pleasant. The location in the heart of old Naples (Centro Storico, just off via Tribunali) is exceptional if you like being in the gritty center of the action, which we do. Not near any Metro stops, one must walk in either direction to catch the Metro, but buses are near. We stayed in room "0" which is a huge double room with a bedroom area adjacent to a sitting area. On hot July days this was a beautiful air-conditioned respite away from the busy neighborhood and city.
Cons: Unfortunately, I must say I was very disappointed in the WIFI. In today's world, many travelers depend on being connected to internet for the varied tasks they encounter. The walls to this building are very thick, using your data is a poor option, so WIFI is important. Mentioned several times to the staff, the WIFI in the room never worked properly to hold a connection, therefore I would have to take my devices out into the lobby/office area to work. The WIFI was never repaired. This is unfortunate and unacceptable since this would have improved our stay. Secondly, in this room their is not an adequate shower. Their is a huge jetted jacuzzi tub which has a shower head wand, however, standing up in the jacuzzi tub is neither easy for showering or safe as your feet stand on a slippery, "wavy" surface. (To be honest, we were given an option to look at a different room prior to choosing room "0", but we liked the roominess of the room and the air conditioner, yet had not experienced the poor WIFI or shower at that point. Finally, although the staff tried their best, the breakfast buffet was limited. Price included breakfast, so one can't complain too much but more fruits could be offered as an improvement, for example. Pastries, packaged meats and plastic-wrapped cheese, and coffee were offered.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Everything was perfect
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Perfect location the staff is very good and kind, Gabriella was so helpful and nice
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Very friendly and helpful personal. The large room was always super clean and the breakfast a really traditional good italian breakfast (not the cheap standard breakfast like in a lot other hotels). We can only highly recomend the stay there and we will definitly come back!
Cons: The outside from the building looks not good and the side street where it is located neither, but the inside is super clean and beautiful renovated.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: We spent just one night there because our flight next day was early. We had 2 rooms, both of which had beautiful bathrooms. One of the rooms had a balcony overlooking the street. Obviously, in such a central location, it was very loud, but good windows plus earplugs did the trick. The B&B arranged a taxi to the airport for us, which was great.
Cons: We had paid for 2 triple rooms, each with a double bed and a couch. No bedlinen was provided for the couches as they claimed we had only paid for 2 double rooms. Since it was only for 1 night, we didn't bother arguing and got bedclothes and made up the couch beds ourselves.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The room and bathroom were both very clean, and the room had a balcony with view to Via dei Tribunali. Very good location. About 20 min away from Molo Beverello and Garibaldi train station (different directions). The staff was super friendly and accessible! They let us leave our stuff there after check out. The breakfast was okay, very basic but enough to get us through the morning, nice coffee. We would definitely stay here again.
8.3 Excellent
Pros: A good location in the historical center of napoles, close to everything, good welcome from the owner.
Cons: We stayed two nights, we didn’t receive the room cleaning service..
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Nice guest house, perfect location in the center of the old town. Hosts were very pleasant, but unfortunately they don't speak English at all. Room is spacious, bad is big. Breakfasts were simple, but tasty.
Cons: Very cold stone floor. There was no toilet lid at the bathroom.
9.3 Excellent
Pros: Comfortable bed and suuuuper nice staff. The ladies made our weekend trip memorable <3 Location is perfect in the middle of Napels' old center.
Cons: WiFi wasn't working when we were there, but who spends their nights on Netflix anyway when you can eat PIZZA?
3.0 Mediocre
Pros: not a lot
Cons: Rough area difficult to find not accessible by car

Pros: Everything else. Lovely dmall hotel. Excellent rooftop for a late nite drink.

