Pros: Air con very quiet. Most important when 43 degrees. Bathroom excellent. Host Vicki friendly. Cottage exactly as advertised. Value for money very good. Breakfast supplies adequate although not replenished. Setting lovely despite the heat. Quiet despite Main Road position.
Cons: Nothing was inappropriate.
Pros: The place felt comfortable. The host replied promptly. Kitchen facilities were easily accessible. The place was warm, comfortable and cosy.
Cons: Limited cooking facilities, ie no stove, pots and pans. Television service was limited and difficulty using it.
Pros: Location and solitude
Cons: Nothing all good
Pros: Undercover parking, beautiful garden, close to shops and restaurants, lovely country atmosphere. Super friendly host and dogs; we received home made marmalade (which was delicious!)
Cons: Unfortunately it is just inside a 100 km/h zone. Nothing to be done about it, but worth noting. This should not deter you from this property, as it is a real gem.

Pros: Friendly helpful staff. Nice clean room. Good layout and decor. Breakfast was really good for $12 delivered to the room.
Cons: Floor was cold on the feet in winter. WiFi pass was not obvious to find. Lighting could have been better.
Pros: I liked the decor in the room. Budget but very lovely. Close to Beechworth where we attended Opera in the Alps.
Cons: I didn’t like no herb tree. I liked being able to put key in a box. The white stones on the parking spot were painful to walk on with bare feet.
Pros: Very welcoming and accommodating staff. Loved our little villa and deck. Close to the bike track so easy to get off early in the morning.
Pros: Very clean and comfortable room, beautiful new pool and bbq area, affordable rates, next door to Club Savoy for cheap meal and drinks
Cons: Bit out of town but that didn’t bother us
Pros: It was a very pleasant stay. Peaceful surrounds for a good nights sleep. The pool and BBQ area looked great although we didn't use it. The owners were lovely and recommended an amazing spot for breakfast, I have forgotten what it was called - it was Italian.
Cons: That we couldn't stay longer lol
Pros: Clean comfortable room. Only stayed one night but one could stay for a longer period and enjoy the pool and bbq area. Very friendly helpful host.
Pros: We were delighted by this gorgeous property. Cindy went out of her way to accomodate us. So relaxing.
Pros: Beautiful setting, very clean, friendly staff and excellent breakfast provisions.
Pros: After we complained the room is not clean, owner bought us a new kettle and cleaned up the bathroom, her troops quick, however, these should be cleaned up before we arrive
Cons: - We were shocked by the rusted water kettle with tea- like stain, moldy mug and bathroom with hundreds little black bugs - the owner threw the our food without any confirmation with us, including one iceberg, one bunch of asparagus，one box of blue berry(with food container!), our home made Chinese bento. she said she thought it was another clients left behind, but we are the only clients still live there, and we just talked to her by message that morning, couldn’t really understand is it that hard to send a message to check - To be honest the room price is good, we shouldn’t have expect too much with this price, but keeping the room is the bottom line of a hotel/bnb, so it was bit disappointed with the experience there, let alone our food disappeared when we were ready to have dinner.
Pros: Comfy beds, great location, friendly hosts
Pros: Great view, comfortable bed, friendly hosts and the complimentary bottle of wine was a nice touch.
Pros: The bedrooms were lovely with very comfortable beds and plenty of pillows. The views over the hills from the balcony were beautiful. It was great having access to a kitchen / dining area - we were the only ones so it was like a home away from home. Cindy was extremely welcoming and helpful and we will definitely come back next time we are out that way.
Pros: Magnificent views, 5 minutes from a great pub for dinner. Amazing bird life & a fabulous place to just chill. The hosts were very hospitable.
Pros: Cindy was so friendly and helpful and went out of her way to accommodate our needs. Room was very comfortable and we had a fantastic breakfast. Bottle of wine was an added surprise.
Pros: Everything was absolutely amazing! Can’t wait to go again! Best regards for lovely Steve and Cindy

Pros: BeautifuL location and close to event we went to.
Pros: Our stay was perfect. The extra little touches were very nice. The owner was lovely and the property well kept and beautiful surroundings.
Pros: Very peaceful place . Oh and the bed qas amazing!
Pros: This property has it all. Firstly were the spot on directions and the warm welcome upon arrival. A quick walkthrough of our comfy apartment (The Vista) was more than a pleasant surprise. The room was immaculate and the accompaniments superb. There was a full brekky ready for us to cook up in the fridge with fresh eggs, bacon, crunchy bread, mushrooms and Tomatoes. There was even an antipasto platter for our afternoon snack on our sun deck. There was a also a full bottle of fresh milk, juice, and cold water along with some yummy Jams. The larder continued with a bottle of red, some pistachios (my fave), a couple of delicious muffins, and all of the options of tea and coffee you could want. Even an expresso machine. Everything in the kitchen was perfect. Plenty of (quality) crockery and cutlery. Even a ripper little electric BBQ for cooking outside. The bathroom was well appointed and all of those luxury little touches to delight. Wonderful soaps and lotions, HUGE double shower (great hot water and pressure), loofas, superb bath towels (x2 each) and pool towels. At night the room could be locked down to darkness which made for a wonderful (quiet, blissfully quiet) night sleep. The bed was super comfy and the pillow options were ideal. His and hers dressing gowns (and even slippers) just added that extra special touch. The A/C was quiet and cold. As for the rest of the property, Superb is the word that comes to mind. From a manicured (large garden) with an ideal pool setup, to the friendly horses in the bottom paddock. A place to forget all your troubles and soak up the country air. The night time free light show of the stars in the clear skies was a bonus. Sam and Jacki have the ideal oasis just a few hours away from the manic hustle and bustle of City life. We’ll be back for sure.
Cons: We had to leave :(
Pros: It was a great location. The views all around the property are stunning. The area is so peaceful. Lots of wonderful bird life and Kangaroos at night. Jacki was a fabulous host providing lovely little extra "touches" which added to our stay. The pool area is great especially as it was so warm. Would highly recommend for a peaceful and restful stay. Very close to main street of Myrtleford and surrounding Wineries. Go visit!
Pros: Amazing garden beautiful apartment Jacki was a wonderful host
