I liked the varitey of food in the restaurant and location. hotel is situated on the beach front and has its own beach and sunbeds that guests can use free of charge.
the food was ok, the coffee is not good though. Stuff is very helpful. The rooms are very clean. The beach in front of the hotel is very small and not that nice, one needs to walk a bit to find a a better spot. It gets very windy too at Costa Calma sometimes making it difficult to swim.
Excellent staff.Hotel well maintained nice little beach and a very nice atmosphere considering it is a fairly large hotel. We holiday a lot but since we discovered this hotel five years ago is always features at some point each year.Food is avarage breakfast is the beat meal.
Very clean hotel, outstanding food, nice pools, good localisation (in the middle of Fuerta), nice hotel beach with lagoon, lovely and quiet garden Close to the airport so sounds of planes flying just above the hotel was little annoying especialy in the morning, beach with no waves
The food at dinertime was often cold. The employees weren't aware of each others ways of working. For example. The emloyees in the bar didn't know where you can get your towels?
The Food was fantastic and very good value for money, so was the evening entertainment While the hotel is very new, the bath had rust in it which was very off putting so I kept covering it with a towel and the washing line outside was broken which was very unsightly
Location, public areas free wi-fi , also public areas beautiful. Reception staff rude, and unhelpful. A very bad smell in room all week. Sun only shine on balcony for 10 mins a day. Requested Sea-View, tried to charge me extra, even though this was never mentioned when booking. At breakfast in restaurant, cups and glasses allowed to run out, never replaced. And surfaces not wiped.
Food popup ads, using internet connection it drove me crazy. There was no No live Euro 2008 matches shown n the hotel. I had to watch in bare outside the hotel even though they told me there will be euro2008 in the hotel when I called them before I booked.
My fiance and I were very impressed with how well the staff spoke English, and other languages, that was a big help. We also liked that the hotel had a listing of things that we could book to go do. I would recommend the Jandia trip, and deep sea fishing. The hotel is right on the ocean and just a 10-15 minute walk up the beach to a lot of different restaurants. I think it had to do with either the weather or just what side of the island we were on, but it was very windy. It was less windy on the south side of the island.
all inclusive food was great, lovely clean beach and hotel, very friendly staff Having to pay for sunbeds and parasols at the beach while being on an all inclusive holiday
Very relaxing, close to lovely beach, short walk to main resort , relaxation, relaxation!!!!
pool area slow service at bars some staff more competent than others !
Food was good, facilities were good and staff very helpful Air con not very good.so as unable to keep door open due to cats and mosquitos a good night sleep was not available.
Food prepared to a high standard Staff were polite and frendly Animation team tried their best but were not very professional with their in house shows
Too many germany clients does not improve the staff to use other languages, for example the concierge is not enough available for the other turists.
Woderful seaview; close to a fantastic beach; helpful hotel staff; well-equipped bars; wide range of different food to choose from in the restaurant located far from nearest town; some food definitely too salty
Nice location within fantastic clothing-optional beaches, all-inclusive service is relly worth the money, friendly personnel Premises are a bit worn-out
The location was great and it was good value for what I paid. The restaurant and reception staff were very helpful. The bins at the hotel and in the area were emptied at 3.45am, no prior warning by hotel staff and caused a lot of noise. The bar tender in the main bar was rude. Although the food was good, there was a tendancy to place out the same for each meal. Primarily a German Complex rather than continental hotel and therefore not ideal for English travellers that do not speak German as it can become a little uncomfortable. My room was a little tired.
Nice staff, friendly and helpful Wifi internet should be available in rooms, and entrance of the hotel is not indicated very well (no sign showing it). Parking entrance is extremely narrow.
I liked the fabulous seaview from our room and the plentiful supply of sun chairs in the two seperate pool areas. for a 4 star hotel ,I was a bit concerned about certain standards, particularly health and safety.
We liked everything We were hard to find a hotel. Address and name of the hotel marked on the site did not coincide with reality.
this is a very friendly hotel stayed all inclusive choice of food and drinks excellent could do with a lick of paint! was the only English staying there not a problem for us but may be for some
visited the beach. I only stayed 1 night. the rooms were very old and dated. felt like you were in a time warp. in need of redecoration. It hadn't been changed in 15-20 years. I would not recommend the hotel unless someone is looking for a budget. If rooms were better, maybe business people. I wasn't given a graden view. Asked for a quiet room. Was given a room facing the sea but over the entertainment. when my balcony door was open as I don't like to use a/c I could hear, music, singing and clapping. I was very tired after driving 4 1/2 hours from Correlejo and was looking forward to a rest. No channels on tv were English.
The location was very convenient and the view to the beach and lighthouse was stunning. I liked the fact that the two swimming pools were at different sides so that you could always enjoy the sunshine at one of them. Excellent value for money when booked via booking.com!