5.8 Okay
Pros: The breakfasts were great on the lovely terrace . Many thanks the concierge for the recommendation of great restaurants for dinner.
Cons: The hotel is located on a dirty street with an ugly view , the room are small enough and not comfortable . Michelin restaurant located in the hotel disappointed us with both food and service.
6.0 Good
Pros: Hotel was nice- Modern and up to date
Cons: The neighborhood was terrible= Naples looked like it was rundown with crime from where this hotel was situated. The room was small and somehow, the shower opened directly to the bed. The lights in the room were on a sensor- so if you are showering and not moving, the lights shut off within 60 seconds. on my high standard, the hotel was essentially built to try and be a 5star, but failed to get there. the beds were terrible as well- 5 star hotel, i expect a queen or a king bed that is not a stiff European bed on a board. If you want a 5star luxury hotel, its not that. But it was nice.
7.0 Good
Pros: Spaet var nydelig . God frokost , Nice pool . Did not like the raw prawns on the michelin restaurant nor the red müllet. No taste. Ok beds a bit hard . Very good dawn duvait./ sheets.
Cons: Dissapointed about the Michelin food but all orher were very good
7.0 Good
Pros: Our suite was wonderful- light, airy and very clean with super facilities. The staff were friendly and helpful-nothing was too much bother.
Cons: The light switches and curtain switches took a while to get used to as there were so many of them! There were no instructions given until the last evening. Complimentary chocolates given had some missing- it’s the care of the little things which matter. The breakfast was a little disappointing for a five star hotel. Not the best.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Great location, good service and wonderful food
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Friendly staff and service, and with the metro nearby, this location will benperfect.
Cons: Room service food was a little cold and pasta under done. On a whole though it was good.
9.1 Excellent
Pros: The Romeo is an upscale, eclectic hotel, near the waterfront in Naples. The service is generally excellent, and the rooftop pool is unusual and not to be missed. The rooms are high tech, perhaps too much so.
Cons: The overnight shift at the front desk could use some retraining - indifference seems to be the primary attitude. Naples itself seems safe and is a vibrant city, but it sure is dirty and needs routine litter pick up and infrastructure maintenance.
6.3 Good
Pros: Comfortable beds , big soft pillows and spa access
Cons: Tries too hard to be “ hip”. Everything is a gadget and not always beneficial. The small pool and decking area is welcome in the heat of summer but the road noise is phenomenal and views of dockland unappealing
9.3 Excellent
Pros: Very nice hotel, staff are extremely helpful and friendly and spoke very good English. Small rooftop pool is amazing with a lovely view over the bay and Vesuvius in the distance. Breakfast was very good (but perhaps a little expensive at €40 per person if you don't eat a lot) and also had a lovely view. Hotel lobby bar seemed nice - there was a very good live pianist on the Saturday evening. Rooms are well appointed and comfortable - I booked a harbour view room which was worth the extra cost to see the boats come and go. The location of the hotel is great for the port and waterfront, but it is around a 15 minute walk (largely uphill) to get into the centre of the city. I didn't use the spa, but I did make use of its changing room / shower before my late evening flight. Would definitely stay again.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The room,the bar,swimming pool
9.3 Excellent
Pros: Amazing Staff, amazing Room! Thank you...
9.3 Excellent
Pros: Loved the view of Vesuvius from the pool and restaurant. Loved the enormous amazing pillows on the bed. Loved that the spa had features to enjoy without booking a treatment and loved the gym. Very clean, interesting decor, plenty of places to hang out.
Cons: It is very expensive relative to other properties in Naples. More than twice any other hotel.

Pros: In amongst it all. Got to know real Naples. Right on the old town, had your own space amongst all the noise and mayhem. Good Wi-Fi. clean, functional with great host. Make sure you call her ahead of arrival.
Cons: Very noisy day and night but that's Naples. Cars/motorbikes/people/horns - city life. I expected it, wasn't disappointed. Brilliant
7.5 Good
Pros: Quite spacious room, close to city centre and railways stations which makes your trip to Pompei or Vesuvius easy.
Cons: Noise from the street, AC could work better.
8.3 Excellent
Pros: Staff was friendly, breakfast was good with great cappuccino, location was very good, close to both train stations
Cons: Outside traffic noise was bad most of the night. Upon checkout, realized that there was big gap under the door leading to the balcony. Maybe this could be filled or covered with something to help alleviate the traffic noise.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: The host was very friendly and hospitable. Area is within a walking distance from the train station and very close to da michelle pizza.
Cons: Area can get a bit noisy at times, however I feel like it is the same for most of Naples
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Its Good

9.3 Excellent
Pros: Location
Cons: Old towels and room temperature
8.3 Excellent
Pros: Generally soft colours and nice (vintage) photos and drawings on the walls. Bed comfy. Breakfast was excellent.
Cons: Small detail: the TV. I didn't find any main channel - Italian or other - like RAI Uno (or Mediaset). But anyway I wasn't there to watch the telly.
10.0 Excellent

7.0 Good
Pros: Great Negroni. Lovely rooftop views.
9.3 Excellent
Pros: Una hotel is an oasis in a frenetic busy city. The hotel was very comfortable and relaxing. La calazione era Optima.
Cons: We had to leave early because of the possibility of a strike.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Nice room, if small. Very nice breakfast and bar area on the top floor.
Cons: The location on Piazza Garibaldi is convenient but has its drawbacks, number one being the loud and crazy traffic. The windows are good at blocking almost all the noise, but some gets through.
7.0 Good
Pros: the rooftop lounge has a great view and is a nice place to sit in morning or evening
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The hotel was in a great location... right near the train station...very present staff... roof top bar and restaurant was wonderful... dinner was also very good along with the service... room very clean and modern...I would highly recommend especially if you have to get a train to another city the following day.
Cons: There was nothing I did not like!
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The staff were great, prompt check in & check out. Efficient & helpful with questions, polite. Excellent customer service! Superb breakfast - the best I’ve ever had at a hotel. Fantastic!
Cons: Nothing
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The hotel is a great oasis in the heart of the city. Starting with the professional and friendly reception at the front desk to the excellent service and food in the restaurant. The breakfast buffet is the best I have had while traveling this summer, (2 months, 15 hotels). Dinner on the rooftop is also great! This is the third time I have chosen to make Hotel Una my home base while in Napoli. The rooms are well appointed, clean and comfortable- check out the "pillow wow" - they're also super quiet, with great air conditioning and all the toiletries you need. If it's not in your room, just ask!
Cons: Nothing!
9.3 Excellent
Pros: Staff very attentive, friendly and helpful. Roof terrace is gorgeous, and a perfect oasis in Naples.
Cons: Pillows were a bit uncomfortable, this was minor, but a second set of pillows would have been a lovely addition to the rooms
9.3 Excellent
Pros: Very easy to navigate
Cons: Terrance
9.5 Excellent
Pros: Welcoming helpful staff. Breakfast was great along with the rooftop bar. Great location for a very quick 2 day/1 night stay and chosen due to its location to Termini and port. Able to get to Herculaneum or Pompeii with ease. Can walk to many of the local sights from the hotel but you will need to ignore the rubbish in the surrounding streets which somehow often comes with being located near a main train station. Though the hotel is an oasis of calm amongst this. Perfectly suited our short but fantastic stay.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Modern and super clean room

