Pros: Great breakfast and dinner with fresh and self-made products! Very friendly and helpful hosts. Garden must be great in summer!
Pros: Large comfortable room, nice and quite surrounding, owners take great care, both on the house as our stay. Motorbikes especially welcome!
Cons: The beds might be a bit on the soft side, but that is rather personal. Other than that the only “bad” thing is: we had to leave again!
When you stay at Hotel Val de l'Our in Burg-Reuland, you'll be 12 minutes by car from Shopping-Center Massen. Featured amenities include complimentary newspapers in the lobby, dry cleaning/laundry services, and luggage storage. Free self parking is available onsite.
Pros: Both dinner and breakfast were excellent. We use this hotel regularly to meet with friends, and were never dissappointed.
Pros: Big comfortable rooms, very nice and relaxing environment. The garden with the swimming pool is really great! The breakfast was very good.
Cons: A bit outdated interior.
Pros: breakfast delicious
Cons: The reason for the 4th star is the pool and the sauna-room. Pool is free, but all the other facilities (sauna e.g.) can only be used for extra fee. They should be included in the room price as these are higher because of the 4th star.
Pros: Nice food, quiet swimmingpool

Pros: Friendliness of the staff. Balcony bar/restaurant.
Pros: The owner was very helpful and friendly. We were offered secure garage space for bikes. The location is ideal for cycling Vannbahn. Delicious breakfast. Quiet location.
Pros: Food was great ( and the beer ) Jean, our main contact ( reception, restaurant and bar ) was excellent. Always smiling and always obliging, no request too much. Area and hotel very picturesque. very nice expierience
Cons: The room was very clean but rather spartan. we missed a bath and a coffee machine. Not a complaint, simply an observation.
Pros: Good breakfast, really friendly staff :)
Pros: Very friendly, huge rooms - very comfortable and clean. Good value for money given the premiums that would need to be paid elsewhere whilst the Grand Prix is going on at Spa
Cons: A little utilitarian, could do with a kettle/fridge in the room and maybe a rug on the floor to make it a little more cosy

Pros: Very clean, bright room but outdated (old fashioned). Quiet location. Delicious sandwiches at breakfast. Food quality at dinner was OK. Room with locker to store our bikes.
Cons: Breakfast organisation needs improvement (e.g., no bread pliers, rather messy setup). We had dinner twice - the first evening, the waiting time was too long. Service was a mixed story: some of our interactions were rather "cold" (e.g., reception upon arrival), while at other times the owners were rather friendly.
Pros: Very nice and clean rooms with nice bathroom and big terrace. Excellent breakfast and diner. Very nice place to stay.
Cons: Wifi performance was not so good.
Pros: It’s location on the GR5
Cons: Nothing vegetarian let alone vegan in the menu.

Pros: Rooms were very clean and sufficiently large. The straff was extremely friendly and helpful. Breakfast wasn't royal, but definitely ok.
Cons: The rooms are a bit outdated. Everything works fine and is clean, but it feels like the furniture, the colors, the carpet, et cetera are from another era.
Pros: An amazing hotel to find in the middle of nowhere!
Pros: Fantastic stuff - I came to late (restaurant was closed), but they did for me a plate of cheese, meat and vegetables :-) Comfortable bed, clean and nice rooms.
Pros: The guest was very nice and he made the breakfast earlier for us.
Pros: Really clean place and made us food late when the restaurant was closed
Pros: Clean hotel friendly manager
Cons: The menu was too expensive, the interior of the hotel is style 50's, there is no airco.
