Nothing. When I checked in through online, I asked a quiet room. However, our room was very noisy. The reason was that our room was very closed to a roof of next building, and there are a lot of ventilation openings on the roof, and they are always working and that caused a lot of noise. We asked at a front desk if we can move to another room, our requirement was denied. The noisy sound bothered us all during stay.
The staff was great! Hard to find where to park. Ended up parking in garage and had to walk in with bags. Pool was closed all day for cleaning, but when we finally got to use the pool we found that it was tiny. Why does it take a whole day to clean? Pillow smelled like sweat. Tv was not always working. Woke up in the middle of the night twice with major back pain. After finally getting back to sleep got woken up by construction. We looked up why they claimed to be the #1 casino in the USA and found out a magazine pooled 400 people and out of the 20 casinos that were pre-selected (only one being from Vegas) Pechanga was awarded 1st place. Sounds like the owned paid for that. I do have to say the staff was great the whole time and there are plans to upgrade the pool, but next year we are planning on going to Vegas instead.

Easy for fun and traveling
The staff was very good--professional and friendly. The room itself was not very clean looking. -- The grout and tiles in the shower was very dirty or stained or both. --The windows were dirty. --The carpeting looked like it hadn't been cleaned in a long time. The room itself was older, but that doesn't mean it has to be dirty.
The rooms had modern design elements and were comfortable enough for a night's stay. The grounds were very nice and the people performing live music around the grounds were very entertaining. We were lucky enough to have a hotel room complete with its own aroma. It might have been mold but I would more accurately identify it as a human biological odor. Sprayed some foo-foo around the room and went to sleep very late. Left very early. Wouldn't recommend for people with sensitive noses.
Front desk staff waited 25 minutes to be serviced. A joke kept taking Diamond members.
We love the lazy river & pool If you have kids the Lazy river is all they have to accommodate the little ones, and there's nothing else around outside the casino .
Pros: bed was super comfy, spacious restroom facility with separate shower and Jacuzzi tub, excellent dinner buffet. Cons: On our way to the pool we purchased a drink from the bar in the casino, cup was still full, about to enter pool area and we were forced to chug our drink or pour it out. Of course we managed to drink it! When exiting the pool area, once again we were not allowed to leave without finishing our drink!!! Seriously!!!! We never left the resort, we purchased the drink from THE RESORT bar, and we were NOT allowed to roam freely within the confines of the resort with drink????? What is that????!!!!!!!!! Check-in process was extremely loooonnnggggg!!!!! Come on Harrah's, schedule more employees during prime season when you know you will have more guests!!!!!
Harrah's is a wonderful hotel, Love the pool. Just a great place to get away. They can lossen the Slot Machines a little bit, at least enough to play for a while. But I do love this Casino.
Can't say enough about this hotel and casino - and the pool is amazing!!!! Already planning our next trip....
The room was fabulous. All the staff were very nice, happy and helpful! From the front desk, to the housekeepers! Every one deserves a "pat on the back". The buffet was horrible! We paid $30+ per person. Bad food. I was served a large "slab" of prime rib w/ a huge, and I'm not kidding, fist size full of fat in the middle of it. I wished I had my camera. Nothing really had any flavor. My boyfriend called it "army food". He tried the beef taco meat, rice & beans, amongst other things. We did like the cauliflower like an au gratin side dish. OH and don't let me forget to mention Pinks hot dog stand... HORRIBLE! For $5.99, I expected a delicious dog since I never had one from that establishment. I ordered the dog w/ chili w/ cheese. So they take a piece of american cheese and cut it in half and lay it on the bun cold. Then place the hot dog and add chili on top. The cheese never melted, the but was old and crumbly, and the chili wasn't hot enough... hence the cheese should have melted. OMG that was not good!!
The food selection wasn't the greatest. Buffet food was not good and overpriced.
I like that they had great ventilation to the facility. Service was very friendly. there were no signs that identified where to go. starting from parking all the way to check-in. Food was not good at all. Tried their cafe and their buffet.
The hotel itself was clean and tge staff was very pleasant. Location... if you are planning on staying at the hotel it is just fine. It is kind of a pain to get a group of people somewhere else becsuse they don't offer a shuttle and we had to tatake a few cabs.
Rooms ok even though my reservation was fouled up and settled for a 2 bedroom handicapped. Not what i reserved. Staff except for a couple of the women staff trying to accommodate patrons but overall the pool and lazy experience was horrible. I understand holiday weekend but staff should of been prepared. Room took a few calls to clean room were fast the last time i called but was 10 Pm already.overall not worth the money i could of reserved another hotel nicer and cheaper and longer stay.
Great hotel with excellent costumer service, great facilities and perfect location. It was an excellent choice for our getaway weekend.
this is temecula's newest best kept secret! Amazing location and the bungalows are truly the size of one bedroom homes. The bed was absolutely divine and don't get me started on the double head shower and huge tub! Loved it and can't wait to return! The property is brand spanking new so there are a just a few small things they are still working out. SO minor. They should put screens on the windows and doors and a door stopper on the bottom of the door as we have a few pesty flying friends visit us.
Comfort and style! Good sized room with luxury bedding For the price per night, I think it should include breakfast which cost us an additional $40.00 plus per day (not I including tip).
We loved the accommodations, the staff was helpful. The wine selection was delicious.
Bungalows were unreal and a real surprise from the norm of luxury hotel rooms!

Patio overlooking vineyards. Lots of Windows and high ceilings. Loved how big and spacious room was. Soaking tub was awesome. Ligh switch lighting placement for patio not right. That's all I got on wrong it was fabulous.
If you're looking for romantic getaway, this is it. The rooms and view were excellent. Free wifi, walkin shower, mini frig, and grape vines off your private patio. The menu was limited.
Well appointed, spacious private accomodations. The Deluxe Bungalow was a place you wanted to hurry back to, even if it meant cutting wine tasting a bit shorter this trip. The nightly rate through Kayak allowed this property to be affordable; although final Resort charges still brought the nightly stay up to the $300 range. The Resort would like to be charging over $400, and they may consistently get this when construction is completed. Until that time, it will be fun to watch this delixe off-shoot of neighboring South Coast Winery develop and mature. If you can stay here for under $300 a night, take advantage of it while you can. Wine tasting charges for Resort Guests were only reduced down to $25. While it was a quality experience, a discount down to $15 would have felt more of an ackowledgement to their Guests. These were the South Coast Reserve wines, but $15 a tasting is still a strong charge as "the discount". Comping the tasting with a two bottle purchase would also be appropriate, which they did not offer.