Cons: Paid for sea view but it was somewhat restricted but the room itself was massive and stunning.
9.5 Excellent
Pros: Beautiful setting .
Cons: the toilet was a little dirty.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The staff was very friendly, very professional, always willing to help and made you feel at home. All of them did a great job! The food was delicious. The hotel was a former monastery and part of that was still visible which made it a very special place to stay. A beautiful view of the Vesuvius and the bay of Naples while you are having breakfast or diner. The room was clean, very comfortable and had air-conditioning which kept the room nice and cool while it was very warm outside. And even though Naples is a very busy city in the hotel room it was nice and quiet. We would definitely recommend this hotel to everyone!
Cons: The only thing that maybe could be described as a small negative point was the size of the shower cabin. This could have been a bit bigger. But the rest of the bathroom was very comfortable.
9.5 Excellent
Pros: Charming and helpful staff , upgrade & breakfast on the terrace with a stunning view over the city & Vesuvius - perfect
9.3 Excellent
Pros: This hotel is a former convent. The hotel is a wonderful historical building. The view of the Bay of Naples from our window was stupendous. The gardens and pool area on the top floor are a must for any one staying at this hotel.
Cons: The plumbing in the bathroom could do with some maintenance.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Everything! The spa ladies were great, the wait staff was so friendly and helpful, the food... wow! Best we’ve had in 2 years of living in Naples, the room was clean, the hotel was like a mini museum... I could go on. I would go back for sure!
Cons: Although not a huge issue the WiFi in our room did not work. We had to sit on the fourth floor or lobby for it to work properly. Again, not a huge issue since the 4th floor view is amazing but we were traveling and needed to make additional arrangements.
9.5 Excellent
Pros: the pool on the rooftop was an added plus. vaklet parking in tgis crazy city was indeed a plus point. location is far from center but this is just how we wanted it , far but not too far from the chaos. the view was amazing! rooms where big!
Cons: the pool and bar could probably remain open later than the set time in summer.
6.0 Good
Pros: View of Naples was great, from roof top terrace, and restaurant
Cons: Bathroom was in horrible condition. Lights not working, heavy mold and mildew growth in bathroom, bathtub broken and in disrepair

4.5 Okay
Pros: Safe location.
Cons: It felt like sleeping under the reception desk. Rooms on the first floor surrounded the reception, with no soundproofing at all, gaps under the door and hard floors/walls - you could hear every single word that staff and guests were saying. Broken sleep from guests returning through the night, and leaving early in the morning.
9.7 Excellent
Pros: Great location. Excellent staff. Clean and comfy.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: I like it’s central location for day trips( Rome, Pompeii, Sorrento). I was initially surprised by the non traditional hotel entrance but later came to appreciate how it was inconspicuous, as Naples is not the most posh of cities. The breakfast was delicious. The staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel itself was spotless. A pleasurable stay!!
Cons: The Small elevator.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Great facilities within the room - hair straighteners, iron, ironing board and drying rack.
Cons: The decor colour scheme is a little more pink than I like but other wise it is a lovely hotel.

Pros: Nice solid hotel clean through out with room/bathrooms, restaurant etc staff spoke enought English for check in check out. Breakfast was also good but does not have cooked food eggs bacon etc
Cons: Just had trouble with wifi kept turning off but not a major issue. Location is out of Naples in an area not suited for tourists
9.3 Excellent
Pros: The room was spacios and comfortable, with new furniture, kitchen and a big nice balcony. Ideal for family with two children. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The parking space in front of the hotel was very convenient. Location was very good, a few minutes to the train station at the Circumvesuviana line. It was also a very good location for exploring Casalnuovo, an interesting small town. The food in pizzeria La Sequoia was excellent as well as desserts at the Bar Pasticceria Tiffany.
Cons: Be aware that train connection to and from Naples is limited. The last Circumvesuviana trains leave Naples at 7.18 PM and 8.18 PM. Due to Easter holidays both trains didn't run although that wasn't mentioned in the timetable. So make sure to thoroughly check the timetable before leaving to Naples.
