Hotel was in a very good location off I-80. Room was very clean.
Would have liked room darkening shade over the window.
The staff was wonderful and very friendly. The breakfast was good. Nice selections of hot for.
It was very noisy and the pool wasn't that clean.
the staff was polite
the pool and hot tub were too small and the eating area was crowded
Location, breakfast, and Staff make this a good hotel.
I have stayed here several times, and our room was below par. It smelled like smoke, and it was dirty.
Not a 2.5 star hotel. Smelled like smoke in hallways, room was outdated.
right on interstate
just a cheap hotel
AC was noise. Non smoking room that was heavily smoked in. No water pressure in the morning.
Nothing. . The shower drain didn't work. . So I had to the a shower standing in my own water. And the hot tub didn't work.
The hot tub was broke. . And the staff lied two nights in a row to a lot of the hotel guests and me. I kept asking and finally got the truth as we were checking out. The girl at the desk didn't seem to care or offer a discount. I did call customer care
Hot cookies at the front desk upon arrival. Very friendly and personable front desk staff. No problems during the stay.
Small bathrooms, outdated, nearby competitor that friends stayed at was much nicer for about the same cost (same star level)
I stayed here for an obstacle race that was about 20 minutes away. I was really nervous about staying here due to the size of the small town where it's located. However, the hotel was a pleasant surprise! The room was clean, the hotel was clean, the staff was VERY helpful! There's also a gas station very close-by, which comes in handy. I definitely recommend this hotel to anyone that needs to stay in this town.
The hotel room was very clean and quiet. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The hot continental breakfast was pretty good for the most part though its best to get there earlier rather than later. Things did run out. We would recommend this hotel to anyone staying in the area. Flower Mound, TX - November 2008
