Good service, cleaning
Not recomended. Difficult to call the staff incharge. Poor hotel management.
Great AC Warm showers Short walk from train station Comfortable beds Quiet Towel
Very tough to spot, a small A4 sheet of paper above a door thats says w8. Toilets werent the cleanest Rooms were moderately clean Receptionist was an ignorant 15 year old who did not want to help in any way and did nothing but annoy us. Didnt even show us where the toilets were. We could not see him after he checked us in when we had further questions.
The bed was comfortable, I had a towel, there was air conditioning and a fan and the property was in a perfect location: right next to the train station, the bus stop, the 7/11 store and the Pizza Hut.
When I arrived at the Guest House location, it was very hard to find where the guest house was because it was part of a huge complex of different shops, guesthouses and businesses and the signage was very discrete and very hard to see so it took me a very long time to find it. I actually need up having to walk to a nearby guesthouse, phone the number of the owner of the other guesthouse (which was printed on the door) and then ask them how to get to W8 Giesthouse and thankfully they very kindly helped me. When I finally got there, the person working at the W8 Guesthouse reception hadn't received any confirmation of my booking from his manager and he refused to let me check in until he received this confirmation from his manager so I had to wait for about 15 minutes until I could check in. The receptionist wasn't particularly very polite or talkative but this may have been due to not having a very good ability in speaking English.
The staff is good .
Climb the stairs with big luggage. Not allowed to bring food@drinks into the room. Pick up service is quite expensive Room is small
