Pros: + Nice outdoor area and dinner + Possibility to walk in the property + Nice activity with porcupine feeding
Pros: The game drive was excellent, particularly feeding the cheetahs and the ostriches is quite an experience. In a ddition, the staff is friendly and overall the price/quality of our 3 day stay was very good. Furthermore, the location is excellent and it was also nice to see all the animals around on the lodge. Our six year old was particularly fond of the porcupines.
Cons: Cottage is a bit outdated
Pros: fresh baked bread was nice
Cons: the shower was erratic!
Pros: Everything else
Cons: A bit expensive.
Pros: We liked the private stone bungalows set against the hillside with an elevated view over the property. The breakfast was well presented and tasty.
Cons: A more professional welcome, introduction and checkout procedure would be an improvement. For example, we were not informed beforehand that there was an additional charge to view captive Cheetahs being fed, and only discovered by accident on a nocturnal walk that there were captive porcupines in an otherwise bare enclosure.
Pros: The rooms were great and the birding was really special.
Cons: I thought it was a bit expensive. But then I pay in a weak rand. They should have slightly better rates for SADC members.
Pros: We had a wonderful stay here. The houses are very comfortable. The dinner was excellent!
Cons: The Houses are bit Noisy because of the Connecting doors. A Bit expensive for what you get
Pros: Everything,we stay for two nights and we make the game drive, feeding the cheetahs was amazing. Thank you for the experience
Cons: The food was good but in comparison a bit overpriced.
Pros: Stayed at the VIP lodge for 5 nights which was ideal - great animal reserve saw all the antelope zebra giraffes and fed ostriches and cheetahs ( not to be missed) VIP Lodge came with all mod cons air con kitchen area etc a terrace with telescope covering a huge area of land and the waterhole which is lit up at night great private pool and food was simple but really tasty and filling. The Game Drive and Farm Drives were really enjoyable with a friendly and knowledgeable guide Nico. Also close to Etosha National Park which is worth a visit

Pros: Owner and staff are very nice and accommodating. Excellent dinner and breakfast. The family unit is really cool. Very quite location, although close to downtown Outjo, 1 hour driving distance from/to Etosha.
Cons: Lack of privacy for toilets in the rooms. Instant coffee is a pity since the rest of the breakfast is great.
Pros: Breakfast was okay
Cons: The bed was extremely hard and uncomfortable
Pros: Beautiful surroundings, nice guests and cute dogs!
Pros: Good meals, especially breakfast, and good coffee. Fabiola is an excellent cook, manager and waitress. Lovely surroundings!
Cons: Rooms quite small.
Pros: Friendly owners
Cons: Fridge bit small, no freezer, no microwave, no plugs in the room, bit cold outside for dinner - consider indoor seating
Pros: We loved the setting. The rocks and pool area were great to look onto. Danel made us a wonderful vegetarian meal, even though we only informed her of our dietary needs once we arrived. A very warm hostess with nothing but the best intentions for her guests. The dogs were a lot of fun to have around and even joined us for a walk. We had a piping hot shower, made compliments of the 'donkey'. Having spent the last couple of weeks traveling through Namibia, this seemed to be a rare treat. Thank you for having us!
Pros: We were allowed to braai at the main house.
Cons: Kettle in the double room.
Pros: Very friendly staff they proposed a variaty of possibilities. Incredible location, view, reaaly something to recommend
Cons: nothing I can think of
Pros: Nice place, nice service. We enjoyed it!
Pros: What a great spot - elevated to take advantage of an almost 270 degree view of the plains below. Very well run camp with good walks to do during the day. Our son loved the 3 dogs and 3 cats that live there. The dogs accompany you on any walk you take, which is nice. Food is great - braai every night with an outdoor setting.

Pros: Most of the staff were very friendly and helpful. The gardens and pool area were very nice and we'll maintained. We had dinner in the restaurant. It was good quality and reasonably priced.
Cons: We were initially allocated a room that was not the standard we had booked. Management was somewhat resistant to our request for an appropriate room, spinning us some fanciful stories about why we couldn't have the room we had booked and paid for. Eventually we were allocated an appropriate room, but we should not have been put in the position of arguing.
Pros: The room was very clean and comfortable, and the restaurant food was delicious. It was great for a 1 night stop on the way to Etosha.
Pros: Amazing staff in the bar and restaurant.
Cons: Really good location and the food is really good.
Pros: Very nice property, only stayed one night as a stop off for a long journey, but hotel and room was lovely, clean, swimming pool with nice views. Staff were very friendly and offered to make me food as the bar had shut ( I arrived late) Definitely recommend. Good value for money.
Cons: Website says what was available in each room...only the shower was there which was on the list. No aircon, refrigerator, TV and hairdryer was in the rooms.
Pros: Friendly staff, Nice location (very calm), big room, very clean,
Cons: not a lot of choice for breakfast
Pros: Pleasant property in a beautiful tropical garden setting. Friendly and helpful staff, comfortable bed, and tasty breakfast. An excellent place to stay in Outjo.
Cons: No problems

Pros: Very kindly staff! We received awesome suggestions of Etosha from them!
Cons: We expected breakfast but received breakfast packs instead. Would have liked some coffee.
Pros: We left early the next morning but the owner make sure that we got a breakfasts packs and she stood up real early with a smile to wish us a safe journey - the rooms the hole place was just awesome
Cons: I loved everything
Pros: very good breakfast included and the owner super efficient and helpful
Cons: bathroom and shower outside (we knew that but didn't know that was so cold inside and outside the room and the hot water should be closed at certain hour). We slept over the bed with our private sheets because the sheets in the room seemed non really clean (was a sensation, can't be sure of that, and we preferred to sleep with our clothes in, using our personal sheets)
Cons: The manager insisted in sending us to a place to have dinner (Lodge outside the Town) and banned another one (Farm House) which was much better and cheaper. Very disappointing as you see that the person who is supposed to assist and direct you in a place you don't know, tries to bias you opinion with lies. DON'T TRUST THE OWNER IN REGARDS TO LUNCHES AND DINNERS IN OUTJO !!! And if possible, go to overnight in The Farm House, friendly owner and amazing cakes. Not possible paying with credit card.
Pros: very nice place but i think the lady should be friendly towars customers/guest was very strick and very rude but overall was a nice place to stay..
Cons: lady was very strick and very rude to people wil n ever steal anything there and maybe just change the beds otherwise everything is fine
Pros: The owner was very nice and welcoming. She gave us some great advice on how to do Etosha before we left early in the morning. Also breakfast was fantastic! We enjoyed our short stay a lot!
Pros: It was clean and comfortable.
Cons: Cold water in the shower.
Pros: Situated in a quiet area; good location. The owner put herself out to make us breakfast earlier than normal as we wanted to make an early start. Good breakfast.
Pros: We're stuck with vehicle problems and staff went out of their way to help us!
